Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibadah sholat melalui media audio visual bagi anak usia dini, objek penelitian ini adalah siswa di Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Pendamar Indah 2, Selangor, Malaysia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan pencatatan berdasarkan instrument penilaian praktek ibadah sholat. Penilaian peningkatan pemahaman ibadah sholat dilakukan setiap minggu berdasarkan siklus penelitian.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan, pemahaman siswa terhadap ibadah sholat, hal ini terlihat dari hasil persentasi penilaian, dimana pada siklus I sebesar 38,3%, siklus II sebesar 66,67%, dan meningkat lagi pada siklus III yaitu sebesar 95,3%. Maka dapat disimpulkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap ibadah sholat melalui media audio visual

Abstract

Education is an important means of achieving optimal learning outcomes, so in this case it is prohibited to ignore the important components involved in learning. One example of a learning media component that cannot be overlooked is the use of learning media. This writing aims to analyze the use of audio-visual media in increasing motivation to learn to read iqra' in early childhood in Tadika Tinta Khalifah Sungai Karangan, Malaysia. The research used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The research was implemented at Tadika Tinta Khalifah Sungai Karangan, Malaysia for 1 month. The results obtained are learning carried out by utilizing audio-visual media can generate motivation for children, so that children will be more excited and interested in learning. Because audiovisual media is one of the media that combines images with sound. Examples of the utilization of audio-visual media can be implemented in the form of films, videos, and so on. The conclusion is that in learning to read at an early age level, especially in reading iqro' can be done by utilizing audio-visual learning media.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and examine the application of the Discovery Learning model to increase understanding of science concepts in the material on changes in the shape of objects, the difficulties of students and teachers in applying the Discovery Learning model to increase understanding of science concepts in the material on changes in the shape of objects. This research uses a mix method with the Sequential Explanatory Design. The instruments used in this research were tests, questionnaires and interview guides. The subjects in this research were 35 class V students at SDN Karyamulya. Apart from that, the difficulties faced by teachers are difficulty in providing motivation to students, limited teaching aids, difficulty managing time and difficulty conditioning students. Despite this, learning went well and optimally. Based on this, it can be concluded that the Discovery Learning learning model is effective in improving the ability to understand science concepts in grade V elementary school.

Abstract

The development of industrial areas will impact changes in land use in their vicinity, marked by the migration of industrial workforce which affects lands designated for residential development or built-up areas. One of the integrated industrial area developments studied is the Takalar Integrated Industrial Zone. This research aims to predict the carrying capacity and accommodation capacity of residential land around the Industrial Zone in meeting the land needs due to population growth. The study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a spatial approach using Geographic Information System (GIS). The analytical techniques include overlaying thematic maps (slope inclination, soil type, rainfall, topography, land use, and disaster-prone areas) with scoring and weighting according to Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 20/PRT/M/2007 to determine land carrying capacity. Then, for land accommodation capacity, demographic data (population) is used to predict the number of residents that can be accommodated on such land. The analysis results for the carrying capacity and residential capacity for the potential area around the Industrial Zone or outside its delineation cover an area of 2.182,28 hectares, meaning 60% of this land can be developed for residential purposes, which is 1.309,37 hectares. The housing land requirement for 213.413 housing units is 1.280,48 hectares, and the requirement for public and social facilities land is 176,36 hectares. The land capacity of residential development land around the Takalar Integrated Industrial Zone for the next 10 years, by the year 2033, faces a land deficit. Therefore, policy guidance is needed for land use and allocation of residential land to other districts or to focus on vertical housing development (flats).

Abstract

Model kompetensi pada kepala sekolah penting karena memberikan kerangka kerja yang jelas tentang kualitas dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk memimpin sebuah sekolah secara efektif. Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi melalui Peraturan Direktur Jenderal (Perdirjen) telah mengeluarkan dan menetapkan kompetensi yang tepat sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi model kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di lembaga pendidikan berbasis Islam. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 15 Kabupaten Madiun. Teknik pengumpuland ata adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memiliki model kompetensi kepribadian dengan ditunjukkan kepala sekolah memiliki kematangan emosi dan religius. Kompetensi sosial melalui adanya kolaborasi dan memiliki komuitas belajar antar dan dalam sekolah, serta kompetensi profesional dengan mengupayakan sekolah yang aman, nyaman dan inklusif. Kompetensi kepala sekolah menjadi hal yang harus dimiliki oleh kepala sekolah guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang berdampak pada peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' Mathematical Problem Solving Ability (KPMM) through the application of learning with the TaRL approach and the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. This research uses the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) with two cycles. The subjects of this study were students of class XI-11 SMA Negeri 2 Semarang in the academic year 2023/2024. The research process was carried out by implementing learning in groups according to the level of students' cognitive abilities and given contextual problems. One class was divided into 9 groups according to the results of the diagnostic assessment that had been analysed. Groups 1-2 consists of students who have high ability can solve problems independently, groups 3-5 have moderate ability, given problems with a little scaffolding. Meanwhile, groups 6-9 have low abilities, in solving problems there are, given guidance and more intensive scaffolding. The data collection instruments used in this study were observation sheets of teacher activities, student activities, and KPMM tests. Based on the results of this study, it was found that there was an increase in mathematical problem solving ability on annuity material for students of class XI-11 SMA Negeri 2 Semarang. This is shown by the data on the increase in the number of students who have mathematical problem solving skills at least in the good category from 52.78% at the pre-cycle stage, increased to 66.67% in the first cycle,, then increasing again to 86.66% in the second cycle. The average score of students' problem solving ability also increased, from 72.98 in the pre-cycle to 77.53 in the first cycle, and reached 90.53 in the second cycle.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian one group pretest and posttest. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru SMK di Kecamatan Lempuing Jaya berjumlah 76 guru. Hasil penelitian di peroleh variabel Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,815 yang menjelaskan bahwa pengaruh yang terjadi antara disiplin kerja dan produktivitas kerja guru bernilai positif. Hasil tersebut membuktikan Ha2 diterima sehingga hubungan yang terjadi semakin tinggi disiplin kerja maka semakin tinggi pula produktivitas kerja guru, begitu sebaliknya semakin rendah disiplin kerja maka semakin rendah pula produktivitas kerja guru

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a WhatsApp-based Chatbot system that can answer questions related to SKPM, utilizing a platform that is familiar to many students. The methodology used in developing this system is waterfall, which consists of the stages of Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment. Starting with interviews and observations around SKPM. Then identifying the needs of the Chatbot system to be created, then creating a design for the Architecture, Flowchart, Usecase, Activity, Sequence and Interface of the Chatbot system. System testing is carried out using the Blackbox testing method, while the measurement of system usability uses the Chatbot Usability Questionnaire (CUQ). The results of the CUQ test show that the Chatbot system successfully manages various interaction scenarios with users well, with a CUQ score of 74%. This finding confirms that the application of Chatbot as a means of communication in an academic context can increase efficiency and accelerate the dissemination of relevant information to students.

Abstract

It is obvious in clear terms that there is a significant relationship between ICT and national security (Snow, 1987). Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is an umbrella term that encompasses the function of unified communications and harmonized telecommunications including software applications, storage and audio-visual systems that enable users to process information. ICT can therefore play an importance role in national safety and defence against instability and risks violence brought about by rapid technological growth, social and political transformation. This paper is a descriptive review of the role of ICT in the overall security of a nation. The paper discusses the concept of ICT and security. It further identifies the problems faced by ICT implementation and possible solutions for the sustainance of national security. In order to collect importance data for the paper discussion, questionnaire instrument were administered to respondents using online Google form. The gathered responses were subjected to reliability analysis. In conclusion, recommendations were made.

Abstract

This study aims to propose a new mathematical model to reduce the prevalence of stunting with interventions given to children aged 0 months to less than 24 months. The interventions given are how often toddlers are checked for health at integrated health centers, breastfeeding, complementary feeding and immunization. This study develops a compartment model that considers the basic characteristics of stunting transmission and interventions that will be given to toddlers diagnosed with stunting. This mathematical model will include the development of difference equations and differential equations to represent the transmission of stunting prevalence in real life. This new initial mathematical model can be used by authorities as a prevention strategy to reduce the prevalence of stunting. The extension of this study will include the application of the proposed mathematical model to stunting data in Indonesia.
