<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to develop UPIN (Smart Ladder Snake) media products and to find out the improvement of student learning outcomes using UPIN (Smart Ladder Snake) media on the material of ethnic and religious diversity in my country in grade IV SD. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) with a model developed by Sugiyono. The research was carried out at SD Negeri 3 Sumbermanjing using the subject of 15 grade IV SD students for the 2019/2020 school year. The techniques and instruments used in this study were interviews, observations, questionnaires, tests, performance, documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, the following conclusions were obtained. Learning outcomes using 3_realm that is cognitive aspects with a percentage increase in learning outcomes of Indonesian language learning content by 60% while science subject content is 60%, affective aspects with a percentage increase in learning outcomes by 83%, psychomotor aspectswith a percentage increase in learning outcomes by 60%. Thus it can be concluded that the UPIN (Smart Ladder Snake) media on the material of ethnic and religious diversity in my country in grade IV SD can improve student learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[Merdeka Belajar is an educational reform movement that is based on empowering teacher creativity and innovation in creating meaningful learning in the classroom. The reality shows that in terms of concept and implementation, independent learning has not been fully understood and applied successfully. The policy of free learning with its current stages needs to be supported by strengthening the concept of humanity and its development. This literature study explores Carl Roger's ideas as an alternative to broaden the idea of humanity and its implications in education. Data sources use books, journal articles, and website articles. Carl Roger's ideas from various sources were studied, analyzed, and then drawn conclusions inductively to get a conceptual conclusion that could be applied at the educational level. The research results show that Carl Rogers' humanism is in line with the ideas and policies of independent learning that are directed at building and developing a complete, integral, and true self-image of students. To create a complete identity of a studentas an independent human being, education must prioritize the aspects of love, respect for the child's personality so that freedom of thought, initiative, and creativity is built.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study was to describe students' responses to the effectiveness of learning from home, since world pandemic of Covid-19. The research method used was descriptive quality research methods. The research subjects were 24 students of class VB, the homeroom teacher of class VB, and 6 parents of class students. The data collection used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study is : First, the student's response to the effectiveness of learning from home during the Covid-19 pandemic percentage score of 72.35% so it is included in the Good category. Second, the factors that become obstacles are health, interest, school, and physical environmental. Third, the efforts of teachers and parents are collaborating intensively; giving directions to children how behavior is used as examples; preparing study schedules; giving rewards; being friends and discussion partners; condition teaching and learning to use the online system; assignments are given in the form of worksheet; instill ways to maintain interpersonal relationships; provide ways of overcoming emotional behavior; provide effective learning instructions; provide opportunities for independent learning; do not turn on television when children learn; and discuss the rules of learning at home.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is the economic level of parents, the majority of whom are farmers, which affects students' achievement motivation, and interest in learning. This is due to the lack of learning facilities, lack of support, and attention from parents that made students reluctant to study and to go to school. This research uses quantitative methods with the form of multiple correlations with simple correlation techniques. The population in this research was 32 people with a total sample of 32 people. In selecting the sample, the researcher applies a saturated nonprobability sampling technique. The data collection tools were a questionnaire sheet and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher used regression analysis, simple correlation analysis, and partial test. The results of the study prove 1) there is an effect of the level of the parents' economy on student achievement motivation, as evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable or 3,795> 2,042. 2) there is an effect of parents 'economic level on students' interest in learning, as evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable or 3.704> 2.042.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the readiness of primary school teachers in Compiling Distance Learning (PJJ) during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study is motivated by the importance of the readiness of primary school teachers in facing the Covid-19 pandemic, namely by implementing Distance Learning (PJJ) in the learning process. This study involved primary school teacher respondents and the principal of SD Negeri 17 Mungguk. Data in the form of teacher opinions and statements were collected using questionnaires and interviews and completed with documentation. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that theoretically, the teacher already had an understanding of Distance Learning, but it was still lacking in implementation. The motivation of teachers in implementing learning innovations is very high, this is supported by facilities, facilities and infrastructure. School readiness in implementing Distance Learning is included in the high category, elementary school teachers have high expectations regarding their task of implementing Distance Learning during the Covod-19 Pandemic, because this will have a positive impact on the quality of learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This development research was conducted to produce the educational produsts that aim to solve the educational problems. The background of this research was needed, namely the students of SD Negeri 1 Sidoluhur to LKPD learning products that suit their needs. The development of LKPD based on local wisdom was developed by paying attention to the sudents according to their place of recidence, namely Lawang-Malang Disctrict. The purpose of this research is to describe the wisdom-based development of LKPD in Lawang-Malang District for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Sidoluhur. This research was guided by the ADDIE model which is carried out in 5 stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Imlementation and Evaluation. The subjets in this research were the students of fifth grade SD Negeri 1 Sidoluhur, who may have 30 students. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. In addition, the data in this research are in the form of quantitative and qualitative data which are processed and described in a measured manner based on the product developed. The validation of the teaching materials got a percentage of 88% with a very good category. Validation of the thematic learning got a percentage of 88.6% with a very good category. While, the percentage obtained from the results of the student response questionnaire was 98%.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is determine the feasibility of domino card learning media in thematic learning and find out the suitability of domino cards to increase learning motivation of fourth grade elementary school students. This research is development research using the Borg and Gall model. The research was conducted at SDN Permanu 02 with the subject of 33 fourth grade students for the 2019/2020 school year. The results showed the feasibility of domino card learning media based on material validation, media validation, group response trials and large group student response trials getting an average rating of 89% with very valid qualifications. The results of student learning motivation in small groups showed the percentage before 58%with enough categories, after the percentage of 89% with very high category.The results of student learning motivation in large groups showed before the percentage of 39% with the low categoryand after percentage of 76%with high category. Based on the data mentioned above, it can be concluded that the domino card learning media is suitable for use in the learning process and can increase the learning motivation of grade IV SD students]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze formative evaluations on the nation's unity and unity subject matter in class IV PKN subjects at SD Budi Mulia Ciledug. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative research design. The population that researchers took in this study were all students of grade IV Budi Mulia Elementary School consisting of 2 classes with a total of 40 students. Class IVA was selected as a sample because most of the students' learning outcomes were low on PKN lessons. Data collection tools obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The findings generated in this study that with formative evaluation can increase student learning activities on PKN subjects and can improve learning outcomes, and students become active in working on the problems given by the teacher. Part of the students already understand the material because at the end of each lesson always given formative evaluation by the teacher. The evaluation used is multiple choice because it is more effective. Formative evaluation can increase student learning activities, this can be seen from the activeness of students when learning takes place and students always collect assignments on time.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to know the role of clasroom teacher in educational management through curriculum of 2013 at student class V SDN Mungguk Kecqamatan Sekadau Hilir. This research was used descriptive qualitative method and the form of descriptive qualitative research. The tools were used observation sheet, interview, and documentation. The results show that in the learning process the teacher is not only teaching and delivering material but the teacher must also be able to solve psychological things that may be present and experienced by their students, therefore the teacher can act as a motivator, facilitator, organizer, informant, and corrector. There were supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by teachers in Educational management through curriculum of 2013, the supporting factor was that the principal always sends teachers to always participate in KKG activities, while the inhibiting factor was in the delivery of material, giving assessments, and utilizing existing media sources because the teacher at SDN 17 Mungguk the majority were senior teachers. The efforts made by the teacher to overcome these factors were that the teacher must understand the character of each student, approach students, the teacher must not assume the abilities of all students were the same because basically every child has different characters and abilities and the teacher always provides motivation and enthusiasm. so that students continue to learn. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to develop learning media products in the form of Valid Pancasila Puzzles used in togetherness materials at home to improve students' learning outcomes.. The benefits of Pancasila Puzzle media can be a source of learning and improve students' learning outcomes. This research uses rnd research type (Research and Development) according to Sugiyono with 10 stages of development according to Sugiyono as follows (1) Potential and problems; (2) Data collection; (3) Product design; (4) Validasi design; (5) Design revision; (6) Usage trial; (7) Product revision; (8) Usage trial; (9) Product revision; (10) Mass production. The results showed that pancasila puzzle media deserves to be a learning medium with a percentage of eligibility provided by media experts which is 93% and by material experts 85% with very valid and feasible criteria. The results of large-scale trials saw a 69% increase in study results, with an average of 63 pretestand 87 posttest results.Individual trials with student response questionnaires on the use of pancasila puzzle media show a percentage of 100% categorized as highly feasible]]>
