Jurnal Cakrawala Repositori IMWI focuses on publishing original research articles, reviewing articles from contributors, and current issues relating to Economics, Business and Management. The main purpose of the journal is to provide a platform for scholars, academics, and researchers to share contemporary thinking in the field. The work should not be published or submitted for publication elsewhere. The official language of the manuscript that will be published in Jurnal Cakrawala Repositori IMWI is Indonesian. For information and registration, contact cakrawala@imwi.ac.id. Jurnal Cakrawala Repositori IMWI is a peer-reviewed journal which is published six times a year. This journal is an open-access that publishes research outcomes with significant contributions to the understanding and improvement of management science. The review process in this journal employs a double-blind peer-review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.

<![CDATA[Measurement of the financial performance of local governments can show the financial condition of local governments and the ability of the region to explore and manage the existing sources of funds. A good regional financial performance can be seen from its effectiveness in exploring regional potentials, lower dependency on the central government, and a larger portion of PAD to finance regional development. This study seeks to measure the financial performance of the District-City Government in West Java by using a regional financial ratio measurement tool, which consists of the Fiscal Decentralization Ratio, the Regional Government Financial Dependency Ratio, the PAD Effectiveness Ratio, and the Capital Expenditure Ratio. The results of the measurement of the Fiscal Decentralization Ratio concluded that the financial capacity of the Regency-City Government in West Java is still classified as "LESS". The measurement results of the Regional Government Financial Dependency Ratio concluded that there were no local governments whose financial dependence on transfer funds falls into the "LOW" category. The results of the measurement of the PAD Effectiveness Ratio concluded that the majority of local governments in West Java had been effective and very effective in realizing the PAD target. And the results of the Capital Expenditure Ratio measurement concluded that there had been efforts from the District-City Government in West Java to maximize Capital Expenditures. This study has several limitations. Subsequent research can add the scope of testing or assessment to be more comprehensive, for example by conducting tests or studies on the determinants of the financial performance of local governments or the impact resulting from the factual conditions of the financial performance of local governments.]]>

<![CDATA[The internet is an important channel in the distribution of information and promotional activities for a university. Many information-seeking activities in society have shifted from conventional methods to digital. The website then becomes an important digital storefront for a university to distribute information and conduct promotional activities, including in this case, Institut Manajemen Wiyata Indonesia. Institut Manajemen Wiyata Indonesia has had a website from the time it was first established, but the existing website is considered too monotonous. Development and changes in interface design then need to be done. This effort begins with first conducting a 5W + 1H analysis to identify existing problems, decipher the background of the problem, to present alternative solutions. Follow-up observations and interviews are conducted with interested users to find out what expectations or content needs to be posted on the website. From this study it was concluded that the design of the user interface on the website must not eliminate its function as a medium in disseminating information to the public. Then the delivery of a strong identity that characterizes universities is done through informative media and supported by visual processing that emphasizes the quality and readability of the content when accessed from various types of user devices.]]>

<![CDATA[Panggung Indonesia 2045 adalah sebuah kegiatan pagelaran seni dan budaya yang diselenggarkan olehInstitut Manajemen Wiyata Indonesia. Kegiatan ini dilakukan seahun sekali bersamaan dengan hari sumpahpemuda tgl 28 Oktober. Pegelaran ini mengingatkan akan perjuangan para pahlawan di masa lalu hinggaakhirnya kemerdekaan Indonesia di raih, yang saat ini jarang sekali para pemuda mengingat sejarah tersebut.Dengan tujuan agar terselenggaranya kegiatan tersebut panitia dapat menyelenggarakan kegiatan tersebutdengan dana yang didapatkan dari penjualan kaos untuk dipakai saat acara, tiket masuk serta sponsor. Namunakhirnya Institut Manajemen Wiyata mengeluarkan dana tambahan menutupi kekurangan yang cukup banyakuntuk terselenggaranya kegiatan tersebut. Padahal acara tersebut sangat bermanfaat untuk pemuda-pemudisaat ini. Hal ini tentu menjadi sebuah tantangan bagi panitia panggung Indonesia 2045 yang merupakanwadah bagi para artis untuk menampilkan hasil karyanya di kota sukabumi. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the Comparison of Permanent Employees with Employees Outsourcing the Cleanliness Section viewed from Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. The research hypothesis is that there are differences between Permanent and Outsourcing Employees seen from Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. Research is a quantitative study using a comparative / difference approach. Data collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data processing using one way ANOVA and Independent Sample t-test and descriptive analysis data using the average technique. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the analysis of cost volume profit for profit planning Praline & Oregano Restaurants. The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive study by analyzing the financial statements of Praline & Oregano Restaurants with a time span of 2Q 2017 - 1Q 2019 using cost volume profit analysis. The results found that the highest contribution margin occurred in the category Other drinks which included Dilmah, ice tea, and mineral water and Fussion Bite food categories which included Acapulco Tori, Paneer Dori With Kuah Padeh, Crispy Yakitori, and Yummy Tandoori. This study also found that the Break Even Point of Praline & Oregano restaurants in each quarter from quarter 2 2017 to quarter 2 2019 was always achieved with a nominal range of Rp. 89,211,165 - Rp. 186,159,079 this happens because the sales generated are greater than the break-even sales. This study also found that the Margin Of Safety is known to experience a fluctuating increase in the ratio of 62-76% which indicates that the company always benefits. This study calculates Praline & Oregano's profit target will get a profit of Rp. 274,925,768 in the 3rd quarter of 2019.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership and bonus compensation both simultaneously and partially on earnings management in insurance sector issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2017-2019. The type of research used is verification research or hypothesis testing research. By using the census method and unbalanced panel data, there were 68 observation companies that met the population criteria. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the capital market reference center on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Multiple regression analysis model is used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Institutional ownership has a negative effect on earnings management. (2) bonus compensation has a negative effect on earnings management, and (3) Institutional ownership and bonus compensation simultaneously have an effect on earnings management.]]>

<![CDATA[One factor that can provide comfort facilities is the existence of fast information services in carrying out the process of lodging / homestay bookings for customers. In the lodging booking system in the tourist objects in Sukabumi regency there are still obstacles, namely using the manual method, by making a direct order or by telephone. This has the effect of delaying the process of homestay ordering then uncertainty of availability or not. Therefore this research is carried out aims to be able to provide information needed by customers. For homestay owners can increase the effectiveness of ordering work can be faster, accurate and timely because the data processing is done by the system, and the data is stored in the database so that it is safer, tidy and maintained. In this study the author uses structural design methods using SDLC, and website creation using the PHP programming language. The results of this study are that it can facilitate customers to process homestay bookings online. This research was only carried out in the district of Sukabumi which aims to make it easier for customers to place an order without having to come to the homestay while on vacation to the tourist attractions to be visited.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of motivation, discipline and confidence on academic achievement. The research method used is quantitative research method with type of kausal relationship research or reciprocal relationship. The research samples taken were all students of Management Study Program of Institut Manajemen Wiyata Indonesia batch 2016, 2017, 2018. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The instrument quality testing techniques include validity test and reliability test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and classical assumption test such as normality test, multicolinearity test and heterosesticity test. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that: (1) Motivation variables partially positively and significantly affect Academic Achievement, (2) Discipline variables negatively and significantly affect Academic Achievement, (3) Self Confidence variables partially positively and significantly affect Academic Achievement, (4) Motivation, Discipline and Self Confidence simultaneously or together have a positive and significant influence on Academic Achievement.]]>
