Literacy is a concept that is integrated into knowledge, motivation and competence to access, understand, assess and apply health information to make decisions and make decisions in everyday life. One important factor that supports a person's knowledge is the depth of literacy. This research uses a quantitative approach using data from the results of data collection in the Indonesian Health Demographic Survey which is then analyzed using the chi-square test. The research results show that depth of literacy is related to fertility with p = 0.000, which means there is a relationship between depth of literacy and fertility level. The importance of literacy is the main trigger factor for increasing knowledge, so efforts need to be made so that people increase their interest in reading about things related to their health.

Changes in blood pressure during hemodialysis is an important point that must be a concern. The occurrence of hypotension and intradialytic hypertension can have an impact on reducing the adequacy of dialysis, decreasing kidney function, and can even affect the patient's quality of life. Among the non-pharmacological interventions that are considered safe and effective in the management of intradialytic blood pressure control are intradialytic exercises, one of which is range of motion exercises for the extremities. To determine the effect of extremity joint range of motion exercises on intradialytic blood pressure control in hemodialysis patients. This research used a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test control group design using cluster sampling with a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 46 respondents (23 intervention and 23 control group respondents) with Wilcoxon test data analysis. in the intervention group the average systolic blood pressure before and after intradialytic exercise was -6.42mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure difference was -2.38mmHg with p value of systolic and diastolic blood pressure p=<0.05, In the control group systolic blood pressure p= 0.024 with a difference of 2.4, independent t test results mean systolic blood pressure 2.88mmHg and diastolic blood pressure mean 1.12mmHg with p value both P>0.05. Extremity joint range of motion exercises can affect blood pressure in the intervention group.

Post-Covid-19 shows that the level of contraceptive use and the need for family planning cannot be met at both the district and city levels, seen from the large variations that show disparities in the implementation of family planning programs, this causes stagnation in the number of contraceptive use and the need for family planning is not met in Indonesia. During the pandemic, there was a decrease in the use of contraceptives and an increase in unplanned pregnancies. Intention is an important component in generating behavior. A person can carry out or not carry out a behavior depending on that person's intentions, so that the attitude of women of childbearing age towards carrying out family planning depends on their intentions. This study aims to see a picture of the intentions of women of childbearing age to become family planning acceptors. Descriptive research method with a population of women of childbearing age in Indramayu Regency who were selected using simple random sampling totaling 83 people. Data collection was carried out by respondents filling out a questionnaire developed by researchers referring to guidelines for making instruments based on the Theory of Planned Behavior and analyzed using statistical tools. The research results show that the intention of women of childbearing age in carrying out family planning after Covid-19 has a strong intention of 86.7% and a weak intention of 13.3%. So, from the results of this research, it is important for nurses to pay attention to the intentions of women of childbearing age in carrying out family planning and to develop strategic health promotion that can reach all groups.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a global health threat due to many other health risks such as kidney failure, heart disease, stroke and even serious injuries that can cause complications. One of the complications is peripheral neuropathy nerve damage that causes diabetic ulcers so that there is a risk of decreased foot sensitivity and changes in ankle brachial index values in diabetics. Progressive muscle relaxation technique is one of the actions that can affect the hypothalamus to regulate and reduce the activity of the sympathetic nervous system to provide direction by moving the feet slowly and regularly. Objective: to determine the effect of progressive relaxation techniques on the value of ankle brachial index and foot sensitivity in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: This study used quasi experiment method with pre test and post test design approach with control group. The population of DM patients was 120 respondents, then the sample was taken using non-probability sampling and based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Sampling using total sampling with the number of respondents 15 intervention groups and 15 control groups. Analysis using the t-test. Results: The results of the study on the ABI value obtained a p-value of 0.02 in the intervention group and a p-value of 0.414 in the control group while the foot sensitivity value obtained a p-value of 0.01 in the intervention group and 0.07 in the control group. Conclusion: This shows that there is an increase in ABI values and foot sensitivity in patients with diabetes mellitus. The progressive relaxation technique can be used as an intervention to prevent diabetic foot ulcers.

Palliative care is start from diagnosis of serious illness until death and bereavement care. But, the term “Palliative Care” often mistakenly regarded identical to “End of Life Care” without any treatments. It’s caused dilemma among nurses to give maximum care of palliative care needs or let the patients get minimum of care. Methods: The aim of this article is to evaluate the dilemma palliative care needs in Intensive Care Unit. This is a case study report used a qualitative approach of 3 palliative patients in ICU used descriptive case study as well as in depth-interviews with patient’s family, nurses and internist. Results and Discussion: We present a case report of 3 patient who had been admitted to hospital with cancer and need palliative care in ICU. Patients subsequently suffered a pulmonary metastase with multiple organ failure. However the goal of end of life care for dying patients is to prevent or relieve suffering as much as possible while respecting the patient’s desires. But it is still a dilemma in Indonesia, especially palliative patients in ICU. According to medical decision, patients in ICU should receive maximum treatment, but if patient is facing multiple organ failure nurse should consider to providing palliative care. Conclusions: Palliative care approaches and provision within intensive care units can significantly impact care outcomes and increase the quality-of life people with end-of life period. Palliative care not to reduce the dose of drugs and patient care.
