Abstract

Success in the process of teaching and learning activities can be influenced by human resources from both educators and students, besides that success needs to be supported also by the existence of media that can assist the role of educators in delivering teaching materials and helping students to receive teaching materials, so that more interesting and interactive so that it can increase interest in learning. The media used is a multimedia-based learning system using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) methodology, with this methodology can build a system as expected by users in the teaching and learning process, the results of this study are a multimedia-based learning system that contains interactive media there are 6 (six) buttons to lead to the display of lesson plans, materials, exercises and evaluations, additionally added buttons to load the previous and subsequent views so as to make it easier for educators and students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determined the risk management strategy of PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga using the SWOT and QSPM methods. The results of the risk strategy include: Placement of greater funds on investment, digital product branding, having marketers who would raise the Sharia economy, having SOPs and filing claims independently, continuing to pay Covid-claims, having sufficient capital, and maintaining credibilities. The results of the SWOT method show that the company is in quadrant I, which are carrying out an aggressive strategy by using the company's strengths to take advantage of every opportunity. The results of the QSPM method show five Priority Strategy: to take advantage of digital Sharia insurance brands to attract Muslim customers to avoid usury, increase marketers from preachers community, improve online service and information facilities, increase understanding and collaborate with local Islamic institutions which have no branches and enhance promotion and branding of company through digital tools.

Abstract

This research intends to examine the effect of auditor competence, independence, and moral reasoning on audit quality at Financial and Development Supervisory Agency of Maluku Province Representative. The sample in this research comprises all auditors who work at Maluku Province Financial and Development Supervisory Agency, with a total of 59 auditors utilizing a questionnaire survey approach and measured using a Likert scale. There are 59 distributed questionnaires, and 45 returnedquestionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to analyze the data, which is carried out using the SPSS version 21 program. The findings of this study indicate that auditor expertise has a significant effect on audit quality in part. Independent auditors have a significant impact on audit quality. Additionally, moral reasoning has a significant impact on audit quality.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the role of halal awareness as a mediating variable of relationship between consumer behavior, religious orientation, and consumer motives towards the purchase intention of halal-labeled food products. This research uses a survey method by conducting structured interviews including questionnaires to 524 respondents who are consumers of halal-labeled food products. The data are analyzed using SMART – Partial Least Square (SMART-PLS– PLS. Based on the result, it is found that halal awareness provides a positive contribution in connecting consumer behavior, religious orientation, and consumer motives towards the purchase intention. The information of the role of halal awareness can be used by the halal product company to formulate marketing strategy   for halal products by considering the level of consumer awareness. This research is only limited to the consumers of halal products who are Muslims, and only done in urban areas. So, it can be assumed that the respondents are consumers who have good access to information. Several researches have conducted a study of halal awareness, but this study examines the role of halal awareness variables by involving internal consumer factors such as religiosity and consumer motives in Indonesia in which it is known as a Muslim-majority country. The author agrees with the condition that Muslim communities have a high level of care for searching halal product but for countries with Muslim population domination to have different behaviors and halal awareness can be determining factor in consumer’s decision making.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to analyze the positive effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction, the positive affect of compensation and motivation to employee performance, the positive affect of job satisfaction to employee performance, the role of job satisfaction as mediation between compensation to employee performance and motivation to employee performance. Number of samples taken was 154 respondents with method nonprobability samping – convenience samping technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to measure 17 questions using a 5 points likert scale to the employee of internet provider. The data will be analyzed using SmartPls and the technique used is hipotesis testing. The result that compensation and motivation has positive and significant affect to job satisfaction, compensation doesn’t affect to employee performance, job satisfaction has positive and significant affect to employee performance, job satisfaction as full mediation between compensation to employee performance and job satisfaction as partial mediation between motivation to employee performance. The results of this study can provide input to company management to determine job satisfaction factor of employee so it will improve employee performance.

Abstract

Lecturers are professional educators and scientists with the main task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, and art through education, research, and community service. Professional is a job or activity carried out by a person and becomes a source of income for life that requires expertise, proficiency, or skills that meet certain quality standards or norms and require professional education. Therefore, lecturers are professional and have integrity in carrying out their duties as distributors of knowledge, and are obliged to carry out the Tridarma Pergutuan Tinggi. At this time there are still many lecturers who occupy a position in universities and at the same time in foundation organs, so that lecturers forget the tridharma of higher education and often struggle with the interests of the foundation at the college where the lecturer serves. The Law on Teachers and Lecturers, and Government Regulations concerning Lecturers clearly stipulates what are the duties and obligations of a lecturer, Circular Letter Number 3 of 2021 concerning the Prohibition of Concurrent Positions of Foundation Organs in the Implementation of Higher Education is issued, but in fact there are still many lecturers occupying positions. in the organ of the foundation as well as serving in universities, therefore it is necessary to carry out more in-depth research on what is the basis for lecturers to hold concurrent positions and what are the sanctions if they are proven to have heeded the rules from the government. This research is a normative legal research (doctrinal research). The approach used by the author in writing this law is a legal approach (statue approach) and an analytical approach (analitycal approach).The stages of the research method were carried out, by examining the laws and regulations related to the title of this research, then analyzed and then drew conclusions about the problems and looking for answers in solving dual-function positions at universities and foundations. The targeted output is beyond the mandatory Sinta National Journal 1-6 or at least OJS National journals such as Justiqa Journal at Quality University

Abstract

This paper is initial research that seeks to explore the results of previous studies in the field of global outsourcing using the Literature Systematic Review (LSR). The purpose of mapping with LSR is to find out what global outsourcing topics have been researched. The search was carried out on Scopus and Global Outsourcin google Scholar. A total of 6 global outsourcing articles published electronically, both in the form of scientific journals and conference proceedings, are included in the inclusion criteria. The results of this slr provide an overview of opportunities to explore new topics in global outsourcing or exploit existing topics. recommendations from this study include the need for more research on global outsourcing so that it can be used as a reference in the scientific development of human resources management; it is necessary to develop global outsourcing research in overcoming workers' problems; the development of new concepts and frameworks in global outsourcing still requires further study; studies on global outsourcing research objects need to be developed.

Abstract

Language has the great roles in human’s lives because it is used as a means of communication among the member of society. Naturally different ethnics of course have the different race, the tribe, and the language. Language is much more than a system of communication, it is a symbolical marker that distinguishes who belongs to a group and who is outside. Language has been traditionally considered as a central feature of ethnic identity and national identity, therefore, the identity and the integrity of a nation is well-showed by a language. Moreover, standardized language is a way to support a common identity. A language should be standardized to get its formality. The processes of language standardization are: selection, codification, elaboration of function, and acceptance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Indonesian HR in increasing MSMEs facing the 4.0 industrial revolution. The research method used is a qualitative method with an analytical and explorative descriptive approach. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the quality of human resources in the Dzul Collection bag industry was less supportive for developing the industry due to the low level of education and lack of innovation to produce quality products. To improve the quality of human resources, effective and efficient steps are needed through sharing knowledge and exchanging knowledge among fellow employees and training. Through these activities, it is expected that the development of this industrial business can be realized, especially in the face of free markets and global economic competition.
