Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and empowerment on the virtual efficiency of it industry employees in Indonesia. Analyzing the trust's role in mediating transformational leadership and transactional leadership and empowerment towards the virtual efficiency of the IT industry employee in Indonesia. The data analysis method used in this study is the structural equation model (SEM) using the Lisrel program.  This research uses an inferential statistical approach, namely testing the influence hypothesis between variables and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) where variable trust plays a role in mediating the influence of leadership and empowerment on employee performance and job satisfaction. The results of this study show that the Judge must make a decision that is wise and fair in handling each case, especially with regard to notary deed. Every deed made by a Notary must meet: material and formal needs. The notary must be ready and responsible for every deed product he makes, whether civil, criminal or administrative.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the student adjustment in the Islamic boarding school. This adjustment is divided into two aspects: personal and social adjustments. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The research population was 2,695 students of class 1 in Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School Purbabaru. The sample chosen was 349 students selected by using the proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected by using instruments and analyzed by using the descriptive method. The results indicated that the student self-adjustment is in a good category. Thus, the students are able to adapt to themselves and socially so that they feel satisfied with themselves and their environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on work ethic which has an impact on employee performance at PT. Mitraindo Perkasa in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 125 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Compensation has a significant effect on work ethic by 26.7%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work environment has a significant effect on work ethic by 41.5%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Compensation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on work ethic by 47.2%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance by 39.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Every human being must have and need a supreme leader (top leadership) or the highest manager who must carry out leadership or management activities for the whole and unity. In reality, many people are not enough to be controlled by a leader, that's why the terms leader and leader are used. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal's leadership in improving the discipline of teacher performance at MAS Nur Ibrahimy Rantauprapat. This type of research used is descriptive qualitative, the source of the data is obtained from the principal of MAS Nur Ibrahimy and teachers, as well as other documents. This data collection was carried out using the interview method, and documents, so that the instruments were researchers, interview sheets, and documentation.Have a supervisory system that must be implemented in schools to improve teacher performance discipline, Implement discipline enforcement for teachers, Provide an example of principal leadership by being disciplined.

Abstract

The purpose of the study These are (1) to discuss the effect of implementing the village fund policy on the effectiveness of village development; (2) To discuss the effect of community participation on the effectiveness of village development; (3) To discuss organizational performance on the effectiveness of village development; (4) To discuss the effect of implementing village fund policies, community participation and organizational performance together on the effectiveness of development. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The source of data to be studied is primary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from the source or place of research carried out directly. Primary data in this study were obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The relationship between the implementation of the Village Fund Policy and the Effectiveness of Village Development is significant with a t-count value of 3.320 and a t-table value of 1.653 with a significant value of 0.01 or <0.05. The implementation of the Village Fund Policy affects the Effectiveness of Village Development. The relationship between Community Participation and Village Development Effectiveness is significant with a t-count value of 4.098 and a t-table value of 1.653 with a significant value of 0.000 or <0.05. Community Participation affects the Effectiveness of Village Development. The relationship between Organizational Performance and Effectiveness of Village Development is significant with a t-count value of 3.658 and a t-table value of 1.653 with a significant value of 0.000 or <0.05. Organizational Performance affects the Effectiveness of Village Development. The implementation of the Village Fund Policy, Community Participation and Organizational Performance together has an influence on the Effectiveness of Village Development with the value of Sig. < 0.05. The effectiveness of village development really needs the synergy of 4A, namely APBDes, Regency/City APBD, Provincial APBD and APBN to realize optimal Village Development and utilize information technology by integrating planning and budgeting starting from the village level to the central level.

Abstract

This research intends to analyze the implementation of policies, factors that influence the implementation of oil palm-based biofuels in Musi Banyuasin District, to further formulate a model for implementing policies related to renewable energy. Research uses qualitative descriptive methods with an inductive approach. Research data obtained through interviews, observations and document tides. The results of the research findings were identified: 1) Implementation of the biofuel policy is quite good where the policy through the development program of the natural product processing industry and downstream industry, revitalization and replanting of plantation land, data collection on smallholder plantations, agrarian reform, and development pays attention to environmental impacts and climate change; 2) factors that influence the successful implementation of policies namely regional leadership determination, support from actors in the target environment. While the factors that influence the failure of policy implementation are the absence of SOPs, budget shortages, weak coordination, and uneven political will; and 3) The Sustainable Renewable Energy Policy Implementation Model consists of dimensions of the policy context, implementing context, policy objectives, and sustainability consensus.

Abstract

Coronavirusi deasease 2019 or abbreviated as COVID-19 is an infectious disease that spreads very quickly. COVID-19 is caused by a new type of virus, namely Sars-CoV-2. In the situation of the increasingly widespread COVID-19 virus, many technology-based studies have examined an application to detect mask users to help raise public awareness of the importance of using masks to protect themselves or others. In this study, a prototype windows-based application called mask detector will be developed using the internet of things as an alarm medium, with the python programming language being used for programming languages. In the development of the mask detector prototype, the reference was taken from previous research that used the haar cascade classifier method but had a maximum detection distance of 180 cm. In this study, the main focus is the implementation of a mask detector application prototype that can be used at a distance of more than 180 cm from the user using the deep neural network method. By using the deep neural network method which is accompanied by the implementation of the internet of things, it is hoped that it can become literacy material and can improve some previous research.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a model of teaching materials for English courses based on local wisdom to improve the skills of PGSD students in understanding English texts. This research was conducted by adopting a design and development that refers to the theory of Borg and Gall with the steps of implementing the research as follows: (1) research and data collection; (2) develop a research plan, formulate a model of teaching materials (3) develop a product draft; (4) initial field trials; (5) revise the results of the trial; (6) field trials; (7) revision of the results of field trials; (8) field implementation test; (9) final product refinement); implementation of the model of teaching materials. The subjects of this study were 38 students who were taking English courses at the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program. The results of data analysis show that (1) teaching materials for English courses, especially reading comprehension, have not been prepared based on local culture, (2) questions/questions/assignments/practices that follow reading comprehension teaching materials have not been able to improve students' ability to communicate in English, ( 3) students need teaching materials for English courses, especially reading comprehension based on local culture and which can improve communication skills in English and Jambi Malay cultural literacy, (4) assessments of experts and practitioners show that this supplementary reading material is seen as from content, appearance, questions/tasks/practices,/questions according to student needs,and (5) this supplementary reading material model is effective in improving students' skills in understanding the contents of reading texts in English, especially understanding the reading texts.

Abstract

This study aims was to see the effect of organisational culture, mobbing, organisational justice, and professional attitude on thethe performance of nurses at XYZ Hospital. This research was conducted at XYZ Hospital in Jakarta City. The population in this study were 160 nurses who worked for at least one year at XYZ Hospital. The sampling technique was determined by using the purposive sampling method. PLS-SEM data analysis technique using analysis software SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that H1 professional attitude has a positive and significant effect on performance. H2 mobbing has a negative and significant effect on performance. H3 organisational justice has a positive and significant effect on performance. H4 organisational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Humanistic education is an education that the Prophet has taught to humans, but over time, many figures, not only Islamic figures but also western figures, have studied this humanistic education. The study of this research is qualitative using literature. The literature collected comes from books and national and international journals related to humanistic education in general and Islam. After the literature is collected, the researcher conducts an in-depth study by selecting the relevant literature to discuss this study and analyze data from the literature obtained. From the results of the research conducted, the researcher got several findings in the study where humanistic education is closely related to humanizing humans, so the main thing to do is pay attention to physiological development, improve mindsets, hearts, emotions, and social aspects with the guidance of the Qur'an and hadith.
