Abstract

There are 6 kinds of basic literacy that must be introduced to early childhood, one of which is numeracy literacy. Numerical literacy for early childhood is not only introducing numbers or number symbols, but numerical literacy is the basis for the ability to be able to solve problems in everyday life. The research was conducted by stimulating literacy skills, especially symbols or number symbols through activities to introduce the concept of addition and subtraction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of numeracy literacy on cognitive improvement in early childhood. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with the research subjects being group B children (aged 5-6 years) at RA Raudhatul Ummah Mustikajaya Bekasi City. The object under study is the child's cognitive ability. Data collection through tests and interviews. The results showed that children's cognitive abilities increased significantly through numeracy literacy.

Abstract

The Wayang Letter game is an interesting learning medium for children, especially in early childhood. In the Wayang Letter game, children are given direct experience because they are actively involved in playing according to the creativity of each child. Children who are known by various early literacy letters as the basic steps of children's reading literacy. The characters in the wayang letters can be packaged into children's favorite characters and can be played with a variety of storylines. In addition to interesting games, the Wayang Letter game developed at TK Widya Kusuma Sari Denpasar comes from materials that are easily available and also easy to make. The Wayang Letter game can be used as a parenting activity because it is easy to apply or play at each child's home together with their parents. This article aims to describe how the Wayang Letter game can provide benefits for the introduction of literacy as a step in developing children's reading literacy. The method used to analyze the data is qualitative analysis techniques, namely by collecting information and observing through observation and also in-depth analysis with various related sources.

Abstract

Parents have the responsibility to provide the best education for their children. One of the obligations of parents is to provide and choose schools according to the needs and readiness of learning children. However, there are many obstacles, parents' unconsciousness, and abilities that become barriers for children to get an education at school. Based on the background of this research, there is low interest from parents to send their children to PAUD institutions in Binuang District, Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan. The research aims to find out the factors that influence the interest of parents who do not want to include their children in playgroups (KB). The research subjects were parents who did not send their children to school in the Play Group which was the sample selection criteria, Binuang District, Tapim Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method supported by quantitative data. Quantitative data were obtained using data collection techniques using questionnaires at 7 PAUD institutions that have Playgroup services with 100 respondents. The average respondent who has an interest in sending their child to school is influenced by the needs, personal goals/motives of the parents, and the needs of the child. However, economic factors, and parents' educational background, are the highest percentage of interest in sending their children to school.

Abstract

Educational efforts, especially in improving quality human resources who have high creativity and high independence, are very strategic in view of productive and creative learning models in these efforts to develop teachers' creative competence in the learning process. . In realizing the quality values ​​of each educational institution, efforts can be made through learning activities. Teachers have duties and roles in choosing and developing learning strategies that can provide learning experiences and develop students' potential by implementing an innovative and creative learning model. The teaching model that can be applied can be adopted from the ASYIK model at TKN Duren Sawit 02, taking into account the development of potential aspects that exist in children carried out with the principle of playing while learning, sing and move so that it can attract children's interest in learning, therefore efforts are needed that are able to facilitate children's growth and development in the form of fun according to the age, needs and interests of children. The role of the teacher is needed so that the child's potential is more focused and also help from parents so that what children do is fun

Abstract

Learning resources can be obtained from anywhere, one of which is using digital media, the development of learning resource facilities at this time must be aligned with modern technological developments. The presence of School TV is a form of concern for observers of the world of education and is part of the nation's children's innovation assets that need to be rewarded, because they are able to contribute to the country in the world of education. School TV can be accessed easily anywhere, anyone and anytime as long as we have an internet network. Therefore, the existence of school TV is very useful as an electronic learning resource in developing the learning process. With school TV, children can take advantage of digital media in a positive way. Especially in TK Dharma Wanita Maospati, Magetan, East Java. This activity uses a qualitative description method, collecting data using interviews and documentation. With School TV, educators can increase their creativity in programming, composing learning and educators can make it happen in the form of broadcasts of learning activities at school. This can be used as a digital learning media, to facilitate students in accessing digital learning media.

Abstract

One of the media in this digitalization era that is considered very suitable for the development of early childhood communication skills is school TV by utilizing the "School Stage" feature on the School TV Channel in the form of Streaming Broadcasts. This paper aims to discuss the presence of school TV which is an attraction for early childhood education institutions as an alternative to increasing parental participation to support the learning process in PAUD. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method. Collecting data with surveys, documentation, and field notes, as well as literature study. The research locations were conducted at 4 early childhood education institutions, namely Taman Hijau Kindergarten in Batam City, Kindergarten 'ABA 72 Bekasi Selatan City, RA Qurrotul'Uyun Bekasi Timur Bekasi City, Kindergarten Islam Inclusion Cahaya Kautsar Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that school TV has a high potential to convey educational messages that attract children's interest and attention and is proven to increase parental participation to be more involved in the learning process. The importance of educational broadcasts on school TV can be used as a source of learning. School TV has many positive impacts, one of which is that it can increase the closeness between parents and teachers and also the more intense communication between parents and children is established.

Abstract

Early childhood education according to its goals must be able to cultivate character, talent, and mental and physical conditions and teach them about understanding, peace, gender equality, and friendship between people while respecting their own culture and that of others. In line with this, of course, schools must ensure that children's rights to develop their interests, character, and self-confidence can be accommodated through activities carried out at school. To facilitate this problem, the existence of a School TV channel program can be the solution. Writing this article aims to find out the implementation in providing children-friendly shows through the School TV channel. The method used is a qualitative method with observation techniques and data collection in the form of information about the benefits of school TV channels for students, teachers, and parents. The results obtained show that the existence of School TV provides many benefits, especially for students in growing self-confidence, developing creativity, and limiting children's access to inappropriate information due to the development of an unrestricted flow of information. The right of children to get appropriate/child-friendly broadcasts will be fulfilled with information and educational services that are safe and follow their needs and age development because they are facilitated by their schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply School TV as a medium in strengthening digital literacy from an early age for early childhood at the Kindergarten (TK) level. The urgency of digital literacy for early childhood is because an understanding of digital literacy will result in the birth of children who are intelligent academically, intelligently, and emotionally and spiritually. Various special educational broadcasts on School TV can be a solution in the process of digital literacy for early childhood by broadcasting educational information so that the process of strengthening digital literacy for children can run effectively, the solution is to use School TV. The research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with observation and interview data collection techniques involving 7 teachers in kindergarten Azhar 13 Rawamangun. Research results show healthy digital literacy education at the early childhood education level has not been widely implemented. This is the result of teacher interviews with kindergarten teachers Azhar 13 Rawamangunstated that learning about healthy digital literacy specifically had not been carried out so the use of school TV media was an option for schools to implement digital literacy efforts for early childhood as a form of school commitment in the digital era in increasing children's information technology knowledge in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the support of the learning environment for courageous learning at SMK Negeri 1 Painan. This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study were all students at SMK N 1 Painan, as many as 201 people, and a sample of 68 people. The results of this study indicate that 1) The average score of the school environment support aspect, which consists of 10 questions, where the average value is 4.09 with a Respondent Attainment Level (TCR) of 81.71%, according to theory, if the TCR ranges from 81 – 100% = Very Good. This shows that school environmental support is in the Very Good category. The average score for the support aspect of the family environment consists of 10 questions. The average value is 4.26, with a Respondent Attainment Level (TCR) of 85.21%. According to theory, if the TCR ranges from 81 – 100% = Very good. This shows that family environment support is in the Very Good category. The average score of the peer support environment aspect consists of 10 questions, where the average value is 4.07 with a Respondent Attainment Level (TCR) of 81.47%, according to theory if the TCR ranges from 81 – 100% = Very Good. This shows that family environment support is in the Very Good category.

Abstract

The results of the analysis in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires directly, then partial and simultaneous tests were carried out using SPSS Version 26. The partial test had resulted in tcount having a value greater than the ttable value (X1 = 3,427>2,011, X2 = 5,129>2,011, X3= 3.116>2.011). So it is known that Performance Appraisal, Reward and Punishment partially affect Employee Performance. For the simultaneous test, Fcount has a value greater than the Ftable value (30,487>2.81). So that the three variables simultaneously affect Employee Performance at PT. Luas Line. And based on the overall dominant test, the most dominant variable on the dependent variable is Reward because it shows that Reward has the highest value, namely 5.129.
