BERNAS: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat
The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. <![CDATA[Business actors carried out by individuals have increased every year. Business actors carry out activities of providing services, opening basic food and grocery stores that sell daily necessities as well as creating creative and other products. The increase in business actors carried out by individuals is not accompanied by an increase in the financial aspect. This is due to the lack of motivation and ability of business actors in managing their business finances. In addition, business actors have not been able to carry out financial records and bookkeeping properly and as a result, personal assets and company assets are often mixed into one. Another problem is the increasing competition with minimarkets, which are growing very rapidly, so that many people switch to shopping at minimarkets instead of shopping at grocery stores. As a result of this competition, the grocery store became empty of enthusiasts and ended up going bankrupt. Methods The implementation of the socialization work program for the financial management of the grocery store business in Ciwalen Village went through several stages starting with the observation stage. The results show that business actors have begun to realize the importance of managing business financial books and can make financial reports according to standards, these standard financial reports are used by third parties (taxes and banks) for banks to easily provide assistance for the smooth running of the business. .]]>

<![CDATA[In the current era of globalization, it has become a necessity for the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for academic administrative services in schools. The use of ICT for academic administrative services is nothing new in Indonesia. However, there are still many teachers and administrative staff at every school in Indonesia who still do not use ICT for academic administrative services. This can not be separated from the lack of access of teachers and administrative staff to ICT itself. This lack of access may cause teachers and administrative staff in some schools to still use conventional academic service styles, causing strengthening of governance, accountability and public image of school institutions to be less positive. The use of a conventional academic service style, for example a manual student assessment process, if left unchecked may cause a school as a "learning organization" to not develop or develop slowly. The Training on the Utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Academic Administration Services for Teachers and Administrative Staff of SMKN PP Jambi is expected to strengthen governance, accountability and public image of school institutions, especially SMKN PP Jambi.]]>

The results of this activity can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the event and the motivation of SMEs in using digital financial applications. <![CDATA[Tugas perkembangan anak di usia toddler dihadapkan pada penguasaan beberapa tugas penting antara kain mengendalikan buang air besar dan kecil menjelang usia tiga tahun. Terdapat 75 juta usia anak sampai prasekolah yang mengalami kesulitan mengontrol BAB dan BAK. ibu-ibu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Penimbung, yaitu di Desa Penimbung dan Desa Kekeri menunjukkan bahwa ibu tidak mengetahui tentang istilah toilet training, ibu mengatakan tidak melatih anak BAB/BAK karena anak secara alami akan bisa BAB dan BAK dengan mandiri, serta masih banyak ibu yang membiarkan anaknya menggunakan pampers hingga usia 5 tahun. Tujuan: meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang toilet training pada ibu dengan anak usia toddler di desa kekeri wilayah kerja puskesmas penimbung. Metode: Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pengetahuan kepada Ibu-ibu didesa Penimbung yang memiliki anak-anak usia toddler mengenai Toilet Training dengan metode ceramah yang disertai power point dan pemberian leaflet serta demonstrasi. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode ceramah yang disertai power point dan pemberian leaflet serta demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dengan anak usia toddler tentang toilet training.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia's abundant biodiversity provides good opportunities for developing medicines, especially traditional medicines made from plant materials. However, it is necessary to standardize the process to realize quality, safe, and efficacious traditional medicinal preparations. This standardization process is essential. This workshop aims to provide information on the standardization of raw materials for traditional medicines to have the knowledge and ability to standardize medicinal raw materials. At the initial stage, participants will be given a pretest. Furthermore, participants studied specific and non-specific parameters, and at the last stage, the participants were given a posttest. The data obtained from the pretest and posttest will then be processed using Excel and the IBM SPSS Statistics version 25.0 application. From the results of the workshop activities, the average value of the pretest results was 62.5806, smaller than the posttest results of 83.2258. This indicates a significant difference of P < 0.05 between the pretest and posttest. In this workshop, the team provided an understanding to the participants in standardizing the raw materials for traditional medicines. The statistical results also showed a significant effect on the treatment before being given training and after being given training to the workshop participants.]]>

<![CDATA[Efektivitas produksi dari KWT Soka Makmur perlu mendapat dukungan lebih yang harapannya dapat memberikan dampak pada daya melaba UMKM tersebut. Lebih lanjut, di tinjau secara keilmuan akuntansi, besaran harga pokok produksi dapat memberikan sequence effect terhadap kemampuan melaba UMKM. Kondisi saat ini, KWT Soka Makmur belum memiliki ketetapan perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang mapan dan terdapat permasalahan dalam pemilihan kemasan. Permasalahan dalam pemilihan kemasan dapat memberikan dampak terhadap teknik pemasaran yang digunakan sehingga berpengaruh pada biaya dan market scope KWT Soka Makmur. Kegiatan ini direncanakan berlangsung dari bulan Maret sampai dengan Oktober tahun 2022 atau selama kurang lebih delapan bulan kegiatan. Pada akhirnya, semua kegiatan telah berjalan sesuai dengan tahapan yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya. Namun demikian, tim pengabdian mengalami kendala dengan adanya keterbatasan sumber daya manusia untuk mengelola sarana media sosial yang dimiliki oleh KWT Soka Makmur.]]>

<![CDATA[Desa Cisaat Kabupaten Subang adalah desa wisata yang sedang berkembang tetapi menghadapi kendala promosi ke luar negeri. Keterbatasan kompetensi bahasa asing pada Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) merupakan salah satu kendala yang dihadapi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bahasa asing pokdarwis Desa Cisaat dengan memberikan pelatihan Bahasa Inggris, Arab, dan Perancis. Pelatihan dilakukan selama tiga hari dengan menggunakan metode audio-lingual dan dilakukan secara luring. Hasil hasil wawancara diketahui bahwa peserta menyambut antusias kegiatan pelatihan yang diberikan. Selain itu dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner bahwa secara umum peserta dapat memahami materi topik perkenalan diri dan kepariwisataan baik dalam Bahasa Inggris, Arab, maupun Perancis yang diberikan. Meskipun demikian latar belakang pengalaman belajar sebelumnya menyebabkan Bahasa Perancis lebih sulit dipelajari daripada Bahasa Inggris dan Arab.]]>

<![CDATA[Following the Covid 19 outbreak, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Kuningan Regency are working to establish themselves and create well-known products. However, there is still a lack of knowledge on licensing issues, including BINs and MSME Business Permits. MSMEs must also be familiar with various licenses, including those from the Home Industry Food (PIRT), Drug and Food Control Agency (BPOM), Halal Products (BPJPH), and Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI). The preliminary survey's findings demonstrate that MSME actors in Ciomas village still do not comprehend the significance of permits for their companies. By demonstrating the significance of permits—particularly Business Identification Numbers and Small and Medium Enterprise Permits—as well as a number of other types of permits required by MSME actors in Ciomas Village, Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency, these issues will be resolved. Starting with socialization on the value of licensing and the licensing procedure at the approved agency or institution, the counseling approach is applied. 30 MSMEs in Ciomas Village are expected to comprehend various kinds of business licenses as a result of this training, which is the goal.]]>

<![CDATA[Profil desa merupakan gambaran menyeluruh tentang karakter desa dengan berbagai potensi yang ada yang disusun dan diketahui oleh masyarakat yang terlibat dalam pengembangan desanya, serta dipublikasikan kepada pihak yang akan berkontibusi positif terhadap pengembangan pariwisata berbasis potensi di desa tersebut. Salah satu desa yang saat ini sedang mengembangkan pariwisata berbasis potensi desa adalah Desa Keramas, desa ini memiliki beragam potensi desa yang dapat dikembangkan secara berkesinambungan. Saat ini desa Keramas belum memiliki data profil desa yang dibutuhkan untuk menginventarisasi data desanya baik sumber daya manusia, sumber daya alam, sumberdaya budaya, serta sarana dan prasarana pariwisata. Data tersebut sangat penting untuk pengembangan selanjutnya dalam memaksimalkan potensi desa untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan PKM ini, penyusunan profil desa dilakukan secara manual bersama mitra untuk selanjutnya dimasukkan kedalam sistem teknologi yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan akses informasi bagi yang membutuhkan data untuk pembangunan dan pengembangan desa Keramas. Diharapkan dengan tersedianya profil desa Keramas secara lengkap, valid, dan terbaharui dapat dipergunakan untuk kemajuan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Keramas. Selain itu dalam kegiatan ini diharapkan juga adanya peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam memberikan pelayanan dan menampilkan informasi seluruh potensi yang ada di desa Keramas.]]>

<![CDATA[Increasing infrastructure through the allocation of village funds in the context of improving community services is increasingly being carried out in every region. Every year the allocation of village funds through the APBN continues to increase. Along with these efforts, village officials who are expected to be intermediaries for the implementation of the infrastructure improvement program are required to have the ability to carry out technical development implementation activities in the field. Tongo Village as a partner who cooperates in Community Service activities this time has been guided and trained through training activities using the learning by doing method related to Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The materials provided to village officials are: an introduction to the RAB and its constituent components, and Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) which consists of: work volume, estimated time for work completion, calculation of the number of workers and material requirements. From the results of the training it can be concluded that village officials understand how to make a Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) using Microsoft Excel as the main component in the Budget Plan (RAB).]]>
