Abstract

Penelitianinibetujuanuntukmenganalisis Syariah Enterprise Teori (SET). Setiap Agama khususnya agama Islam memilikiduadimensi, yaitudimensiEksetoris dan dimensiEsoteris. Dimensieksetorisberkaitandengan ritual lahiriah (syariah), sementaradimensiesoterisadalahperenunganmendalamtentangtujuandari agama itusendiri. keduadimensiinisalingmenyempurnakansatusama lain. Akuntansi Syariah sebagaisuatucabangMuamalahdalam Islam juga tidakdapatterlepasdarikeduakontekstersebut. Akuntansi Syariah menerapkanajaranIslam berkaitandengantransaksiekonomi, baikdiperbankanmaupun di lembagakeuanganlain.Namun, akuntansisyariahsejauhinidipandangmasihtersiratnilai-nilaikapitalisme, yaitumaksimalisasi profit. Karena itu, pada penelitianini, penelitimencobamengetahuibagaimana paraakademisiakuntansisyariahmenkonstrukkonsep Syariah Enterprise Theory (SET) sebagailandasanakuntansisyariah ? dan bagaimanamengimplementasikan Syariah Enterprise Theory ?. KonsepinidikembangkandariEntreprise Theory (ET) dalamakuntansikonvensional. Konsepinikemudianditambahkan ontology Tauhid, sehinggamenjadibangunanteoribaruyaitu Syariah Enterprise Theory (SET. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini berupaya untuk memberikan ide dan nuansa terbuka bagi akuntan.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pustaka yang tebal, metodologi penelitian alternatif yang cocok untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam wacana mendalam yang menghasilkan beberapa metode untuk mengukur dan melaporkan SET yang dipraktikkan baru-baru ini. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa SETdapatdiimplementasikandalamsuatuwadah yang dapatmenjadilokomotifkonseptersebut. Karena tantanganterbesarbukanlah pada teori, tapi pada doronganhawanafsudalamdirimanusia. Tasawwufdipandangsebagaisuatujalan yang dapatmenundukkanhasratmanusiaakankekayaan material. Sehinggatersediaruangdalamdirimanusiauntukmengaktualkannilai-nilai Tauhid yang terkandungdalamkonsep Syariah Enterpresi Theory (SET).

Abstract

Tulisan ini mendiskusikan tentang upaya pembangunan karakter peserta didik melalui revitalisasi kultur sekolah. Dalam prakteknya, kultur sekolah sering terabaikan, sehingga terwujud dalam suatu bentuk yang tidak mendukung pembangunan karakter peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, perlu diadakan revitalisasi kultur sekolah melalui rekayasa sosial dengan melibatkan semua warga sekolah baik kepala sekolah, guru, maupun staf. Kepala sekolah harus menentukan visi dan misi sekolah, memperhatikan setiap aspek kultur sekolah, menetapkan kebijakan dan aturan yang adil serta memanfaatkan kurikulum sekolah untuk membangun karakter peserta didik. Guru memanfaatkan kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas untuk membangun karakter peserta didik, menyelipkan pendidikan karakter setiap berinteraksi dengan peserta didik dan memanfaatkan kurikulum tersembunyi untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai moral. Sedangkan staf juga harus terlibat aktif dalam setiap proses pembuatan kebijakan dan aturan serta memastikan bahwa proses pembelajaran akan berjalan lancar dengan merencanakan program-program sekolah beserta anggarannya.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran di sekolah. Demikian halnya pelaksanaan pembinaan dan pemantauan oleh pengawas. Pembinaan dan pemantauan oleh pengawas diharapkan mampu mengendalikan proses pembelajaran di masa pandemi. Pengawas diharapkan mampu menjaga stabilitas kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di masa pandemi walaupun menghadapi berbagai keterbatasan dan kendala teknis. Google Forms adalah salah satu aplikasi yang bisa membantu tugas pengawas dalam pembuatan instrumen pembinaan dan pemantauan. Dari hasil pemantauan dan pembinaan dengan menggunakan Google Forms tergambar bahwa kinerja guru, khususnya guru PAI binaan, menunjukkan tingkat yang berbeda-beda dipengaruhi oleh pola pikir, tingkat kompetensi penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS), dan ketersediaan jaringan internet.

Abstract

The focus of this study is generally analyzing educational inequality in rural or rural areas during COVID-19. Specifically analyze the factors of educational inequality and solutions to overcome the educational inequality of rural areas or the mass country of COVID-19. Research attachment using qualitative research, data collection methods are facilitated from participant observation, in-depth interviews and document data collection. The results of this study showed the factors that caused the inequality of Education in Nagari Sisawah Sijunjung Regency during the Covid-19 period was a). condition of Nagari Sisawah area located in depth, b). Nagari Sisawah is one of the areas that are not reachable by cellular networks and internet networks making it difficult for students to learn online, c). Not all children have school support equipment or media or online lectures, d). The difficulty of determining learning methods for children who attend school in Nagari Sisawah. Solutions to overcome education inequality in Nagari Sisawah Sijunjung district are analyzed from solutions provided by the government, schools and parents who synergize to alleviate educational inequality in Nagari Sisawah during the Covid-19 pandemic so that education continues to be carried out and running well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mobile legends online games on the interest in learning of students of the Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Alauddin Makassar. The research method used in this study is using a correlational quantitative approach, where the population taken is active students who play Mobile Legend online games at FST UINAM. To determine the sample used quota sampling technique by determining the portion of 10 people in each department in the Faculty of Science and Technology. Retrieval of respondent data through google form then the data is processed with the SPSS application. Mobile legend online game is one of the top 5 most played MOBA games on the android market and much favored by students, none other than students. The Mobile Legend online game variable consists of three indicators, 1) Media Exposure, 2) Play Motivation and 3) Imitation Behavior. From the results of the analysis carried out by using a hypothesis test with a calculated F value of 3.620 > F table 2.71, it can be concluded that there is an effect of Media Exposure (X1), Play Motivation (X2) and Imitation Behavior (X3) simultaneously on Learning Interest (Y). The value of R2 (R Square) 0.112 means that the influence of the Mobile Legend Online Game variable on learning interest is 11.2% while the effect is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The Bedendang tradition is the most important part of South Bengkulu’s customs that need to be preserved and preserved among young people. This study aims to describe and analyze the embodiment of cultural values in the Bedendang tradition through the TikTok application as a form of South Bengkulu local wisdom. The research method used is a content analysis as what and how questions through data analysis techniques to get conclusions. The results show that the TikTok application can be used as a trend to attract young people to make the Bedendang tradition the most important part of everyday life because there are cultural values that are used as local wisdom from South Bengkulu. The conclusion from this research is that TikTok is one of the most trending applications today, with photo and video based that can attract young people to love and preserve the culture of the South Bengkulu region.

Abstract

The type of skincare cosmetic product is one of the beauty products needed to support beauty and facial skin health. The need in fulfilling facial skin care is included in changes in economic behavior patterns in the millennial generation. The industry about halal cosmetics is currently experiencing a very rapid development of this because the community is currently aware of the importance of using halal products. This study aims to analyze any factor that can form a millenial generation awareness in choosing halal labeled cosmetics. The research used is descriptive qualitative research. Research with the method or case study approach. Under the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 33 of 2014, the magnificence quality of cosmetic products is determined by raw materials and production processes. Factors that are indicators of millennial generation awareness in choosing halal products are: a) Halal raw materials, b) religious obligations, c) production process, d) product hygiene, e) knowledge of international halal products.

Abstract

Jember is a district part of the province of East Java, Indonesia. Since the conversion of Jember as an independent agency during the Dutch East Indies government, the city has grown rapidly. Public facilities began to be established and the wave of population migration was increasing. Generally they come from Madura and Java as the majority ethnicity, while the ethnic minorities are Chinese and Arabs. As a result of the meeting of these ethnic groups, especially Madura-Javanese, there was a fusion of their respective cultures, resulting in a new culture called Pendalungan. Administratively, Pendalungan is attached to the Tapal Kuda area, including Jember. In addition, its multi-ethnic population makes Jember a multicultural district. Therefore, in writing this article, it aims to discuss the Pendalungan culture, analyze the Pendalungan culture in Jember, and analyze the multicultural values ​​of the Pendalungan culture in Jember. The method used is descriptive qualitative by utilizing relevant written sources using content analysis data analysis techniques. Based on the analysis obtained by the author, the multicultural values ​​in the Pendalungan culture in Jember include mutual respect, mutual respect, maintaining group solidarity, eliminating bad prejudice, tolerance, and helping each other.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan problematika yang dihadapi guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dimasa pandemi Covid-19, dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana solusi dari problematika yang dihadapi guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan di UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Parepare. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalaha studi literatur atau kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi guru dalam proses pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi guru yaitu keterbatasan guru dalam mengontrol dan menilai siswa dalam proses pembelajaran daring, kemudian keterbatasan guru dalam memberikan materi yang mudah dipahami oleh siswa. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi siswa yaitu kurangnya fasilitas yang dapat menunjang pembelajaran daring seperti adanya siswa yang tidak memiliki handphone, laptop, ataupun komputer dan kurangnya akses jaringan internet (kuota) yang memadai, kemudian adanya siswa yang kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran serta kejenuhan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar secara daring, sehingga siswa merasa tidak bersemangat dan malas dalam mengikuti pembelajaran daring. Beragam permasalahan yang dihadapi guru dan siswa dengan mengatasi dengan guru harus meningkatkan kekreatifan dan kemampuan dalam penguasaan teknologi pembelajaran dengan mencari model pembelajaran yang cocok dengan kondisi belajar pada masa pandemi, dan pemerintah juga turut dalam mengatasi permaslahan pembelajaran. Serta guru harus mampu dalam mengolah kelas online dengan maksimal.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused changes in all aspects of life, from the economy, health to education. This situation causes the implementation of learning is usually carried out directly in the classroom, turning into School From Home, students and teachers carry out learning activities from home. These changes of course require adaptation and learning media that are different from previous activities. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the use of video conferencing as an alternative medium of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is library research or library research. Library research utilizes library resources to obtain research data. Sources of data obtained from secondary data originating from research reports contained in articles, textbooks, proceedings, and websites as well as other sources deemed relevant to the topic of study. The result of this research study is that video conferencing using Google Meet and Zoom is an alternative learning media that is most widely used by teachers and students in the learning process during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This is because it has several advantages compared to other applications, such as being able to be downloaded for free, students can conduct direct questions and answers like in a face-to-face class. In addition, teachers can also provide feedback. Another advantage is that the teacher can display the material, explain the material as usual in face-to-face learning because there is a whiteboard to explain using handwriting using a pen, recording learning activities, it is easier to control students in following the learning process. Based on these advantages, the use of video conferencing is more dominant in learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.
