Abstract

This study aims to develop an innovative Indonesian language learning model based on the Canvas Method (MBC) to enhance the language abilities and creativity of first-grade students at SD Islam Al Yaqut. The innovation was initiated in response to students’ low proficiency in understanding simple texts, constructing meaningful sentences, and expressing ideas both visually and verbally. The Canvas Method integrates visual elements, exploration, and hands-on activities, making learning more concrete, engaging, and developmentally appropriate for children aged 6–7 years. This research employed a mixed-methods approach consisting of observation, product development, implementation, and reflection. The results indicate significant improvement in students’ language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as well as their creativity, reflected through the increased variety of ideas and visual representations produced on the canvas sheets. Therefore, the MBC is considered relevant and effective as an instructional innovation for Indonesian language learning in elementary schools

Abstract

This study examines the strategy of strengthening brand equity and brand positioning to address the issue of high price perception on BatikTa Balige, a cultural-based local fashion brand from North Sumatra. Many consumers perceive BatikTa’s products as too expensive compared to batik from other regions, creating a gap between the value offered by the brand and the value perceived by the market. The purpose of this research is to analyze how brand equity, brand positioning, and perceived value influence consumers perceived price, as well as how perceived price affects purchase intention. This study adopts a quantitative approach with descriptive and associative methods, involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS through validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, and regression analysis. The results show that all research instruments are valid and reliable, with Cronbach’s Alpha values exceeding 0.70. Furthermore, the findings reveal that brand equity, brand positioning, and perceived value significantly influence perceived price, while perceived price has a positive effect on purchase intention. These results indicate that strengthening brand identity, communicating cultural value, and establishing a clear and consistent brand positioning can help reduce negative price perceptions and increase consumer willingness to pay. Overall, the study concludes that an integrated branding strategy is essential for enhancing BatikTa’s competitiveness in the local and national fashion markets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze cash audits from a risk management perspective by highlighting fraud and human error factors within business entities in Indonesia. Cash is the most liquid asset and the most vulnerable to misuse, thus requiring a strong internal control system to ensure the reliability of financial reporting. This research employs a literature review by gathering relevant previous studies related to cash audits, risk management, fraud, and human error. The findings show that fraud risks often arise due to weak segregation of duties, inadequate supervision, and the continued use of manual recording systems. Meanwhile, human error is triggered by limited understanding of procedures, high workloads, and insufficient competency in using accounting technology. Risk-based cash audits supported by regular reconciliations, layered authorization, and digital systems are proven effective in minimizing cash irregularities. In addition, surprise audits and whistleblowing systems strengthen early detection of fraud. This study concludes that integrating risk management, improving human resource competence, and modernizing audit systems are key to preventing fraud and human error, while enhancing the financial integrity of business entities.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of educational costs and funding, focusing on trends and policy impacts over the past five years at both global and national levels. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and literature analysis, the research identifies three major findings. First, the global and national education sectors face increasing financial pressure due to rising educational costs and fiscal instability, particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. Second, households experience a growing financial burden as direct and indirect education expenses continue to rise, contributing to widening disparities in access and learning opportunities. Third, although government budget allocations such as Indonesia’s 20% education mandate provide an important foundation for education financing, challenges remain regarding equitable and effective distribution, particularly due to regional fiscal disparities and variations in school management capacity. The study concludes that improving the quality and equity of education requires not only adequate funding but also strengthened governance, targeted budgeting, and sustainable financing strategies to ensure that all learners receive quality educational services.

Abstract

Mental health is a crucial aspect of student development, yet it is often overlooked in schools. Adolescents are vulnerable to academic, social, and emotional stress, requiring appropriate interventions to increase their awareness and ability to maintain their mental health. This study aims to improve adolescent mental health literacy through the use of creative media in the Leadership Project "Express Your Care: Mentally Healthy School Work." The method used was descriptive qualitative with a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) approach involving 10 students in grades VII and VIII. Data were collected through observation, documentation, participant reflection, and informal interviews during the implementation of three core activities: mental health outreach, poster design training using Canva, and screen-printing tote bags as a campaign medium. The results showed that the use of creative media proved effective in increasing students' understanding of mental health, developing design skills, and producing 10 campaign tote bags that were able to spread positive messages. These findings confirm that creative media can be a relevant and effective means of improving adolescent mental health literacy in schools

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis integrasi Kurikulum Nasional dan Cambridge Primary di SD Laboratorium UM melalui kajian dokumen kurikulum dan implementasi pembelajaran. Integrasi dilakukan untuk memenuhi tuntutan kompetensi abad ke-21 dengan menggabungkan standar nasional dan pendekatan internasional. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis dokumen dan observasi terhadap praktik pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran English, Math, dan Science. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kurikulum dilakukan melalui pemetaan kompetensi antara kedua kurikulum yang dituangkan dalam perangkat ajar bilingual. Pembelajaran dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan aktif dan kolaboratif, sedangkan bahasa Inggris menjadi pengantar utama pada mata pelajaran Cambridge. Evaluasi pembelajaran menggabungkan asesmen nasional dengan asesmen Cambridge seperti Progress Check dan Checkpoint. Integrasi ini terbukti meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris, literasi numerasi, dan literasi sains siswa, meskipun kendala seperti ketersediaan materi Cambridge dan kesiapan guru masih perlu diperhatikan. Secara keseluruhan, model integrasi ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

This study examines the construction of the meaning of justice in Sayyid Quṭb's interpretation through his monumental work, Fī Ẓilāl al-Qur'ān, and its implications for contemporary socio-political dynamics. Departing from Quṭb's unique interpretation, which combines literary, spiritual, and movement-oriented (ḥarakī) dimensions, this study analyzes how the concept of justice is reconstructed as a fundamental principle in building a society based on divine ḥākimiyyah. Using qualitative methods based on literature and a hermeneutic approach, this study examines Quṭb's interpretation of several key verses on justice, such as QS. an-Nisā’ [4]: 58, 135; QS. al-Mā’idah [5]: 8; and QS. al-Ḥujurāt [49]: 9, to see how the concept of justice is formulated as a demand of faith and an instrument of social change. The results of this study indicate that Quṭb read verses on justice thematically and critically, linking them to a critique of modern socio-political structures, which he considered a new form of ignorance (jahiliyyah). His interpretation has broad implications for shaping modern Islamic political discourse, particularly regarding moral awareness, the concept of the ideal state, and demands for transformative justice. Thus, Sayyid Quṭb's interpretation not only offers a textual reading of the Qur'an but also presents a socio-political paradigm that continues to influence contemporary Islamic movements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Kurikulum di MTsN Kota Batu menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk menilai kesiapan madrasah dalam menghadapi perubahan kebijakan, terutama integrasi nilai-nilai CINTA. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek konteks, madrasah berada dalam fase transisi kebijakan yang menimbulkan beban perubahan bagi guru, namun tetap memiliki arah pengembangan kurikulum yang jelas berbasis kebutuhan peserta didik. Pada aspek input, sarana dan fasilitas pembelajaran sudah memadai, tetapi kompetensi guru dalam mengelola projek masih bervariasi dan beban administrasi menjadi kendala utama. Aspek proses menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran cukup adaptif, namun evaluasi kurikulum belum dilakukan secara konsisten dan supervisi eksternal belum optimal, sehingga kualitas pelaksanaan antar kelas tidak merata. Pada aspek produk, pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka berdampak positif pada peningkatan responsivitas guru dan penguatan koordinasi kurikulum, tetapi hasil projek siswa masih menunjukkan variasi yang signifikan antar kelas. Secara keseluruhan, evaluasi CIPP menegaskan bahwa tantangan utama terletak pada kesiapan guru, konsistensi proses pembelajaran, dan supervisi, bukan pada desain kebijakan itu sendiri. Temuan ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kompetensi guru, penguatan supervisi, penyelarasan pelaksanaan projek, serta evaluasi rutin demi pemerataan kualitas implementasi kurikulum.

Abstract

The research was carried out because of the lack of children's creativity in drawing activities, during drawing activities the children wanted to make drawings by the teacher because they were not able to make a picture according to their wishes so they asked for help from the teacher to draw according to the child's wishes, the children drew almost the same as their classmates. Research This aim is 1. to bring out the creativity of young children through drawing activities at Rauhdatul Atffal (RA) Bina Anita Bahagia planning the city of Serang 2. To find out the implementation of drawing activities for young children at Rauhatul Atffal (RA) Bina Wanita Bahagia. Drawing activities can bring out the creativity of young children in drawing and imagining what they see around them, such as from the school environment, home environment, their surroundings or others. Drawing activities using drawing media around the school in the form of posters, picture cards, pictures on the school walls and using drawing tools to draw. This research aims to describe the creativity that can emerge in young children through drawing activities using drawing media and drawing tools at Raudatul Atffal Bina Wanita Bahagia with subjects in group B1 as many as 12 children with 2 teachers as resource persons. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Researchers use data collection techniques which include interviews, observation and documentation. The instruments used are instruments that comply with interview and observation guidelines. The research results show that the creativity of the RA Bina Wanita Happy Group B1 children in using drawing media located around the school and drawing tools shows good results. This is proven by the way all the B1 group children draw pictures with various patterns by mixing colors using colored pencils. or crayons according to the imagination of young children by implementing their ideas from what they see and putting it into their drawings, children dare to tell the results of their work in front of the class, and are able to express their opinions and great curiosity.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of Indonesia's economy, contributing about 60% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing a large workforce. MSMEs also improve community welfare and drive innovation (Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, 2022). MSMEs face challenges in financial management because their owners do not manage finances well according to applicable accounting standards (Hartina et al., 2023). Many MSME actors do not yet understand the importance of structured financial recording, budget planning, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This causes difficulties in business decision-making and access to formal financing. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze how financial management is applied by MSME actors, the supporting factors and obstacles, and its impact on business performance. This study uses a library research method, which is research done by reviewing, studying, and analyzing various literature sources relevant to the discussed topic. The basic aim of financial management is to realize the predetermined goals. Thus, knowledge of asset structure, finance, and capital can be obtained from practice. Furthermore, to achieve this, a manager must follow the principles of consistency, accountability, transparency, business or personal continuity. In this financial management, the manager has an integrated plan that minimizes risks as much as possible.
