Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of fanaticism and consumptive behavior among members of the JKT48 fan community Benerpitu48 in Salatiga. The research employed a quantitative correlational approach with 85 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The research instruments consisted of a fanaticism scale (modified from Chung et al., 2005) and a consumptive behavior scale (adapted from Engel et al., 1994). Data were analyzed using Kendall’s tau_b test. The results showed that most respondents had high to very high levels of fanaticism, while the majority demonstrated low consumptive behavior. The correlation test produced a value of r = –0.421 with p < 0,01, indicating a significant negative relationship of moderate strength. These findings suggest that the higher the level of fanaticism, the lower the consumptive behavior of community members. This differs from previous studies stating that fanaticism triggers consumptive tendencies, leading to the conclusion that fanaticism in this community context functions as a protective factor.

Abstract

This study explores the revitalization of perennial values in language and literature learning through a literature review of contemporary educational approaches. The transformation of educational paradigms in the digital era has created a dichotomy between instrumental efficiency and substantial depth, generating an urgency to reexamine the relevance of universal timeless values as the epistemological foundation of learning. Employing library research methods with a qualitativedescriptive approach, this research critically analyzes various academic literature from the 2015-2025 period examining the implementation of perennial values in literature learning contexts. Findings indicate that literary works possess intrinsic capacity as a medium for transmitting humanistic values encompassing character, religious-spiritual, and social-ecological dimensions. Implementation of character education through literature learning demonstrates effectiveness in facilitating internalization of fundamental values such as tolerance, honesty, responsibility, and social care through hermeneutic processes of critical reading and in-depth analysis. The religious-spiritual dimension presents a holistic triadic relational framework, while the integration of ecological values demonstrates responses to contemporary environmental crises. The research identifies implementation challenges including learning time constraints and insufficient pedagogical competence among educators. Revitalization of perennial values necessitates the development of structured learning strategies, intensive teacher training, and curriculum reformulation that positions perennial values as core elements of language and literature learning to form holistic and integrated human beings.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how sticking activities can improve fine motor skills in elementary school students. The research subjects were 4th grade elementary school students, with a total of 21 children consisting of 11 boys and 10 girls. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and documentation. The instrument used is the observation sheet. The indicator of success in this study was the percentage calculation showing that 84% of children experienced an increase in fine motor skills through sticking activities with leaves as media. The results showed that children's fine motor skills increased after the action through sticking activities with leaves as media. When the pre-action was carried out, the percentage of children's fine motor skills increased by 28% to 59% in cycle I, and increased to 89% in cycle 2. It can be concluded that sticking activities with leaf media can improve the physical motor skills of elementary school students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of e-commerce transactions in Indonesia, which brings both convenience and risks to consumers, such as fraud, mismatched products, and personal data leaks. Lazada, as one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia, has implemented various consumer protection policies. This study aims to analyze Lazada’s policies in protecting consumers, examine their compliance with Islamic economic law, and assess their implementation within the framework of Indonesia’s positive law. This research uses a normative juridical method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through literature studies, observation, and interviews with six respondents who are students of IAI AL-AZIS and users of Lazada. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and analytically by linking policy theory, consumer protection law, and Islamic muamalah principles. The results of the study indicate that Lazada’s policies include return mechanisms, refunds, product authenticity guarantees, personal data protection, as well as complaint and dispute resolution systems. From the perspective of Islamic law, these policies align with the principles of justice, trustworthiness, and the prohibition of gharar, although strict supervision of third-party sellers is still necessary. From the standpoint of positive law, Lazada’s policies are in accordance with Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, but their implementation still needs to be strengthened to ensure consistency in the digital sphere.

Abstract

The local skincare industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth in line with increasing public awareness of the importance of skin care. This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer perceptions and preferences on purchasing decisions for Glad2Glow local brand skincare products. A quantitative approach was used with a causal-comparative research design, involving 100 respondents who are Glad2Glow product users residing in Karawang. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both consumer perceptions and preferences have a positive and significant simultaneous and partial effect on purchasing decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of manufacturers' understanding of consumer perceptions and preferences in formulating effective marketing strategies. This study contributes to the literature on local skincare product marketing and serves as a reference for industry players to improve competitiveness through a consumer-oriented approach. Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan reformasi pendidikan nasional yang diterapkan di berbagai satuan pendidikan, termasuk PAUD. Namun, implementasinya menghadapi tantangan signifikan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi delapan permasalahan utama: (1) kurangnya pemahaman dan sosialisasi konsep kurikulum, (2) ketiadaan panduan operasional spesifik untuk PAUD, (3) meningkatnya beban administrasi, (4) keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan kompetensi guru, (5) keterbatasan infrastruktur, (6) tantangan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, (7) kesulitan penyesuaian konteks lokal, dan (8) keterbatasan keterlibatan orang tua dan komunitas. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran anak, menimbulkan ketidaksiapan pendidik, ketidakkonsistenan penerapan, dan mengalihkan fokus pendidik dari tugas utama mereka. Untuk mengatasinya, diperlukan langkah-langkah strategis meliputi intensifikasi pelatihan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan, pengembangan panduan operasional spesifik PAUD, penyederhanaan beban administrasi, pemenuhan infrastruktur, program edukasi orang tua dan komunitas, penguatan komite pembelajaran, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan. Dengan komitmen bersama dari pemerintah, pendidik, orang tua, dan komunitas, implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dapat menghasilkan pembelajaran yang bermakna dan menyenangkan bagi anak usia dini.

Abstract

This study explores the historical evolution of sports in Indonesia, tracing their transformation from traditional cultural practices to a modern national sports system. The research aims to identify key developmental phases, analyze contributing sociocultural and political factors, and assess the impact of modernization on sports participation and national identity. Using a qualitative descriptive method supported by literature review from academic journals, books, and policy documents, findings indicate that Indonesian sports have undergone significant institutional, infrastructural, and cultural advancements. The shift from indigenous games to competitive, organized sports has been shaped by colonial influence, national integration policies, and global sports trends. Modernization has improved sports governance, athlete development, and international achievements while simultaneously challenging the preservation of traditional sports. The study concludes that the development of sports in Indonesia is a dynamic and continuous process influenced by cultural heritage, government policy, and global interaction.

Abstract

The era of Society 5.0 requires educational institutions to integrate technological advancement with character building and human-centered values. This study analyzes the implementation of student management in character building and achievement development at MAN 2 Samarinda, a leading Islamic senior high school in East Kalimantan. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, this research reveals that student management has been carried out effectively through structured planning, implementation, and supervision. Character development is nurtured through religious habituation, teacher modeling, and integrated religious programs. Student achievement is strengthened through talent mapping, coaching programs, and active participation in competitions. A key challenge faced by the institution is the manual management of student violation data, indicating the need for a digital-based innovation. This study proposes a Student Information Management System (SIM-Kesiswaan) as a concrete innovation to support digital transformation in educational management. The findings highlight the importance of integrating technology with spirituality, ethics, and human values in alignment with the principles of Education 5.0.

Abstract

Growing the empathy students is very necessary in this era as an effort to realize a superior and moral generation. This study aims to find out more about how students' empathetic attitudes are as a result of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Program. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are based on observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on observations and interviews, it shows that teachers at SDN Kelapa Dua 03 morning, especially grade IV teachers, have applied the values in the Pancasila student profile to learning using differentiated learning strategies .The results of using this strategy in implementing the pancsila student profile in learning can be seen by the presence of students who have an increasing sense of empathy, and also show mutual cooperation.

Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan menuju era Society 5.0 menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk memperkuat manajemen tenaga kependidikan melalui digitalisasi yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Proses ini mencakup seleksi, penempatan, pembinaan, hingga pengembangan karier yang seluruhnya berbasis teknologi digital agar layanan pendidikan menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan adaptif. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi sekolah, LMS, aplikasi administrasi digital, serta pengarsipan berbasis data memberikan peluang besar untuk meningkatkan akurasi, transparansi, dan produktivitas. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi tantangan seperti kesenjangan digital antarwilayah, rendahnya literasi teknologi pada sebagian SDM, kendala teknis, keterbatasan infrastruktur, serta isu privasi dan keamanan data yang semakin kompleks. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi penguatan kompetensi digital, pelatihan berkelanjutan, pendampingan teknis, serta kebijakan yang mendukung agar tenaga kependidikan mampu beradaptasi dan menjalankan perannya secara optimal. Secara keseluruhan, digitalisasi manajemen tenaga kependidikan berpotensi menjadi fondasi utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan, tata kelola, dan daya saing pendidikan di era modern.
