Abstract

Competition in the economic field both national, regional and multinational is getting intense. Trade wars occur between nations trying to dominate the market. The concept of marketing is having thoughts so that how marketing activities can be carried out based on a solid philosophy, which uses responsive and responsible marketing. In general, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on satisfaction. The number of samples in this study were 37 people. From the results of the overall validity test of statement items between the service quality variable and the satisfaction variable, it was declared valid because the value of rcount> rtable (0.3246) was obtained. The results of simple linear regression obtained a value of Y = 11.410 + 0.719X. From the results of the partial test or t test, it is obtained that the value of tcount (6.148) > the value of ttable (2.03011) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 means that the service quality variable has a significant effect on the satisfaction variable. And the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.519 or 51.9% while the rest (100 – 51.9 = 48.1) or 48.1% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not selected in this study.

Abstract

Every individual in an organization works together to achieve organizational goals that have been set. To be able to coordinate each of these individuals, organizations need good management. Therefore, the role of management is very important in an organization. To create good work results, of course, a good work monitoring system is also needed. Supervision is one of the keys to the success of an organization in achieving its goals. The purpose of supervision is of course to be able to control employees so that they are able to work in accordance with the conditions and work standards that have been set. In general, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision on employee performance at PT. Indolakto Pekanbaru Branch. The number of samples in this study were 32 people. From the results of the overall validity test of statement items between the monitoring variable and the performance variable, it was declared valid because the value of rcount> rtable (0.3494) was obtained. The results of simple linear regression obtained a value of Y = 6.881 + 1.050X. From the results of the partial test or t test, it is obtained that the value of tcount (7.282) > the value of ttable (2.04227) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 means that the control variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable. And the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.639, meaning that the contribution or magnitude of the influence of supervision on performance is 0.639 or 63.9%, while the remaining 36.1% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research focuses on children's vocabulary mastery of English as a Foreign Language from YouTube Video, whereas the writer uses the qualitative descriptive method to investigate the way mastery of vocabulary in the children, it will analyze the form of vocabulary is mastered, the participant in this research is the 6- and 7-years old child. The data collecting technique used questionnaires and interview to explore the type of vocabulary and the vocabulary mastered by children in this research, the writer chose 6 years old and 7 years old children as a participant. The result of this research shows the type of English vocabulary produced by children is included vocabulary receptive to English vocabulary where a 6-year-old can master 1 verb, 6 Nouns, and 1 Phrase, the child can mention some vocabulary and the child can know the meaning of vocabularies, but the child finds difficulties to write the vocabularies on the paper, Whereas the 7-year-old can produce 6 verbs, 6 nouns, 2 phrases and 4 sentences from the YouTube Channel, the child can mention and understand the meaning of vocabularies, besides that the child can write the vocabularies fluently.

Abstract

ADHD (attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder) or GPPH (attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder) is a neurodevelopmental disorder. ADHD is the medical term for a mental disorder characterized by impulsive and hyperactive behavior. This disorder affects children and they find it difficult to concentrate on one thing at a time. ADHD can have a serious impact on certain areas, such as studying or working. A therapist can help address areas that need special attention to provide strategies. One of the approaches used is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), this type of psychotherapy helps children change negative thought patterns into positive and healthier ways of thinking. The research subjects were children who were indicated to have ADHD. Data collection method is observation. The results of the study show that cognitive behavioral therapy can improve the concentration of children with ADHD.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between workload, work motivation, and management support to improve employee performance. In this study using a questionnaire with a scale of 1-5 and sampling using a census with a sample of 35 respondents. The data obtained was then analyzed using the SPSS version 21 program. The results of statistical tests concluded that (1) there is no positive and significant influence between workload on employee performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on work motivation on employee performance, (3) there is a positive and significant influence on Management Encouragement on performance employees, which means how much workload given to employees will not affect employee performance. The better the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance. The better the management's encouragement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describeefforts issued by the government in reducing the increase in cases of covid 19 in Indonesia, and many of these have been carried out, one of which is with 5M discipline and continuous vaccination campaigned by the government. The vaccination program itself has been carried out in all cities and villages. Of course, with efforts so that the Covid 19 case can be suppressed. This research is a quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional design and uses chi square statistical tests (bivariate) and logistic regression (multivariate). The population is all residents of RT 05 RW XVI Tlogosari Kulon Semarang. Sampling in this study using total sampling. Research tools and materials used by researchers are screening sheets and questionnaire sheets.

Abstract

Discipline is important in conditioning a comfortable and peaceful learning environment in the school. This study aims to analyze the influence of parents' education levels and student learning motivation on the discipline of Kendawa 02 State Elementary School (SDN) students. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. This study used an ex-post facto type with purposive sampling, which is a technique for determining techniques by determining certain criteria. Research data sources can be sourced from triangulation of data sources. Data collection techniques with observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used with multiple regression tests. The results of the study obtained a t value calculating the level of education of parents < t table (-1.939 < 1.67203), which means that there is no influence of the variable level of parental education on the discipline of students of Public Elementary Schools Kendawa 02. The results of the value t calculate student learning motivation > t table (3.217 > 1.67203), which means that there is an influence of student learning motivation variables on the discipline of students of Public Elementary Schools Kendawa 02. The results of the regression test Y = (57,947) = -1,078 X1 + ,440 X2, which means that the variables of parental education level and student learning motivation simultaneously affect the discipline of students at Public Elementary Schools Kendawa 02, Jatibarang District, Brebes Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to see how the work environment and motivation affect the performance of the Telkom Samarinda Employee Cooperative. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using a Likert scale instrument through a questionnaire distributed via a google form. Correspondents in this study were Telkom Samarinda Employee Cooperative employees, as many as 100 people. This study uses SPSS 25.0, and the calculation uses the solving formula. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of the Telkom Samarinda Employee Cooperative employees, meaning that based on the existing indicators, lighting and air circulation have not provided a comfortable and conducive feeling. In contrast, the influence of work motivation on employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Telkom Samarinda Employee Cooperative.

Abstract

In Indonesia's economic development, SMEs are the backbone of the people's economic system to reduce poverty problems, and their development can broaden the economic base and improve the economy. In order for Pasuruan Furniture SMEs to survive in exporting furniture production, an appropriate strategic model is needed to continue their existence in free trade flows. In research using qualitative methods, data collection methods interviews, participant observation and documentary research. Data analysis techniques for this study then used data acquisition, data reduction, data display, and inference from data analysis. The results of the study show that Furniture SMEs in Pasuruan can survive by using a production strategy that is characterized and serving orders based on customer wishes combined through innovation, product improvement and then applying social capital through expanding business networks

Abstract

Studies on the use and effectiveness of social media in large companies abound in the literature. However, the use of social media for relationship marketing in small and medium enterprises is still under-researched. This study examines how social media influences SME's international relations with their customers. Technology Affordance theory is used as a theoretical framework. Furthermore, the case study is used as a research design. The research participants were owners/managers of UKM Raragu Craft Pasuruan. Thematic analysis techniques were used to analyze the data. This study identified three social media capabilities in the context of relationship marketing in UKM Raragu Craft Pasuruan: brand visibility, sharing, and relationships. This social media capability results in customer acquisition. The findings and their implications have been discussed in this article..
