Abstract

The participation of women's political communication who was present in the 2019 presidential election was not just jargon and selling politics. But it must be realized that the presence of mothers in Indonesian politics has been able to encourage an increase in women's participation in the 2019 Election. Especially voters in Medan City. The level of women's political participation has increased when compared to the previous elections that have taken place. This increase in voters actually raises the question of why the number of voters in the city of Medan has increased? Is there any influence of mothers participating in the 2019 presidential election? The democratic party for the simultaneous presidential and vice-presidential elections as well as the legislative elections on 17 April 2019 had just been held. The democratic party took place quite safely and smoothly with a quite encouraging level of participation. For the City of Medan, the participation rate was quite high, namely 74.20% for the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Election and 73.67% for the Medan City DPRD Election. This data shows that there was a sharp increase in the participation rate from the 2014 Presidential and Vice-Presidential and Legislative Elections, although it still has not reached the national target set at 77.5%.

The results show that the existence of a promotion prohibition for notaries is based on the fact that a notary as a position that provides services to the community requires the trust of the people it serves, and the notary's existence is not for the personal benefit of the person appointed, so that the notary must uphold the nobility of his dignity. In promotions that are informative and reminders, it is permissible to, among others, provide information and knowledge about legal issues; case review of legal problems in the world of notary; examples of notary deeds.

The most common benign tumor in infants is infantile hemangioma. Propranolol is often used as a treatment in patients with IHs. Efficacy and side effects of oral propranolol are considered important to be systematically reviewed in the management of IH. We searched Google Scholar, Pubmed, Garuda, and Science Direct. The articles matched with the restriction criteria then screened using the PRISMA method. The quality of the articles is tested using GRADE method. Total of 4 of 6289 articles recorded at the identification stage according to the inclusion criteria, 452 patients were treated with oral propranolol. All four articles were randomized clinical trials. Treatment is given at 0.3 month to 15 years of age, the dose given is 1-3 mg/kg/day. The primary end point was performed at week 24. The most common side effect is sleeping disorder (n=85). Serious side effects (Hypotension, bronchospasm, bradycardia, hypoglycemia) were managed by decreasing doses or temporary/permanent discontinuation of oral propranolol. Oral propranolol can be used with good efficacy. Monitor before and during treatment is assessed appropriately to reduce side effect.
