Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Abstract

Cooperatives are an opportunity for economic actors to continue to develop with business activities carried out in groups to achieve common goals among fellow cooperative members, so strategic planning in the form of a design for a Government Program, especially in the Cooperative Sector, is a form of consideration and input for developing a resource. The resources owned by cooperatives in Bandung City by providing digital trade, from the Cooperative Business Network Economic System Program, abbreviated as SEJUK, with the aim of creating business cooperation between cooperatives in Bandung City. Information collection and management carried out in the form of interviews, literature studies, design carried out using quantitative research methods, marketing information system design based on Unified Modeling Leangues (UML) and supply chain planning based on Value Stream Mapping (VSM). From the design results, it is clear that supply chain network design and marketing information systems are connected in managing cooperatives to carry out goods procurement and business promotion activities by utilizing marketing information systems to provide digital trade channels for cooperatives participating in the SEJUK Program. so that the impact given by participating in the SEJUK Program needs to be improved and enhanced in the future in providing a forum for cooperatives to carry out business collaboration through the SEJUK Program

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see how the localization strategy for street vendors in Pamekasan district can improve the regional economy. This is not without reason because street vendors are a form of business in the informal sector whose existence has a significant impact on the regional economy and there are efforts from the regional government itself to encourage the informal sector by achieving quite large numbers during its term of office so that this to be sustainable and synergistic. This is certainly not easy considering that there are still many problems that need to be resolved so as to provide mutually beneficial joint solutions. This research is felt urgent to be implemented considering that there is still a lot of "homework" that must be completed. The research object is the street vendor association in Pamekasan district. Qualitative descriptive method used in this research. The sampling technique for street vendors in each community uses techniques purposive sampling. The results of research regarding the localization strategy carried out by the Pamekasan district government were that a special area for street vendors (zoning model) was formed which was spread across several points including: 1. The "Sae Salera" area; 2. The "Sae Rassah" area and 3. The "Food Colony" area. It is hoped that these three areas will become one of the solutions and part of the strategy carried out by the Pamekasan district regional government.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotions through social media and word of mouth on the intention to revisit PINDAD Hospital patients, with a patient population of PINDAD Hospital with a sample of 100 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly and also using the Google form. After the validity and reliability tests were carried out, the analysis was carried out with the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis tests, the coefficient of determination, the f test and t test. The results showed that promotions with social media and word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on patient repeat visits, which means that if promotions with social media and word of mouth were increased, the patient's repeat visits would also increase significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the factors that influence the decline in return on assets and the economic benefits obtained by cooperative members. This research was conducted with the object of the trading business unit of Sumber Tani Mandiri Agricultural Cooperative. In this study, the method used is a case study by collecting data and direct observation on the object of research and then analyzing it in depth. The measuring instrument to determine the factors that influence the decline in return on assets uses net profit margin and total asset turnover. Meanwhile, direct economic benefits are measured by comparing prices in cooperatives and non-cooperatives. In addition, the economic benefit of direct members is analyzed by distributing questionnaires to cooperative members as respondents. Then, for indirect economic benefit, it was measured by calculating the remaining operating results of the members' share. The results showed that the turnover of total assets from 2018 to 2022, so that the turnover of total assets can be said to be effective because the turnover is getting faster. However, when viewed from the development of net profit margin, it is considered inefficient because the amount of net profit margin generated tends to decrease due to increased expenses or costs incurred. The amount of net profit margin generated in 2018 to 2022. Thus, the factors that influence the decrease in return on assets are due to expenses or costs that have increased more than revenue from sales. The direct economic benefits in the form of price benefits offered by cooperatives are cheaper than the prices offered by non-cooperatives. However, for indirect economic benefits in the form of the remaining results of operations has decreased from the previous year.

Abstract

This research aims to analyses the influence of Team Member Exchange (TMX) and Competency on the Work Productivity of PT Techmicron Batam City with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. Data was collected from 100 employees of PT Techmicron Batam City using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The research results show that Team Member Exchange (TMX) has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Work Productivity, Team Member Exchange (TMX) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Competency has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Productivity, Competency has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Work Productivity of PT Techmicron Batam City Employees. The implications of this research are the importance of compensation in building job satisfaction so that it can increase employee work productivity, as well as the importance of building Team Member Exchange (TMX) relationships in increasing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study investigates the dynamics of financial competence among customers and employees of Bank BNI, focusing on the roles of mindset, saving behavior, and financial knowledge. Using a quantitative research design with a sample size of 100 participants selected through random sampling, data were analyzed using Smart PLS for path analysis. The findings reveal significant direct relationships: mindset positively influences both financial knowledge (FK) and financial competence (FC), while saving behavior directly enhances FC. Additionally, indirect effects show that both mindset and saving behavior contribute to FC through their positive impacts on FK. These results highlight the critical importance of psychological factors and proactive financial behaviors in shaping individuals' financial capabilities. For Bank BNI, promoting a positive financial mindset and supporting disciplined saving practices could effectively enhance financial literacy and decision-making among stakeholders. Future research could explore additional variables and interventions to further refine strategies for fostering financial competence across diverse demographic groups.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study investigates the dynamics of financial resilience among customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia, focusing on the roles of financial planning, saving behavior, and financial literacy. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 80 bank customers selected via random sampling, the research employs SmartPLS for path analysis to assess direct and indirect effects. Findings reveal that financial planning significantly enhances both financial literacy and financial resilience, underscoring its pivotal role in promoting financial stability. However, saving behavior shows a non-significant direct impact on financial literacy and a marginally significant effect on financial resilience. Importantly, financial literacy mediates the relationship between financial planning and financial resilience, emphasizing its critical influence on customers' financial resilience. These results highlight the importance of tailored financial education initiatives and strategic planning interventions in enhancing financial literacy and resilience within Islamic banking contexts.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Industri ritel kini menghadapi tantangan besar di era modernisasi yang didorong oleh perkembangan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Indomaret Garut menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 92 konsumen member yang dipilih melalui Simple Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan IBM SPSS 25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan kuat antara kualitas pelayanan dan keputusan pembelian dengan koefisien korelasi 0,728. Analisis koefisien determinasi mengungkap bahwa kualitas pelayanan berkontribusi sebesar 53% terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara 47% dipengaruhi faktor lain seperti harga, fasilitas, dan kualitas produk. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan thitung 10,078 yang lebih besar dari ttabel 2,925 dan signifikansi 0,000. Penelitian ini mendukung studi sebelumnya yang menekankan pentingnya kualitas pelayanan dalam keputusan pembelian konsumen. Implikasi praktis meliputi investasi dalam pelatihan karyawan, pemanfaatan teknologi, penelitian berkala, peningkatan program loyalitas, serta kolaborasi dengan pemasok. Strategi-strategi ini dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dan memastikan pertumbuhan berkelanjutan di masa depan, memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACT The retail industry is now facing big challenges in the era of modernization driven by developments in digital technology. This research analyzes the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions at Indomaret Garut using a quantitative approach with descriptive and associative methods. The research sample consisted of 92 consumer members selected through Simple Random Sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS 25 for Windows. The research results show a strong relationship between service quality and purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient of 0.728. Analysis of the coefficient of determination reveals that service quality contributes 53% to purchasing decisions, while 47% is influenced by other factors such as price, facilities and product quality. Hypothesis testing shows that service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a tcount of 10.078 which is greater than a ttable of 2.925 and a significance of 0.000. This research supports previous studies which emphasize the importance of service quality in consumer purchasing decisions. Practical implications include investment in employee training, use of technology, regular research, improved loyalty programs, and collaboration with suppliers. These strategies can increase consumer satisfaction and ensure sustainable growth in the future, providing important insights for management to improve service quality. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of management strategies for developing the ability to write articles in English on the quality of students' writing. The type of data used is primary data, collected directly from respondents who are students of the management study program at the Faculty of Economics, Kosgoro 1957 Institute of Business and Informatics (IBIK 57) totaling 101 students. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the characteristics of the sample and data distribution, while inferential analysis, such as the coefficient of determination and linear regression, are used to test the relationship between the independent variable (management strategy) and the dependent variable (writing ability). The results of the study indicate that management strategies involving the frequency and quality of training, trainer competence, the use of assistive technology, and evaluation and feedback have a significant influence on improving students' writing skills. These findings emphasize the importance of a structured and focused management approach in developing writing skills, especially in the increasingly competitive era of globalization.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle, ease of use of PayLater services, and trust in using the PayLater application on the consumer behavior of generation Z Muslims who use SPayLater. This research is quantitative research with the data source for this research referring to primary data originating from generation Z Muslims who use SPayLater in Pekalongan City. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Lifestyle, Convenience and Trust partially have a positive and significant effect on the consumer behavior of generation Z Muslims who use SPayLater. Apart from that, lifestyle, convenience and trust simultaneously influence the consumer behavior of generation Z Muslims who use SPayLater. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.229 shows that the 22.9% increase in consumer behavior of generation Z Muslims using SPayLater in Pekalongan City can be explained by the independent variables, namely Lifestyle, Convenience and Trust. Meanwhile, the remaining 77.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.
