Improving the quality of education is a demand that must be met by every madrasa and schools in the era of globalization. Management of facilities and infrastructure is very important, because with the management of existing facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions will be maintained and their use clear. Management of the planning process, organizing, leadership and control of the efforts of members of the organization by using all organizational resources to achieve the stated goals. Management is a skill to move and control others to achieve predetermined goals. Educational facilities for all equipment, ingredient, and furniture that is directly used in the education process at school. Educational infrastructure is related to all basic equipment that indirectly supports the implementation of the learning process in schools. The emphasis on this understanding is on its nature, the means are direct and the infrastructure is not direct in supporting the learning process. The Head of Madrasah and also representatives of the Facilities and Infrastructure sector have done a good planning, but still there are things that have not been maximized from the plan, in terms of organization, mobilization has been done but in madrasas still less administration staff, and supervision has also been carried out well, while the obstacles faced are lack of infrastructure, lack of maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, funding and planning issues have not been maximized and lack of administrative staff. All managers of educational institutions should pay serious and monitored attention to the management of educational facilities and infrastructure, because educational facilities and means is one of the determining factors for the formation of an effective and efficient quality of education.

This study aims to determine 1) Policies taken by the leaders of Imam Bonjol Padang Islamic State University (UIN IB) in achieving the vision, mission and goals of the campus; and 2) Leaders' efforts in realizing visionary leadership for the advancement of UIN IB Padang. This research uses field research methods with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The collected data is then analyzed using the inductive approach. The results of this study indicate 1) The leadership of UIN IB Padang has conceptualized the campus vision to be more focused, focused, and oriented towards future challenges. In addition, in completing every program the leadership of UIN IB always has principles on the 4 principles of UIN IB values, which are: faithful, knowledgeable, moral and cultured; 2) The Chancellor of UIN IB Padang always fosters good relations between lecturers, employees and students, as well as to stakeholders. Furthermore, the Chancellor of UIN IB provides support so that all components of tertiary institutions can optimally improve performance, and always support the creativity of students, lecturers and employees. In addition, the Chancellor of UIN IB Padang always provides information to all campus leadership units to become a superior campus in Islamic scholarship in ASEAN in 2037. From some of the findings above, it can be concluded that the visionary leadership at UIN IB Padang has been optimally implemented.

Kepemimpinan dipahami sebagai segala upaya bersama untuk menggerakan semua sumber dan alat (resources) yang tersedia dalam suatu organisasi. Resources tersebut dapat digolongkan menjadi dua bagian besar, yaitu; human resource dan non human resources. Dalam lembaga pendidikan, salah satu unit organisasi juga terdiri dari berbagai unsur atau sumber, dan manusia merupakan unsur terpenting. Untuk itu, dapat dikatakan bahwa sukses tidaknya suatu organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sangat tergantung pada kemampuan pemimpin untuk menumbuhkan iklim kerjasama dengan mudah dan dapat menggerakan sumber daya yang ada sehingga dapat mendayagunakan dan dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan, lembaga pendidikan, serta urgensi kepemimpinan dengan lembaga pendidikan serta seperti apa kepemimpinan yang visioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research) dengan mengumpumpulkan berbagai referensi. Secara umum kepemimpinan dapat dipahami sebagai pemimpin yang mampu mengarahkan, membina atau mengatur, menuntun dan juga menunjukkan ataupun mempengaruhi. Serta lembaga pendidikan adalah suatu wadah yang berguna untuk membina manusia, membawa kearah masa depan yang lebih baik. Kepemimpinan dalam lembaga pendidikan dapat disebut sebagai seseorang yang memegang otoritas yang menentukan perkembangan lembaga pendidikan. Sebagai pemimpin pendidikan yang profesional seorang pemeimpin dituntut mampu melakukan perubahan yang bersifat pengembangan dan penyempurnaan.

This study aims to determine how the influence of the principal's democratic leadership style and work motivation on teacher discipline in Elementary Schools (SD) Negeri Padang City. This research uses quantitative methods with correlational research type. The population of this study were all elementary school teachers who were the State Civil Servant (ASN) of Kuranji District, Padang City, totaling 307 people. As a sample, 60 teachers were randomly selected using a lottery system for each population group. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive and inductive. The data were analyzed statistically using correlation and regression techniques using SPSS version 20. The results showed: 1) The leadership of a democratic school principal contributes to the work discipline of teachers at SD Negeri Kuranji Subdistrict, 2) Work Motivation contributes to the work discipline of teachers at SD Kuranji Subdistrict, Padang City, in this case the better the motivation of teachers, the more discipline the teacher works, 3) The leadership and motivation of democratic school principals contribute to teacher work discipline. Thus, to be able to improve teacher discipline, it is best done through the leadership of a democratic school principal and teacher work motivation.

This research aims to analyze Information Technology Media-based Literacy Management is a governance program for literacy activities using a variety of information technology media held at the 11th Elementary School of Lalembuu, Konawe Selatan Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Management or governance in this activity program includes Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Evaluating Activities. The initial motivation of this activity program was the existence of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) that were received by schools that were used to meet the needs of various types of information technology media. This research is a qualitative research with the object of management study an activity program. The approach that researchers use is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, documentation and interviews. While the method used in this research is descriptive data analysis method of observations, documentation and interviews in the field. The results showed that there was a literacy program using various types of information technology media held at Lalembuu State Elementary School 11. The various types of information technology media in question consist of hardware in the form of computers, routers, Android phones, focus, laptops and software in the form of Rumah Belajar applications available online and offline. In governance these activities consist of Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Evaluating Activities. Simple, practical, effective and efficient management turns out to be a major factor in achieving the objectives of this activity program.

Kepemimpinan saat ini harus dibangun sejak dini melalui berbagai upaya kaderisasi dan pembinaan berkesinambungan. Pola kepemimpinan seperti ini dimulai dengan ide dan cita-cita mengembangkan kemampuan diri dalam lingkup kecil sebelum berkembang ke lingkup luas dalam suatu organisasi. Pemimpin biasanya memiliki perbedaan khusus dari individu lain baik pemimpin laki-laki atau perempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis semua hal yang terkait dengan kepemimpinan dan gender dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi pustaka (library research). Metode ini peneliti menggunakan berbagai sumber bacaan berupa buku-buku atau jurnal yang sesuai dan terkait dengan judul penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan diartikan sebagai kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi dan menggerakkan orang lain, serta kesetaraan gender dalam memimpin di lembaga pendidikan bukanlah hal yang dianggap tabu. Sehingga, pemimpin bisa berperan baik laki-laki ataupun perempuan asalkan memiliki kemampuan yang mumpuni untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin.Â

Leadership is the ability and readiness of a person to be able to influence, encourage, invite, guide, move others in order to help achieve certain goals. Leadership is essentially related to organized human labor, and as a power or potential. The purpose of this study aims to describe and analyze the role of leadership in Islamic educational institutions. This research method uses a library research approach (library research). The results of this study indicate that the leadership function is; 1) Instruction function; 2) Consultation function; 3) Participation function; 4) Delegation function; and 5) control function. The role of the leader is; a) Future leaders must be flexible and have extensive experience; b) As head of the organization, it becomes a necessary function, not something trivial that must be delegated to others; and c) Policy making is no longer effective at the top of the organization.

The emergence of Joint Decree (SKB) Number 219 year 2021 cannot be separated from the polemic at SMKN 2 Padang West Sumatra in 2021. The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze through an educational policy model approach. This research method uses a qualitative research model with a content analysis approach. Sources of research data use primary data from the SKB in this study, and are supported by various secondary data sources that are still relevant to this research study. The results of this study indicate that 1) The background for the issuance of the SKB 3 Minister's policy is the existence of problems that arise in the community about the attributes of the veil in government schools; 2) The formulation of the SKB 3 Ministerial policy through several stages, namely; problem formulation, forecasting (forecasting), policy recommendations, policy monitoring, and policy assessments; 3) The impact of the implementation of the 3 Ministerial Decree, namely; a) Revocation of various regulations issued by the Regional Government; b) Freedom in choosing to use attributes without religious distinctiveness or by using religious characteristics for both education and students; c) There are sanctions for violators of the SKB 3 Ministerial policy; d) Regional governments and government school principals will not issue policies that require or prohibit the use of school uniforms / attributes; and e)The development of tolerance, moderation, and mutual respect is not coercive within educational institutions. Â

Kepemimpinan transformatif merupakan kepemimpinan yang memiliki wawasan ke depan dan berupaya memperbaiki dan mengembangkan organisasi bukan untuk kepentingan saat ini, akan tetapi untuk masa datang. Kepemimpinan transformatif selalu berkomitmen pada perbaikan terus-menerus, yang mendasarkan pada pandangan visioner kedepan (kondisi organisasi yang lebih baik), dan mendorong partisipasi stafnya untuk mewujudkan perubahan yang diharapkan. Dalam peningkatan kualitas lembaga pendidikan Islam perlu dilakukan perubahan mendasar dalam aspek kepemimpinan yaitu dengan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional (transformational leadership). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikan bagaimana bentuk kepemimpinan transformatif dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan metode studi pustaka (libarary reserach). Metode ini melakukan penelitian dengan menganalisis berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Secara umum, pada setiap pembahasan penelitian yang diperoleh dalam literatur-literatur dan sumber-sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformatif yang dapat mempengaruhi institusi pendidikan Islam akan memberikan dampak yang baik untuk mengembangkan produktivitas organisasi, di mana visi dan misi lembaga akan tercapai secara efektif. Â Hal tersebut karena pemimpin transformatif dapat menjadi figur dan pemimpin yang menginspirasi bagi organisasi untuk dapat menumbuhkan loyalitas anggota secara maksimal.

This study aims to reveal how far learning management is carried out by teachers in schools and how learning management is implemented by teachers during the pandemic. This research is Mixed Method research with a sequential explanation method. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and data analysis using statistics as an analysis technique followed by interviews and documentation then validated the findings with the Member Checking strategy. The results of statistical analysis of the implementation of learning management based on the function of learning management which includes planning, organizing, mobilizing, and monitoring during the pandemic are categorized as "Medium". This means that the implementation of learning management has not been fully implemented, there are indicators that cannot be met by the teacher in the driving / implementation function. Application of learning management which includes functions; planning, organizing, mobilizing, and supervising teachers according to pandemic conditions. The learning planning function is carried out by preparing learning instruments including syllabus and lesson plans which are prepared by paying attention to distance learning policies; the implementation of the organizing function is carried out with the teacher in coordination with the preparation and implementation of learning with parents; the learning implementing function is carried out with blended learning, the learning evaluation function is carried out through written, oral and practical evaluations that utilize applications on smartphones.
