Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the role of phonology in forming the clarity of Indonesian language. Phonology, as a branch of linguistics that studies the sound system of language, plays an important role in supporting speech comprehensibility through accurate pronunciation of phonemes, articulation, intonation, stress, and pauses. This research uses a literature review method by examining relevant sources such as books, scholarly journals, and language-related articles. The findings indicate that the clarity of Indonesian language is strongly influenced by speakers’ ability to produce speech sounds accurately according to linguistic rules. Pronunciation errors may cause ambiguity and reduce communication effectiveness. In addition, phonology also contributes to Indonesian language learning because it forms the basis for developing speaking and listening skills. Therefore, mastery of phonology is essential to support clear, accurate, and effective communication in the use of Indonesian language. Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in students’ academic writing, identify learning tendencies, and analyze its implications for information management in the digital era. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through open-ended questionnaires involving seven students from different academic backgrounds, supported by a literature review. The data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns of AI use, levels of student engagement, and the benefits and challenges encountered. The findings show that AI is mainly used in the early to middle stages of writing, including idea generation, outlining, paragraph development, and sentence refinement. Two main tendencies are identified: the use of AI as a supportive tool combined with independent verification and information processing, and the use of AI as an instant solution without deep analysis. Although AI improves efficiency and facilitates understanding, it also raises concerns regarding information validity, lack of source verification, and potential dependency that may weaken critical thinking skills. Therefore, the effectiveness of AI depends largely on users’ digital literacy. Critical awareness, selectivity, and academic integrity are essential to ensure that AI supports meaningful and reflective learning.

Abstract

This study examines how university students make sense of deep learning in the process of writing argumentative essays. The research focuses on students’ experiences, their level of understanding, and their views regarding the use of this learning approach in writing activities. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with participants selected purposively based on their prior involvement in deep learning practices. Data were gathered using a questionnaire that combined closed-ended and open-ended questions, allowing the researcher to capture both general patterns and more detailed insights. The analysis was conducted through several stages, including data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The findings show that most students perceive deep learning as an approach that promotes thorough understanding, encourages active participation, and supports the development of more organized and coherent arguments. In addition, many students report that this approach helps them generate ideas more effectively and improves the overall quality of their argumentative writing. Despite these positive responses, some students still encounter challenges, particularly in grasping key concepts and adapting to a learning process that requires greater independence and active engagement. These difficulties suggest that not all students are equally prepared for this type of learning environment. Overall, the study indicates that deep learning has strong potential to enhance students’ argumentative writing skills. However, its implementation should take into account students’ readiness, learning habits, and individual differences to ensure more optimal outcomes.

Abstract

Authentic assessment and performance-based evaluation are increasingly relevant assessment approaches in 21st-century learning, emphasizing the development of critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and contextual problem-solving skills. However, the implementation of these two approaches in the field still faces various obstacles, including low teacher assessment literacy and limited adequate assessment instruments. This study aims to analyze the concepts, characteristics, implementation strategies, and challenges of authentic assessment and performance-based evaluation through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from national journals accredited by SINTA 4 and SINTA 5 and relevant literature published between 2021 and 2026. The analysis was conducted with reference to the PRISMA guidelines through the stages of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion, resulting in a final total of 13 articles. The results indicate that authentic assessment is able to assess students' learning outcomes holistically across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects, while performance-based evaluation emphasizes students' ability to demonstrate competency through real-world tasks. Both approaches have been proven to contribute to increasing learning engagement and mastery of 21st-century competencies. However, optimal implementation requires teacher preparedness, systematic planning, and adequate institutional support.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational leadership culture as a determining factor in archival management. Effective leadership culture is believed to create a well-organized, systematic, and sustainable archival management system. This research employs a qualitative approach using conceptual analysis through a review of relevant literature. The findings indicate that leadership culture characterized by vision, discipline, and good governance orientation has a significant influence on the effectiveness of archival management. Leaders with strong awareness of the importance of archives tend to foster structured archival systems, enhance accountability, and facilitate information access. Conversely, weak leadership culture leads to poor archival management practices. Therefore, strengthening educational leadership culture is essential to optimize archival management in educational institutions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze educational leadership strategies in addressing problems related to digital-based archival systems in educational institutions. Digital transformation in educational administration requires an effective, efficient, and integrated archival system. However, challenges such as low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and suboptimal policies remain major obstacles. This research uses a library research method by reviewing various sources such as books, scientific journals, and relevant documents. The findings indicate that adaptive, innovative, and technology-based educational leadership plays a crucial role in improving the effectiveness of digital archive management. The strategies include strengthening digitalization policies, enhancing human resource competencies, and optimizing the use of information technology. Therefore, educational leadership becomes a key factor in realizing a modern and accountable digital archival system. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of educational leadership in archival management systems to improve data efficiency and security in the digital era. The development of information technology requires educational institutions to transform archival management from conventional systems to more effective, efficient, and secure digital systems. However, the implementation of such systems cannot be separated from the strategic role of leadership in formulating policies, managing resources, and ensuring system sustainability. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method by analyzing relevant scientific sources. The results indicate that educational leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing efficiency through digital archiving, standardizing procedures, and utilizing information technology. Furthermore, data security is strengthened through data protection policies, access control, and improving digital literacy among educational staff. Therefore, visionary, adaptive, and innovative leadership is essential in optimizing archival management systems in the digital era. Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) study aimed to determine whether the application of the Fire Up learning model could improve the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 3 Tanrutedong, Sidrap Regency. The subjects were all 36 fifth-grade students and their homeroom teachers. Data collection techniques included observation and tests. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data description, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that teacher and student activity in Cycle I reached a sufficient (C) category and in Cycle II reached a good (B) category. Students' mathematics learning mastery in Cycle I reached 69.44%, or a sufficient (C) category, and increased to 94.44%, or a good (B) category, in Cycle II. This concludes that the Fire Up learning model can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 3 Tanrutedong, Sidrap Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of educational leadership and risk management in archival management to enhance the security and accessibility of archives. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various sources such as books, scientific journals, and relevant documents related to the research topic. The results of the study indicate that educational leadership plays a strategic role in formulating policies, fostering an archive-aware culture, and ensuring the systematic implementation of risk management. Risk management in archival practices includes the identification, analysis, and mitigation of risks such as data loss, archive damage, and digital security threats. The integration of educational leadership and risk management has proven to improve archive security while facilitating easier access to information. Therefore, visionary, adaptive, and technology-oriented leadership is required to support an effective and sustainable archival system.

Abstract

Archival management is an important element in supporting administrative effectiveness and decision-making processes within an institution. Archives function not only as sources of information, but also as records that provide value for administrative and organizational purposes. In practice, the effectiveness of archival management is influenced by the strategy of applying leadership models in directing, coordinating, and supervising records management systematically. This article aims to examine the strategy of implementing leadership models to improve the effectiveness of archival management. The results show that each leadership model has characteristics that influence the effectiveness and efficiency of records management. Appropriate leadership models can support archive organization, facilitate information access, improve supervision quality, and maintain the sustainability of archival systems in the long term. In addition, effective leadership also plays a role in responding to the development of information needs and supporting more adaptive archival systems. Therefore, the implementation of leadership models becomes an important factor in improving the effectiveness of archival management in institutions.
