Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of post-stroke fatigue on motor function as seen from dynamic balance in the elderly. The results of this examination are considered because they are an important component of stroke recovery. The research was conducted at the Sri Mulyani Physiotherapy Clinic, West Jakarta for approximately 1 month, from January to March 2023. The measurement instruments in this study were the FAS to see post-stroke fatigue in the elderly and the Time Up and Go Test (TUG) to see dynamic balance function in the elderly. The results of the study were based on examining post-stroke fatigue using FAS before and after the intervention. There was a significant effect (p value = 0.0001****) in the examination group I, and dynamic balance examination using the TUG before and after the intervention had a significant effect (p value = 0.0004***) in the examination group II. On examination to see the effect of FAS and TUG it was found that there was a significant effect (p value = 0.0001**** or p <0.05) between post-stroke fatigue on dynamic balance in the elderly. The conclusion from the research results is that there is a significant influence between the results of examining post-stroke fatigue in the elderly using the Fatigue Assessment Scale on dynamic balance in the elderly using the Time Up and Go Test.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kombinasi Visual Cue Training (VCT) dengan Core Stability Exercise (CSE) untuk mencegah risiko jatuh pada individu pasca stroke. Penelitian ini merupakan quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan pre-post test randomized control design. Kelompok perlakuan I terdiri dari 8 orang yang diberikan VCT kombinasi dengan CSE, sedangkan pada kelompok perlakuan II ada 8 orang yang diberi CSE. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Klinik Fisioterapi Sri Mulyani selama 4 minggu dari bulan Februari hingga April 2023. Instrumen pengukuran risiko jatuh menggunakan Dynamic Gait Index (DGI). Hasil penelitian menggunakan instrumen DGI menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok perlakuan I terdapat penurunan risiko jatuh yang signifikan pada individu pasca stroke (p<0,05 atau p=0,0004***) dan pada kelompok perlakuan II terdapat penurunan risiko jatuh yang signifikan (p<0,05 atau p=0,0011**). Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa VCT dan CSE dapat menjadi rekomendasi untuk mengurangi risiko jatuh pada individu pasca stroke. Namun, dari hasil statistik tampak bahwa kombinasi keduanya akan lebih efektif.

Research has been carried out on the effect of using used cooking oil 6, 8 and 10 times usage on the % yield of methyl ester formation (biodiesel) using a homogeneous base catalyst of 0.6% mass NaOH. All used cooking oil samples were reacted with methanol with a reactant ratio of 1:5 % by mass. The transesterification reaction of each sample was carried out at 60°C for 40 minutes. The yield of used cooking oil samples for 6 times of use was 96.6%, while 8 and 10 times of use showed values that were not much different, 96.4 and 96% by mass, respectively. Gas Chromatography (GC) and Mass Spectrocopy (MS) detected 14 peaks of the compound and that the 3 highest peaks indicated that the sample contained a methyl ester. Each peak of line 4 is methyl palmitate (C17H34O2) with an area of 36.66%, peak of line 6 is methyl oleate (C19H36O2), area of 55.7% and retention time of 17.92 minutes; the peak of line 7 is methyl nonadecanoate (C20H40O2) with an area of 4.41% and a retention time of 18.093 minutes.

Abstract: Parkinson's is a progressive degenerative disease that causes motor dysfunction. Individuals with Parkinson's also experience non-motor symptoms such as pain. Pain is one of the most frequently reported debilitating symptoms among individuals with Parkinson's. TENS as a non-invasive and non-pharmacological treatment has been used to treat a variety of neuropathic pain. The analgesic effect of TENS has been shown to be achieved through neurobiological mechanisms that affect the peripheral nervous system and central nervous system. This study aims to determine the intensity of pain in individuals with Parkinson's against pain reduction by administering TENS to the superficial radial nerve. The method in this study was Quasi Experimental with a research design in the form of a pretest – posttest group design on the elderly Parkinson's at RSU Aulia, South Jakarta. In this study, the number of samples was 12 people who were divided into 2 groups, namely the control group and the treatment group, each group consisted of 6 people. The measuring instrument used was the VAS which was measured before and after TENS was given to each group. The results of the hypothesis test with the Unpaired T-Test showed a significant reduction in pain in the treatment group (by administering TENS) with p value = 0.00** (p <0.05). The conclusion in this study is that treatment with TENS administration of pain has an analgesic effect on the elderly Parkinson's.

The fact is that not everything is as expected by the demands of the 2013 curriculum, there will definitely be advantages and disadvantages that will occur in each curriculum. But every deficiency in implementing the curriculum is a challenge for Biology teachers at SMAN 4 Pandeglang to be able to find solutions to every problem. This study aims: to determine the extent to which the implementation of Biology learning using the 2013 curriculum at SMAN 4 Pandeglang. The method used is interviews with two teachers there, namely the Biology teacher and the teacher who is the driving force in the curriculum at the SMAN. As a result, the implementation of Biology learning using the 2013 curriculum at SMAN 4 Pandeglang can be said to be good. Biology teacher who has experienced teaching for about 36 years in the world of education. So, know how to solve an existing problem about the curriculum to be applied in the learning process. Then at SMAN 4 Pandeglang, they are planning to prepare the Independent Curriculum to be implemented next year.

Classroom action research conducted at MAN 1 Lombok Timur Class X MIIA 2 Semester II aims to improve learning achievement in Mathematic subjects using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Learning Model. The data from this research were collected by giving the Mathematic learning achievement test. In analyzing the data obtained, descriptive analysis method was used. The data generated from this study consisted of initial data, cycle I data and data from Cycle II. From the initial data, the average grade for the new class reached 67.35 and the learning completeness only reached 40%. This data is far below expectations considering that the KKM for Mathematic at this school is 75. In the first cycle there has been an increase and the percentage of learning completeness has reached 77%. In the second cycle, the average class acquisition has reached 85.35 and the percentage of learning completeness has reached 91,43%. The data in Cycle II is in line with expectations due to the use of a constructivist learning model. The conclusion obtained is the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Learning Model can improve Mathematic learning achievement for Class X Science 2 Semester II Academic Year 2020/2021 MAN 1 Lombok Timur.

This research was structured to find out the role of Virgin Park as green open space which has intrinsic (ecological) and extrinsic (social, cultural, economic and aesthetic) functions, as well as the level of its role according to visitors' perceptions. This research uses descriptive analysis and scoring. The results showed that the positive and negative index values were 999 and 981. The positive index values were counted higher than the negative indexes. This indicates that respondents gave a positive response to the role of Virgin Park as an open green space that is actively used by the community. Calculations regarding the interpretation of the score to produce a classification level of the role of Virgin Park as an active green open space obtained results of 70.6% which fall into the classification level of a strong role. Supporting factors are the function of Virgin Park as an active green open space, namely the role of air circulation, entertainment and recreation facilities, a source of income for street vendors, and comfort.

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in corn productivity through the application of banana stump extract with various doses of SP-36 fertilizer. The research was conducted in the integrated laboratory and experimental garden of Muhammadiyah Bone University, which took place in June-August 2022. This study used a divided plot design (RPT) consisting of 2 (two) treatment factors and 3 (three) replications. The first factor is Banana Bark Extract which consists of 3 levels, namely; doses of 0 ml l-1(B0), 50 ml l-1(B50) and 100 ml l-1(B100). The second factor is SP-36 fertilization which consists of 4 levels, namely SP-36 0 kg ha-1(F0 ), 50 kg ha -1 (F 50 ), 100 kg ha -1 (F 100 ) dan 150 kg ha -1 (F 150 ). Parameter yang diukur adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot segar total tanaman, bobot kering total tanaman. Pemberian ekstrak batang pisang yang dikombinasikan dengan pupuk fosfat mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan luas daun tanaman. Selain itu, kadar pemupukan fosfat berpengaruh terhadap bobot segar tanaman dan bobot kering tanaman total.

Molecular systems influenced by the Kratzer potential have been investigated using the parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov method. This research aims to obtain the radial electron probability distribution of systems under the influence of the Kratzer potential without modifications, and to perform simulations of the radial probability distribution for oxygen, iodine, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen monoxide molecules. The radial electron probability distribution is obtained through the solution of the Schrodinger equation in the radial component. The radial component of the Schrodinger equation is obtained by separating the molecular system Schrodinger equation into three components: radial, zenithal, and azimuthal. The solution of the radial Schrodinger equation yields a radial wave equation, where the square of the absolute value provides the radial probability distribution of the electron's position with respect to the atomic nucleus. The solution to the radial component of the Schrodinger equation is achieved by applying the parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov method. Solving the radial component of the Schrodinger equation involves reducing the equation to a hypergeometric-type differential equation. Numerical computations and graphical simulations of the radial probability distribution are performed using the Matlab software. The research results indicate that the solutions for the radial electron probability distribution depend on spectroscopic parameters such as dissociation energy, equilibrium bond length, and molecular mass, as well as quantum numbers such as vibrational quantum number (n) and azimuthal quantum number (l). Iodine molecules exhibit the highest amplitude in the probability distribution plot compared to oxygen, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen monoxide.

This research aims to develop and describe student worksheet on the excretory system materials. This research is an R&D (Research and Development) study based on the ADDIE development model, which consist of 5 stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research instruments used were validation sheet question and response quesionnaires. The students worksheet was validated by 3 experts: a subject matter expert, a media expert, and a biology lecturer and it was tested on students.The result showed the students worksheet the percentage of achievements was 90% according material expert, 94% according media expert, and 96% according biolgy lecturer. Meanwhile, the student testis resulted in a score of 83,9% with a very feasible criteria. The conclusion of this research is that student worksheet based liveworksheet on the excretory system are highly suitable for supporting the learning process
