Abstract

How important it is in modern times to return mankind back to the right path, after most humanshave taken many paths of life that are not true. As real proof is the loss of a good humanpersonality according to the nature of origin, where humans are born in a state of pure holiness.Then how important it is to explore rabbaniyyah education again, so that humanity can still beable to live life in this world in accordance with the nature of humanity. Now, to achieve allthis, there needs to be serious and disciplined efforts, so that by reestablishing the basicprinciples of life with rabbanuyah education will be realized, so as to create a life full ofharmony, peace, peace and fulfillment of all the needs of life, that is enough clothing , food andshelter, and free from poverty and ignorance and discrimination. To achieve that all of themneed clear and accurate solutions, then there is no other effort is to re-explore from the originalsource of Allah's guidance through the Holy Qur'an, which specifically explores rabbaniyyaheducation in the Qur'an. And more specific is to explore the verses of the Qur'an that are closelybound to humans as an-Nas (social beings), so that every human being will come to knowhimself as a human being.

Abstract

Leadership in an educational institution is one of the determining factors in the success of aneducational institution. Through a good system and pattern of leadership, educationalinstitutions will be able to know where they want to go and reach clearly. Spiritual intelligenceis needed for a leader to lead an educational institution, especially Islamic educationalinstitutions. In the scope of leadership based on spiritual values, the orientation of all itsactivities is as a manifestation of worship and a means of devotion to God. Therefore, thejournal discusses the concept of spiritual leadership in Islamic educational institutions Maqashid Sharia perspective in terms of dharuriyyat starting from the side of hifdz al-din, hifdzal-nafs, hifdz al-aql, hifdz al-nasl and hifdz al-mal and its implementation in the Da'wahManagement Study Program of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This research uses descriptivequalitative study methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews anddocumentation. The results showed that the head of the department in this study program hada main program in education and training as part of the development of spiritual leadership.Through this case, the head of the department and the lecturer do not simply abort theadministrative obligations, namely to carry out the learning process, but also as a means ofdevotion to God. In addition, spiritual leadership is demonstrated through exemplary efforts tothe characteristics of the Prophet, namely siddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathanah as well asvarious forms of policies implemented by the Chair of the Department aiming to achieve mutualbenefit.

Abstract

Education system in Indonesia is experiencing new challenges due to the Covid-19 virusoutbreak, which has caused the entire learning system in educational institutions to betransferred to online learning methods. The disruption in the learning process causes somechanges to students which ultimately affect the motivation to learn. This research uses aquantitative approach, with the sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The populationin this study were all high school students who took part in the process online learning. Theanalytical method used to analyze the data obtained in this study uses the Mann Whitney Uanalysis method. This type of research uses the foundation of learning motivation theory andaspects from Chernis & Goleman's theory (2011). The results of this study indicate that thesignificance value of Mann Whitney U is 0,000 which means the motivation to learn in students who take online or online learning in the midst of the pandemic situation of the Covid-19 virusis decreasing, because the significance value of 0,000 is less than 0.05 (p <0,05).

Abstract

Down syndrome is one of the children with special needs, where the child has an intellectuallevel that is low or below average. This study aims to find out, provide an overview, and explainabout the forms of social interaction carried out by a child with special needs with Downsyndrome with teachers and friends in regular school. This is done in order to provide a trueview and picture of the social behavior that appears from children with Down syndrome, whereit has not been widely known by educators and the public. This research is a qualitative researchwith case study method, this research uses purposive sampling technique. This study uses onesubject with certain characteristics. Data collection techniques used are: non-participantobservation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include:(1) data reduction (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion drawing. The results of data collection conducted from January to March 2017, found that there are four forms of behaviorthat appear classified in social behavior and forms of behavior classified as asocial behavior.The intended social behaviors are friendly behavior, sympathetic behavior, cooperativebehavior, and competitive behavior. Existing asocial behaviors consist of resistance behaviorand attack behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of exemplary methods in improving the quality of moral education in Islamic Education subjects at an-Nasirin Islamic Junior High School, West Jakarta. The method in this research uses qualitative methods with a field study approach. The research technique used is to use data triangulation, namely combining observation, interviews and documentation. The implementation of exemplary methods in improving the quality of moral education in Islamic Education subjects at An-Nasiriin Islamic Middle School, namely through the moral values that have been conveyed by the term Principles of Adab. The term principle of adab is adab-or ethics in daily activities at school, such as speaking honestly, politely, respecting teachers and friends, eating, going well. The mention of the term is intended to remind students of the moral values that have been taught can be embedded and implemented. To strengthen the values of these principles of adab, the teacher implements exemplary method

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of operant conditioning theory in learning tahfidzul quran at PPTQ Muhammadiyah Ibnu Juraimi Yogyakarta. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. is in PPTQ Muhammadiyah Ibnu Juraimi because the researcher is indeed a wadir of beauty at the PPTQ Muhammadiyah Ibnu Juraimi, the second is in-depth interviews with Muhafidz, the third documentation is by recording every activity, material and other things that are related to research. The data analysis technique is done by reducing the data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. The conclusions obtained can be tested for correctness by means of data triangulation and informant reviews. The results of the operant conditioning theory research on the importance of reinforcement of a response arising from the stimulus can help improve the performance of students in memorizing the Qur'an.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and obtain information about the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the learning process of the Koran using the Yanbu'a DI method in grade 2 at MI At-Taqwa Bondowoso. The research used an exploratory case study method and the research approach used a qualitative case study method which was used to obtain information on the constraints and consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on teaching and learning activities at MI At-Taqwa Bondowoso. Sample size is based on attainment of depth and richness of description. According to Guetterman, sample size is not a matter of representative opinion and views, but rather a matter of information wealth. The results of this study were that the researchers found several problems and obstacles experienced by students and class teachers in online teaching and learning activities, including: students were not active in depositing their reading results due to network constraints, no quota, students did not have communication tool or handpohne itself, the enthusiasm of students in learning begins to decline, therefore the goals and targets to be achieved by MI At-Taqwa Bondowoso are like their original ideals, that students are able to read the Koran properly and correctly, including in the form of letters, characteristics Characteristics of letters and proper fashohah experience many obstacles as a result of online learning.

Abstract

The research, entitled Building Educator Motivation (Self Transcendence) at MI Muhammadiyah Al-Muttaqien aims to determine the role of the institution or the principal as a motivator to optimize teacher performance at MI Muhammadiyah Al-Muttaqien. This research is a research with a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The subjects of this study include principals and teachers who teach at MI Muhammadiyah Al-Muttaqien. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The theory used is Maslow's Hierarchy of Need theory in which there are several levels of needs needed to increase work motivation. In research, this theory is used to determine the achievement of the spiritual needs of teachers who teach at MI Muhammadiyah Al-Muttaqien. Also, whether all the needs contained in Maslow's theory can be met by the institution so that it can increase the work motivation of teachers. The results showed that the role of institutions and school principals in increasing motivation, as well as means of rewarding the performance of teachers is really needed. However, there are shortcomings or limitations in terms of fund allocation and other things that make several things in the level of need not fulfilled. Even though there are deficiencies in this, the enthusiasm of the teachers to continue to teach and be sincere in conveying knowledge are important things that create self-transcendence.

Abstract

Writing this paper aims for every human being to receive equal, fair and equitable treatment in their daily life in any aspect, especially in the world of education. And also to remove the patriarchal ideology which requires the position of men over women. In this research, the writer uses descriptive qualitative method, in which the writer tries to describe what is related to the title of this thesis. The results of this study can be concluded that Fatima Mernissi views that education is an early stage in Islamic education. Where parents act as the first teachers at home. Learning materials as well as knowledge of religion, culture and social customs. In this case, Fatima explained that between women and men, both of them are educators and students, they all have the same learning opportunities because they have the same responsibility. This has happened at the time of the Prophet, he did not divide his people just because of religious and mundane issues, such as social and individual matters. Fatima views that the problem of differences between men and women will continue to exist but within the limits of reasonableness and without eliminating the aspects of human rights inherent in her, as well as the responsibility for individual and social human rights.

Abstract

This article aims to look at the leadership function in Islamic educational institutions. The approach used in this paper is a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis and is library research (library research). Leadership is one of the factors that determine the vision, mission, and goals of an institution or organization. In the context of Islamic education institutions, one of the factors in the management of Islamic education institutions is the leadership of the school/madrasah principals, pesantren caregivers, deans, chancellors, and all elements of Islamic education are also very influential in their confidence in Islamic education.
