Abstract

The development of civilization in Indonesia is still colored by negative moral behavior, especially in communication, such as the expression of netizens responding to news. The increasing number of cases of corruption, violence and criminal cases shows very immoral behavior that affects social interaction, community communication and behavior change. So that this behavior is a characteristic of a person's personality, which in the formation of his personality can only start from the golden age (Golden Age) to adulthood. Therefore, this paper reminds us of the need for competence of teachers/educators in communicating with students in forming a positive personality reciprocally, both at home and in educational institutions. Several ways can be done by parents of students as primary educators or teachers in order to form a positive personality in students. So this can be done in several ways, including: In teaching students, educators are ethical in communicating, teaching them by concrete examples, individuals who behave positively in advising, teaching them about emotional intelligence, punishment and reward programs are implemented, storytelling methods in teaching Introducing the noble value of human relations with the Creator, supervising social relations, supervising students in the use of internet technology. It is hoped that with the application of communication ethics in the Qur'an which is a reference for parents and educators, students will someday be able to have positive personality traits

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic which lasted for approximately three years starting from 2020 to 2022, the global community in general, including in Indonesia, especially in the scope of the world of education, migrated to digital platforms comprehensively, including all elements that support the continuity of the implementation of learning, including in it includes the ease of getting references as online/online learning resources. This convenience certainly has a dichotomy that needs to be addressed wisely because starting from the abundance of learning sites available on the internet, special criteria are needed in order to provide authentic and accountable learning resources.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze about the emotional intelligence of teachers and teacher teaching ability which is associated with the quality of classroom management, allegedly the emotional intelligence of teachers and the ability to teach teachers has a relationship to the quality of classroom management in schools. For this reason, in this study using quantitative analysis to look for relationships between variables, research data was collected using questionnaires with a likert scale to teachers at the State High School (SMAN) in Ciputat South Tangerang. From research, it can be known that emotional intelligence has a relationship with improving the quality of classroom management, as well as the ability to teach teachers who have a relationship with efforts to improve the quality of classroom management in schools. In other words, efforts to improve the quality of class management at school in the implementation of the learning process can be done by the emotional intelligence in the teacher, and there is an increase in teaching ability owned by teachers, a teacher as a leader in the school class needs to have emotional intelligence and high teaching ability so that it will produce a quality learning process created by quality classroom management.

Abstract

This study identifies and describes the characteristics of the Tahfidz program students in the process of memorizing the Qur'an at Al-Muhajirin High School Purwakarta as one of the educational institutions that has the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program for class X-XI students located in the Citapen area of ​​Purwakarta. West Java. Researchers formulate problems related to personality types and student characteristics in the process of memorizing the Qur'an in terms of the Hippocrates-Galenus personality typology. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with test and interview methods. Based on the results of the study, it was identified that the students of the Tahfidz program at SMA Al-Muhajirin Purwakarta had 4 mixed personality types including a natural mixture, namely Melancholy-Phlegmatic, complementary mixture, namely Sanguine-Phlegmatic and Melancholy-Choleric, and the opposite mixture, namely Choleric-Phlegmatic. Characteristics of Tahfidz program students in the process of memorizing the Qur'an regarding the motivation and methods used to memorize the Qur'an in terms of the Hippocrates-Galenus personality typology.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the concept of Islamic education, and the contribution of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari, so the author finds the shortcomings and strengths in Educational thinking according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari. The research method used in this study is the Library Research method, which is a series of activities related to the method of collecting library information, reading and writing and processing research material. The data analysis technique that the author uses in this research is content analysis or what is often referred to as content analysis. This content analysis is used to compare one research with other research according to this article. It is a research that uses library sources from articles and journals to obtain research information. This research has a problem formulation including, How is the concept of Islamic education according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari? and How the contribution of KH. Abstract

Education is an absolute necessity for every generation. Therefore, to support these needs, educational institutions such as schools were established that organize teaching and learning activities. Pesantren is one type of educational institution with the same equivalence as public schools. Of course, this pesantren has several differences from schools in general, one of which is by emphasizing religious teachings so that the relationship between humans and God is based on the Qur'an and sunnah. By doing so, it is hoped that this pesantren will create a superior rabbinic generation. Of course, to create a superior generation of Rabbani, we are faced with various challenges, one of which is the increasingly rapid development of technology. The development of technology is increasingly rapid, resulting in every component in life including education, it's just that some Islamic boarding schools that still have not implemented technology, although there is also a positive side of technology to boarding schools should also be able to participate in implementing technology to develop and improve quality education to create a Rabbani generation

Abstract

This study analyzes the development of Islamic religious education in three main caliphs: Ottoman, Safavid, and Mughal Turks. Using the literature study method, this research examines primary and secondary sources related to the development of religious education in the context of each caliphate. During the Ottoman Empire, the Islamic religious education system developed rapidly through the establishment of madrasas that offered an inclusive curriculum. Under the Safavid Caliphate, educational institutions such as madrasas and universities were emphasized, with the integration of Shia religious teachings and general sciences. The Mughal Caliphate also made a significant contribution to Islamic religious education through the construction of mosques, madrasas and collaborations with prominent scholars. All three caliphs emphasize Islamic religious education within a framework of religious tolerance and inclusivity. This study concludes that although with different approaches, these three caliphs paid great attention to the development of Islamic religious education. In different time spans, these caliphs have made important contributions to the understanding of Islam and its application in society. This literature study provides valuable insight into how Islamic religious education developed in the context of the various caliphs.

Abstract

The purpose of writing as a descriptive description through deductive about the Definition, Scope of Management, and Leadership of Islamic Education. The qualitative research method was chosen in this paper because it is more commonly used by humanities, social, and religious academics. a focus on qualitative research methods, carried out through literature study. The stages of the research were carried out by collecting library sources, both primary and secondary. This study classified data based on research formulas. In the advanced stages, data processing and/or citation of references were carried out to be displayed as research findings, abstracted to obtain complete information, and interpreted to produce knowledge for drawing conclusions. As for the interpretation stage, an analysis or approach is used, for example, philosophical, theological, Sufistic, interpretation, syarah, and others. The management components and functions contained in the verses of the Koran, are Planning (At-Tahthiith), Organizing (At-Tandziim), Implementation (At-Tathbiq) and Evaluation (Al-Isyraf). The scope of educational management is management related to many parties and multidisciplinary knowledge. Namely, management of education and educational staff, student management, curriculum management, financing management, facility and infrastructure management, school management, principal management, and community relations management. In principle, leadership is a decision and is more the result of a process of changing character or internal transformation within a person. In Islam in determining the leader several principles that must be met are Amanah, Fair, Amr Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar and Shura.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of interest in Islamic educational institutions that implement programs to memorize the Qur'an and hadith. One of the aims of this program is to create a righteous generation. This study aims to describe the memorization program of the Qur'an and Arba'in Hadith at SMAIT Insan Madani 8, South Tangerang. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The data sources used are primary data sources, namely school principals, tahfizh teachers, arba'in hadith teachers, students in class X and XI, and secondary data sources in the form of books, journals, and theses. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Al-Qur'an memorization program at SMAIT Insan Madani 8 South Tangerang has a target of memorizing 28, 29, and 30, with a minimum of 29 chapters. Each class gets 60 minutes and 1 time in 1 week and is carried out in school hall. This tahfizh learning uses the talaqqi method, and uses media in the form of a connecting book which contains school rules, al-ma'tsurat, chapters 28, 29, 30, as well as students' memorization agendas. While the arba'in hadith memorization program has a target of at least 10 hadith students per year. This learning uses the talaqqi method and the drill method, so that students try to read and explain the contents. The supporting factors of the program of memorizing the Qur'an and arba'in hadith at SMAIT Insan Madani 8 South Tangerang, namely, school principals, educators, facilities and infrastructure, support from people around, choosing the right time, giving rewards and sanctions.

Abstract

This research aims to change the old paradigm, that in fact there are many, multidimensional, intelligences in every human being who lives on this earth. It also aims to analyze the verses of the Qur'an relating to the multiple intelligences. The type of research used in this research is library research. Data sources consist of two types, namely primary data and secondary data. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of documentation. The analytical approach uses an interpretive perspective approach. Meanwhile, data analysis used content analysis method. Test the validity of the data using the credibility of the data. The results of the study show that each discussion of multiple intelligences can be found in the Qur'an; mathematical-logical intelligence is in Q.S Ali-Imran[3]: 190-191, language/linguistic intelligence is in Q.S Ar-Rahman[55]: 1-4, interpersonal intelligence is in Q.S Al-Hujurat: 13, intrapersonal intelligence is in Q.S Al-Isra'[17]: 36, and naturalist intelligence is in Q.S Al-Qashas[28]: 77. Furthermore, mathematical-logical intelligence, language/linguistic intelligence and intrapersonal intelligence enter the realm of nature in relation to Islamic education . Meanwhile interpersonal intelligence and naturalist intelligence belong to morals in relation to Islamic education. Meanwhile, the relevance of the concept of multiple intelligences to Islamic education can be seen from how Allah bestows various kinds of gifts of intelligence on His servants, not just one. The goal is to help people solve the problems that exist in their lives.
