Abstract

The main objective of company management is to maximize shareholder wealth, namely increasing the company's share price, so efforts are needed to increase the company's share price through increasing company value. Various ratios can be used to evaluate a bank's ability to make capital structure decisions based on its asset structure and firm value, including Return on Equity (ROE), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Non-performing loan (NPL). This research gap is filled because no one has previously investigated the effect of this ratio on banking companies listed on the IDX between 2015 and 2019. The research method is quantitative; independent variables are ROE, LDR, CAR, company size, and non-performing loans. The dependent variable is the firm value of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2015-2019 with a population of 49 banks, purposive sampling, descriptive analysis, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS 25. The hypothesis proposed is that ROE, LDR, and CAR ratios have a positive effect on firm value. On the other hand, the ratio of LDR and NPL is detrimental to Firm Values. The results of the Simultaneous Test (F-Test) show an F value of 13.047 and a significance level of 0.000, meaning that the calculated F value > F table (0.05; 5; (225-5) = 2.255) and a level of <0.05 indicates that there is a simultaneous effect of ROE, LDR, CAR, firm size, and NPL to solid value. This study shows that financial ratios can be used to describe a company's ability to meet short-term obligations, especially strategic decision-makers involving investment, profitability, and capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the role of the Quality Assurance Committee in the implementation of education and training at BPSDM Papua Province. 2) to find out and analyze the Performance Optimization of the Quality Assurance Committee in the implementation of Education and Training at BPSDM Papua Province. The research method used is descriptive analysis research, which is to provide data that is as accurate as possible about humans, circumstances or other symptoms, especially to reinforce hypotheses so that they can assist in strengthening old theories or within the framework of developing new theories. The results of this study are the role of the Papua Province BPSDM Quality Assurance Committee plays an important role in the education and training implementation process because the role of KPM can help make standard standards in conducting education and training starting from the planning, evaluation and quality quality stages, besides that KPM can make post-training instruments and implement so that BPSDM Papua Province as the organizer of the education and training has data related to the quality of graduates who have attended the training. So it can be concluded that the role of the Papua Province BPSDM Quality Assurance Committee plays an important role in providing education, training and implementing it so that the Papua Province BPSDM as the education and training provider has data related to the quality of graduates participating in the training. Optimizing the performance of KPM BPSDM Papua Province can be done through several environmental aspects, namely, the social environment, the political and legal environment, the labor environment and the technical environment. KPM BPSDM Papua Province as a team that carries out quality control and assurance functions must carry out its duties and responsibilities as well as possible and professionally so that BPSDM Papua Province can feel the existence of KPM.

Abstract

Efforts to prevent Covid-19 by implementing various health protocols and the body's immune system are needed during pregnancy. Pregnant women are recommended to get the COVID-19 vaccine to protect pregnant women and their babies from infection with Covid-19. In Indonesia, the COVID-19 vaccine is given to pregnant women starting in the second trimester of pregnancy and the second dose is given according to the interval of the type of vaccine. Based on the initial survey where the Covid-19 vaccine coverage was still low for pregnant women for reasons such as fear of injections, lack of support from husbands and families, fear of being exposed to Covid-19 after vaccination. This study is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental design method of type one group pretest-posttest, to determine the effect of providing education and health promotion of Covid-19 vaccination to pregnant women on the willingness of pregnant women to be vaccinated against Covid-19. Sampling with stratified random and meet the inclusion criteria as many as 134 people. The instrument of data collection was done by using a questionnaire, the analysis using the Paired Sample T Test. the results of the t test were obtained t count > t table (p = 0.025; <0.05), so it was concluded that there was an effect of pregnant women's knowledge about the Covid-19 vaccine in pregnancy on the mother's willingness to participate in the Covid-19 vaccination. Efforts need to be made to increase the knowledge of pregnant women through health promotion education on Covid-19 vaccination by health workers to reduce the doubts of pregnant women in participating in the Covid-19 vaccination and increase the coverage of Covid-19 vaccination for pregnant women.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the gap between the theory and concept of education management and the practice of management of life skills education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamic Boarding School in Muara Bangkahulu District. So even though life skills education has been held at the madrasa, its management is not running optimally. Therefore, the author is interested in raising the issue of life skills education management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This research is a qualitative research conducted with a non-participant observation approach (observation is not involved). Data were collected by three methods: documentation, interviews and observation. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis (description), because the data collected to examine the data is qualitative. The results of this study include three things. First, the management of life skills education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamic Boarding School in Muara Bangkahulu District did not run optimally, because it did not go through the four stages of management properly, namely: planning, organizing, directing and supervising. Second, the factors that influence the non-optimal management of life skills education consist of two parts. (1) Internal factors, in the form of (a) educational orientation which emphasizes the religious aspect so that human resources for skilled teachers receive less attention; (b) lack of allocation of funds for the development of life skills education; and (c) lack of understanding of modern management by the management of the Islamic boarding school. (2) External factors consist of: (a) lack of government assistance; and (b) people's perception that they do not see the importance of life skills education in Islamic boarding schools. Third, the efforts that have been made to improve life skills education are still limited to the procurement of computer and sewing skills teachers; involve students in planting activities on the plantations of Islamic boarding schools, and schedule skills activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ethical leadership and organizational commitment towards the industrial relations climate mediated by employee voice. The population in this study was the employees of BSM (Bank Syariah Mandiri) Banda Aceh and the sample used was 83 people with a simple random sampling technique. This research data collection used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis to examine the direct effect between variables and the Sobel Test analysis to test the indirect effect (mediation). The results found that there is a significant effect of ethical leadership towards the industrial relations climate. There is an effect of organizational commitment towards employee voice. There is an effect of employee voice towards the industrial relations climate. There is no effect of ethical leadership towards employee voice. There is no mediating effect of employee voice on the effect of ethical leadership towards the industrial relations climate. There is no mediating effect of employee voice on organizational commitment variable towards industrial relations climate for employees of BSM Banda Aceh

Abstract

The goal of this study is to examine the impact of all fraud factors. Hexagon Model in order to detect fraudulent financial reporting which will form a fraudulent financial reporting based on the fraud hexagon elements. The test for determining the elements of the fraud hexagon that affect fraudulent finan-cial reporting will use the Wald Test and G Test, the likelihood ratio test using the stepwise regression and forward regression methods. Furthermore, the fea-sibility test model will be carried out. If the model formed does not pass the series of tests, there will be some improvements to the model to test the regres-sion specification error test (RESET). This is the strength of this study if we compare to previous studies. This Study shows that The Opportunity is viewed from the ineffectiveness of the supervisor, and the change of the chairman of the internal auditor influences fraudulent financial reporting. Other causes include financial target pressure, external pressure, and personal financial demands; Opportunity in terms of external auditor quality; Rationalization based on external auditor change and audit opinion; Capability that is seen from a change of directors; The amount of images of CEOs and CEO politicians demonstrates arrogance; and collusion which is reviewed from the amount of audit fee has no effect on Fraudulent Financial Reporting.

Abstract

This research is a review of the article by Heru Kurnianto Tjahjono, Olivia Fachrunnisa, & Majang Palupi which was published in the International Journal of Business Excellence in January 2019, 17(3): 336-360 with the title Configuration of Organizational Justice and Social Capital: Their Impact on Satisfaction and Commitment. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether social capital modifies the impact of organizational equity on individual satisfaction and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine whether social capital has a moderating effect on the relationship between organizational justice and individual satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, this study examines whether individual satisfaction and organizational commitment are influenced by contextual differences or interactional learning models. The findings suggest that it is important to consider the moderating role of social capital in the relationship between distributive and procedural justice, as well as satisfaction with individual and organizational commitment. We can conclude theoretically from the experimental design that distributive and procedural justice have a disproportionate impact on individual satisfaction and commitment. In elaborating individual satisfaction, distributive justice dominates procedural justice. Procedural justice, on the other hand, is more important in building organizational commitment.

Abstract

The Qur'an house "Qurotu A'yun" Kutaraja Village, Maleber District, Kuningan Regency, West Java is a religious institution whose learning focus is memorizing the Qur'an and is one of the institutions affected by the Covid 19 pandemic that occurred. The institution takes a learning policy outside the network by implementing health protocols. However, with the learning outside the network, there are still obstacles, including the ineffectiveness of the methods used in learning the memorization of the Qur'an by means outside the network. The method used in community service activities is to provide guidance to teachers and guardians of students in the use of the mind map method of understanding learning. The media used in coaching teachers is with zoom meetings, while the guidance that teachers do for students' guardians is carried out outside the network using health protocols. After coaching on the application of the mind map method, student learning outcomes increased from before and after applying the mind map method by 35.7 percent, so that in an effort to improve student understanding of the ability to read the Qur'an, it is necessary to apply the mind map method in learning to read the Qur'an.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) thematic learning planning in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan, (2) implementation of thematic learning in improving children's cognitive and language development in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan, (3) evaluation of thematic learning in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan , and (4) supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of thematic learning in Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. This research method is qualitative conducted at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. Instrument data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research findings show: (1) Thematic learning planning conducted by Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan teacher by preparing the learning implementation plan at the beginning of the semester by referring to the applicable Raudhatul Atfhal curriculum, (2) implementing thematic learning at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah The terrain is done with varied learning methods by using various kinds of games such as remembering names, achievement games, motion games, construction games and also playing roles, (3) evaluation of learning on thematic learning at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan by giving a portfolio, in this case evaluated changes in behavior, children can also experience cognitive and language improvement after participating in the thematic learning process, and (4) there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of thematic learning but the obstacles can still be well addressed.

Abstract

Situnggaling village is a fertile area, where the area has the potential to produce superior agricultural crops such as shallots. The program is implemented to provide education and training as a means of understanding the community about the natural potential of the village and this program will also provide education and training in the field of entrepreneurship which is expected to grow the community's economy and income.Activity This community service is carried out by an implementing team from an economics lecturer at Prima Indonesia University where this program is the KEDAIREKA Matching Fund program promoted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology and in collaboration with partners namely BACRIS where this program is entitled Empowering the Situnggaling Community in Improvement of the Economy through Entrepreneurship Training on Shallot Processing and was welcomed positively by the local government and the people who were involved as training participants.
