Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Abstract

This research examines Indonesia's foreign debt management from a sharia economic perspective, with the aim of providing policy recommendations that are in accordance with sharia principles. Foreign debt is an important instrument in financing development, but high levels of debt can give rise to various economic risks. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the current condition of Indonesia's foreign debt, including the amount, type and structure of debt. Meanwhile, qualitative analysis is used to evaluate existing debt management policies and their conformity with sharia economic principles and policy recommendations from a sharia economic perspective. The research results show that Indonesia's foreign debt continues to increase, with the composition dominated by long-term debt from various sources. From a sharia economic perspective, several current debt management policies are not fully in accordance with sharia principles, especially those related to the use of debt instruments that contain elements of usury. This research recommends several policy steps, including: increasing transparency and accountability in debt management, developing financing instruments that comply with sharia principles such as sukuk and waqf, and diversifying financing sources to reduce dependence on conventional foreign debt.

Abstract

The KSP Sumber Makmur Karyawan’s Balance Sheet Report shows 70% of the total cooperative assets in the form of account receivables, if further analysis shows that the distribution of loans in the Cooperative comes from its own capital and also loan capital through channeling pattern, at KSP Sumber Makmur Karyawan one of them with a channeling pattern receivable accounting system. This pattern involves a third party, namely the Bank for financing loans to members. This study aims to analyze the management of account receivables from loan capital adjusted to the accounting system in order to produce appropriate financial information. The research method used a qualitative approach with a case study method, the data used is primary data and secondary data, with data analysis techniques in the form of interview, observation, and literature study. The results of the study explain that KSP Sumber Makmur Karyawan has implemented an accounts receivable accounting system, but there are several shortcomings of the system, the first is the problem of procedures between loan applications and approvals, and installment payments are still put together, and the last is the separation of functions between administrative functions and cash functions there is still no separation.

Abstract

Theoretical research on intention to leave (ITL) is an attempt to understand the elements that influence individuals' willingness to leave the organization where they work. In this context, theories such as Theory of organizational behavior, Theory of planned behavior, Theory of work life balance (WLB), Theory of Sustainable Business Practice (TSPB), Self Determination Theory (SDT), Human Resource Management (HRM), social exchange theory (SET) are often used as frameworks to explain this phenomenon. In this study, an in-depth analysis was conducted of the various factors that can influence intention to leave (ITL), data collection methods and theories underlying ITL were clearly discussed using the PRISMA method by collecting data through google scholar, researchgate and publish or perish, 220 articles were excluded and included. Data synthesis of 49 articles. The results of this study can provide valuable insights for human resource managers and practitioners in developing strategies to minimize ITL in the workplace. In addition, this theoretical study can also serve as a foundation for future empirical research to examine the relationship between these factors in a more specific context.

Abstract

Mathematical logic intelligence is one of the intelligences that every human resource must have which should be prepared from an early age so that children are trained from an early age to be able to think critically using their logic. This research analyzes the mathematical logic abilities of early childhood using a combination of qualitative and quantitative. The methods used in this research are surveys and case studies, as well as questionnaires and observation measuring tools as techniques for collecting data. This research involved 10 children consisting of 5 girls and 5 boys and then a pre-test was carried out using the Gardner H (1993) mathematical logic intelligence instrument without number cards. Next, the 10 children were given game stimulation using number cards for 15 days and a post-test was carried out again. The results of the research showed that the mathematical logic intelligence of the ten children who had been stimulated using number cards increased very well. This can be seen from the ability to count, read numbers and solve problems logically which has a very good increase in score after being stimulated using number cards

Abstract

This study is to examine the impact of Celebrity Endorsement and Social Media Marketing on the establishment of Brand Equity for Yamaha Motorbikes in the city of Bandung, located in West Java. The use of celebrity endorsers in marketing is very prevalent, particularly due to their potential to enhance brand image. Currently, social media is progressively supplanting traditional media, and an increasing number of consumers are utilizing it as a means of obtaining information regarding products, services, and brands. Consequently, more and more brands are integrating social media marketing into their overall brand marketing strategies to take advantage of the digital revolution. The research methodology used is an explanatory approach. The study approach was conducted to acquire a methodical, objective, and precise depiction of the facts, attributes, and associations among the variables under investigation. The Structural Equation Model-SEM PLS approach was used for research data analysis. The demographic for this study consists of 220 prospective users of Yamaha Motorbikes in West Java. The study findings indicate that both celebrity endorsement and social media marketing have a substantial impact on the development of brand equity. Specifically, both celebrity endorsement and social media marketing contribute to the enhancement of brand equity.

Abstract

The development of technology and the internet has transformed societal lifestyles, with TikTok leveraging this trend through TikTok Shop, integrating entertainment and shopping with features like flash sales and live streaming to drive sales and influence consumer behavior. This study aims to examine the impact of flash sales and live streaming on impulse buying behavior on the TikTok platform. Using a quantitative approach with a survey of 400 respondents from Generation Z (aged 18-27) who have purchased through flash sales and live streaming on TikTok. Data analysis employed multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that both flash sales and live streaming significantly and positively influence impulse buying behavior. These strategies collectively form a robust approach to stimulate impulse buying: flash sales create purchase urgency, while live streaming enhances direct consumer engagement. This research offers valuable insights for TikTok sellers in optimizing flash sales and live streaming to enhance sales through impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

Social Media Marketing (SMM) is a marketing strategy that uses social media platforms to achieve business goals, including increasing brand awareness, building relationships with customers, and of course increasing sales volume. The purpose of this research is to find out what efforts Ziebarmart needs to make in order to optimize the implementation of Social Media Marketing on Ziebarmart's Instagram. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach which aims to evaluate the application of Social Media Marketing on Instagram in an effort to increase sales volume using purposive sampling data collection techniques. Data processing was obtained from interviews, questionnaires, observations and literature studies. The research results show an average expectation (Ȳ) of 3.24 and an average implementation (X̄) of 2.40, which is included in the main priority quadrant, namely indicators of current content (7), Consistent (8), Service adjustments (10 ). So the things that cooperatives need to do to increase Ziebarmart's sales volume include creating up-to-date content, improving the consistency of content uploads, adjusting services, improving interactions, and increasing Word of Mouth.

Abstract

Sanitation facilities, especially defecation facilities, play a vital role in reducing the spread of infectious diseases associated with poor sanitation. Tomo District has made various efforts to improve access to sanitation, including the construction of public toilet facilities and health education campaigns. However, there are still challenges in achieving universal sanitation coverage. This study aims to identify the distribution of defecation facility use in Tomo District from 2019 to 2021, measure the level of public health in Tomo District during that period. analyze the relationship between the type of defecation facility and the level of public health. And projecting changes in the use of drinking water sources and disease prevalence. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and inferential analysis to evaluate the relationship between the independent variables (defecation facilities) and the dependent variable (health level). With the projection of data on the use of drinking water sources and the prevalence of infectious diseases until 2024, we can see the expected trend if the assumption of an increase or decrease of 10% each year is met. These results provide an important picture for planning and decision making in efforts to improve public health in Tomo District. The results showed a significant relationship between the use of private latrines and a decrease in the prevalence of infectious diseases such as diarrhea and digestive tract infections

Abstract

One of the efforts being made in the current era to improve the performance of companies and employees in their operations and services, including cooperatives, is by implementing digital technology (digitization). Among the cooperatives that have digitalized are Credit Unions (primary CU) members of the Pusat Koperasi Kredit Khatulistiwa (Puskhat). The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of digitalization in Puskhat member cooperatives, the performance of cooperative employees after digitalization and the extent of the influence of cooperative digitalization on employee performance. The research methods are survey and quantitative descriptive methods using correlation regression analysis The results of the research show that the overall implementation of digitalization of Puskhat member cooperatives is going very well, the performance of cooperative employees has increased very well and there is a positive linear relationship between digitalization of cooperatives and the performance of their employees. The hypothesis can be accepted, it is proven that the digitalization of cooperatives has a significant positive effect on employee performance. In order for digitalization in Puskhat member cooperatives to be more effective, it is necessary to carry out continuous digitalization training, changes in organizational culture, documented software maintenance and software upgrades in accordance with developments and needs, as well as objective employee performance assessments related to competency in using digitalization.

Abstract

Cooperatives are business entities that play a crucial role in developing the economic potential and capabilities of their members, with the goal of improving their welfare. The Universiti Kebangsaan (UNIKEB Berhad) Cooperative in Malaysia is one such multi-purpose cooperative that has successfully fulfilled its role despite facing various business challenges. This cooperative, which primarily comprises academic staff and students, has been operating for over five decades and manages business units that include real estate (property leasing), retail, financing, gas station management, and Ar-Rahnu (pawn services). This research aims to analyze the role and performance of UNIKEB Berhad Cooperative in promoting the economic sustainability of its members. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing secondary data from UNIKEB Berhad as well as interviews and discussions with the management, supervisors, and members of the cooperative. The findings indicate that UNIKEB Berhad Cooperative has successfully acted as a platform to promote the economic welfare of its members, reflected in its operational growth and stability over more than five decades. The cooperative has also managed to analyze the business challenges it faces, including declining member participation, liquidity constraints, dependence on external funding, and decreasing dividends or profit-sharing. Based on this analysis, UNIKEB Berhad Cooperative has effectively evaluated and designed three strategies to promote the long-term economic sustainability of its members, focusing on funding structure, governance, and member commitment. These findings provide important implications for cooperatives facing similar business challenges in formulating appropriate strategies.
