Abstract

Learning activities include developing teaching materials that are carried out to respond to students so that they are more interested in learning that will be associated with current technological developments. One product of technology that can be used to develop teaching materials for the learning process is interactive multimedia which is a combination of various media in the form of text, graphics, audio, and interactions that are used to convey information messages from sender to receiver equipped with a controller which can be operated by the user. Efforts can be made to make learning effective one of which is the use of multimedia in interactive learning. Learning by using multimedia will be more interesting, more effective, efficient learning time, improve the quality of learning so that the objectives of a learning activity can be achieved. The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes, including improving aspects development research related to learning activities including developing teaching materials to respond to students to be more interested in learning that will be associated with current technological developments. This research method is development research (Research and Development) which is a study used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The researcher found a method in interactive teaching in using multimedia as an improvement in the quality of students' loyalty in the classroom.

Abstract

The feasibility of anecdote text e-learning based learning media is based on the validation test of material experts and design experts. After being validated, the research products can be tested on individual students, small groups and limited groups. The following will be explained the feasibility test of e-learning based text and text learning media. Research methods in this research plan include: location and time of study, population and sample of research, research design, operational definition, research procedures, types of data, techniques and data collection instruments. The conclusion is that the use of e-learning based anecdote text learning media is more effective than non-e-learning based learning, this can be seen from the average results of the pretest and posttest and the achievement of the indicator value of students in using e-learning learning media.

Abstract

The spirit of Article 32 paragraph (2) of UU 31 / 1999 jo. UU 20 / 2001 means the country can use its right to a civil action for compensation for financial loss recovery state. The rationale for setting lawsuit replace losses in the article that indicates that in order to restore the country's financial losses due to corruption is not enough only in lean to the norms of criminal law. If the UU 31 / 1999 jo. UU 20/2001 categorized as Criminal Laws, then the regulation of a civil lawsuit in the Law, shows that a Prevailing Law may contain aspects of both criminal law and civil law. The study is the study of law by using the approach of Legislation, conceptual and historical approach. The results were obtained from studies of this are: 1) The specificity handling of corruption judging from the way the settlement; 2) The meaning and essence of civil suit for damages in the enforcement of the law on corruption. The civil lawsuit instrument is intended to maximize the return on state financial losses, because criminal efforts do not always succeed in recovering the entire state financial losses. The limitations of criminal law make criminal law instruments not the only one to solve the problem of returning state finances due to criminal acts of corruption.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between 5K long distance running on the Tartan track and the Asphalt Highway on the risk of injury to the Men’s Athlete Club of Dragon Athletics and Pandawa Salatiga. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using an ex post facto approach in which data taken on respondents based on events that have been experienced before. The number of samples was 14 Men’s Athlete of Pandawa Club and 10 Men’s Athlete of Dragon Salatiga Club. The total number of samples was 34 athletes and samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using Triangulation techniques, namely questionnaire or questionnaire, interviews and documentation. The validity of the questionnaire test or questionnaire was carried out and agreed upon by experts in the field of running injuries and linguists (Expert Judgment) and the hypothesis was tested using the Chi Square test with SPSS. Observation was carried out for four weeks by taking data through questionnaires and interviews by researchers to respondents or research samples namely athletes and trainers. The results of this study indicate that the asphalt highway running track has a higher risk of injury than running on the tartan track. Asphalt highway has a hard structure on the surface, when running footstool meets a hard surface so this will cause the risk of injury to the foot such as archilles tendinitis injuries where large tendon muscles behind the ankles that connect the calf muscles to the heel bones experience irritation or inflammation. Knowing the risk of injury that occurs in certain types of trajectories can help athletes and coaches in designing training programs and minimize injury.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) whether the learning outcomes of students taught with problem-based learning models using macromedia flash are better than students taught with direct learning models, 2) whether the learning outcomes of students who have high motivation are better than students who have low motivation,3)  is there an interaction between the two learning models with the level of motivation in influencing student learning outcomes. This research is a quasi experimental study. The population in this study were all grade VII students of MTs Lab. UINSU Medan Academic Year 2018/2019 which consists of three classes. Samples were selected by cluster random sampling of two classes. . The instrument used was a student learning motivation questionnaire and student learning outcomes test. Data obtained from the research instrument were then analyzed using two-way anova in the SPSS 14.0 for Windows program. The results showed that: Student learning outcomes taught by the problem-based learning model were better than students taught by the direct learning model (sig. = 0.027 <0.05), Student learning outcomes that were highly motivated were better than students who were motivated low (sig. = 0,000 <0.05), There is an interaction between the two learning models with the level of motivation in influencing student learning outcomes (sig. = 0.018 <0.05).
