<![CDATA[Mastering the basic competencies of a physical education teacher is one of the keys to learning. This research aims to determine how to achieve the competency of elementary school physical education teachers spread across the city of Semarang. The method used in this research was a qualitative method with an interaction analysis model and supported by the presentation of percentages. This research involved 20 elementary school physical education teachers spread across Semarang. Data analysis was carried out using data collection techniques, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The overall interview results were reduced, and the data was presented as a percentage of teacher achievement in pedagogical competence of 80% in the good category. Personality and social competency have the same value, 50%, in the good category, and professional competence results were obtained at 70% in the good category. It is concluded that harmonization is needed to master basic teacher competencies. This study contributes to all researchers interested in developing physical education teacher competence to create new models and strategies to support them in increasing their teacher competencies.]]>

<![CDATA[Students in The Property Appraisal Training at Financial Education and Training Agency, based on survey results, state that learning using e-books is less effective in improving learning outcomes. The study aims to evaluate the impact of multimedia interaction on the learning outcomes of property appraisal training students. The research used the research and development (RD) that adopts the ADDIE model. Data collection was carried out through tests and questionnaires with a total of two subject matter experts, two media experts, and 28 students. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of the subject matter expert assessment indicate that multimedia is suitable for use, with a rating of 91.67%. The results of the media expert assessment show that multimedia is suitable for use with a rating of 90%. Field test results show a significant positive correlation between the average learning outcomes before and after using interactive multimedia. The effectiveness test results show an N-gain value of 61%. Given the impact of multimedia-based education on learning outcomes, this approach can be used to teach other subjects and train students. This research can also be used as a basis for exploring the development of interactive multimedia learning for other subjects.]]>

<![CDATA[Organizational citizenship behavior is one of the positive behaviors that employees in higher education need to have because it can have a positive impact on employees and educational institutions beyond what is expected. This research aims to determine the contribution of the organizational citizenship behavior aspect in reflecting/measuring the most dominant organizational citizenship behavior in employees at Indonesian universities and employees at Malaysian universities. The research subjects were lecturers and employees of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. The research results show that the Indonesian and Malaysian versions of the organizational citizenship behavior scale are valid and reliable. The scale can be utilized optimally as a tool for measuring organizational citizenship behavior in university employees in Indonesia and Malaysia. Further results show that organizational citizenship behavior can be reflected in four aspects, namely altruism, sportsmanship, organizational compliance, and loyalty. Organizational citizenship behavior among employees in Indonesian universities shows the most dominant dimensions of altruism and sportsmanship reflecting organizational citizenship behavior, while organizational citizenship behavior among employees in Malaysian universities shows all the dominant dimensions in reflecting organizational citizenship behavior, namely altruism, sportsmanship, organizational compliance, and loyalty. The findings of this research can contribute to higher education organizations to develop citizenship behavior both individually and in organizations that can encourage the performance of higher education employees in Indonesia and Malaysia.]]>

<![CDATA[The emergency curriculum policy was implemented to anticipate students' learning difficulties during distance learning using the home learning program via television. This research aims to describe the depth of local wisdom material as thematic learning for students' knowledge. The research used a qualitative descriptive method about using learning through TELEVISION to implement emergency curriculum policies. The informants processed were two (2) teachers of a grade 4 elementary school who had previously designed learning tools based on emergency curriculum procedures. The participants in this study were fifty-nine (59) children in grade four (4). This research was conducted during a three-month pandemic in the second term of 2021. The research results explain that for each material on the topic 'Where I Live', local wisdom material was found and broadcasted for 30 minutes. The obtained result from the data of students who answered seven (7) related questions studied through television, which contained local wisdom content, was that 80.04% of students said 'yes', 15.76% gave no answer, and 6.65% said 'maybe'. Implementation of distance learning using television media requires a strong synergy between teachers, students, and parents.]]>

<![CDATA[Due to its significance in fostering 21st-century skills, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education has rapidly evolved across the country. However, designing effective and meaningful STEM-based lessons is still challenging, especially at the elementary school level. Thus, future elementary teachers should be trained to develop integrated STEM-based lesson plans. This research aims to explore the quality of STEM-based lessons designed by pre-service elementary teachers. This study analyzed six STEM-based lesson plans created by 32 preservice elementary teachers as a final group project in the STEM Learning in Elementary School course. Employing a descriptive analysis method, the study evaluated the lesson plans using STEM Integration Curriculum Assessment (STEM-ICA) indicators to shed light on the lesson design quality. Findings reveal varying scores across STEM-ICA indicators, emphasizing ideal science integration but indicating room for improvement in mathematics integration within the lesson. Assessment alignment and the need for stronger connections in engineering design activities are highlighted. This contributes to discussions on enhancing preparation programs for high-quality STEM educators in elementary schools.]]>

<![CDATA[This research evaluates the efficacy of integrating Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in business research methods at a university that provides educational and non-educational programs in Surabaya, Indonesia, aligning with national educational standards. The study aims to assess the impact of blended PBL and PjBL models on student performance, aiming for improved comprehension and application of research methods concepts. A quantitative approach was employed, sequentially applying PBL and PjBL within the curriculum. The 2022 Accounting Study Program cohort was sampled via random selection. Student-prepared research proposals were evaluated, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The integrated PBL and PjBL significantly correlate with enhanced academic performance in business research methods, suggesting improved understanding and application of concepts. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of integrating PBL and PjBL to achieve competency-based educational goals in business research methods. By aligning with national standards, this approach enhances learning experiences and provides valuable insights for similar contexts.]]>

<![CDATA[Literacy is crucial for instructors and students because it promotes understanding in reading, writing, and communication tasks. To provide various benefits, this study incorporates local knowledge into Articulate Storyline educational media. In response to the difficulties mentioned, this study attempts to use the Articulate Storyline program as a teaching tool to increase students' reading literacy. This study employs a quantitative methodology and focuses on factors and how they interact. The one-shot case study approach was employed to investigate the learning program's immediate effects. This design focuses on observing the impact at a single time point without using a control group. The study was conducted in SD INPRES 9 and SD INPRES 50 Papua, focusing on 4th-graders. As a result of receiving the same treatment, the high, medium, and poor groups have various degrees of literacy. Compared to other groups, the high group has superior literacy, whereas the medium group has better literacy than the low group. By encouraging active and significant engagement, technology in education raises the standard of learning. All student groups benefit significantly from developing literacy skills in primary schools since it allows them to decide for themselves what information to trust.]]>

<![CDATA[Bulletins in the form of pocketbooks are one solution to help students master the conceptual understanding of green chemistry material in the emancipated curriculum. This research aims to develop a bulletin in the form of a pocketbook to increase students' understanding of concepts. Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation are all included in the ADDIE model, which is used in this research together with the research and development technique. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The population was 10th-grade students of senior high school in Banda Aceh. The results of the student response questionnaire show that the bulletin's attractiveness in the form of a pocketbook is 84.29%. The innovation of a bulletin in the form of a pocketbook has a good concept understanding ability based on the t-test value of 0.001 0.05. This research concludes that the bulletin in the form of a pocketbook is more effective than textbooks in teaching green chemistry. Bulletins in the form of practical and appropriate pocketbooks can improve students' understanding of concepts. Using bulletins in pocketbooks can be a reference and achievement for chemistry teachers' learning in learning activities in the emancipated curriculum.]]>

<![CDATA[The application of mathematics has always been related to everyday life. This study aims to describe the relationship between mathematics and Malay culture integrated with the children's storybook “Asyiknya bermain galah panjang; Pembuatan Jalur; Matematika di Rumah Adat Riau Selaso Jatuh Kembar”. This research is qualitative descriptive research, with data collection techniques using literature studies from 3 children's story books from the elementary school teacher education study program. The data analysis technique carried out is content analysis. The results show that children's storybooks in this study presented cultural content in several aspects, such as clothing, language, and activities. The mathematical content linked in this children's storybook is between the traditional game of long poles that form a flat square and rectangular wake pattern. The process of creating paths related to standard and non-standard measurement materials. Then, the Selaso Fall Twin House's architecture can be associated with the mathematical material: flat and angular shapes. The interconnectedness between maths and culture in these children's storybooks can provide readers with valuable insights, especially children, into how maths is a relevant part of their daily lives and cultures.]]>

<![CDATA[The low achievement of scientific literacy and the attitude of cultural preservation requires innovation in implementing science education in schools. This research aims to develop integrated science modules on Singo Barong mask ethnoscience teaching materials to improve scientific literacy and cultural preservation attitudes. This study measures the feasibility of the module and its effectiveness in improving scientific literacy and cultural preservation attitudes. This research used Borgh and Gall’s (1960) model with six stages. The study was conducted in class VII using a non-equivalent one-group pretest-posttest trial design. The results of module effectiveness are obtained from the pretest-posttest analysis of students. The instruments given were in the form of scientific literacy questions and cultural preservation attitude questionnaires. Based on the analysis of scientific literacy and cultural preservation attitudes, students using the developed modules have increased, as indicated by the gain value obtained in the medium category. The results of module validation are carried out by four expert lecturers and one science teacher, and practicality assessment by students. The results of feasibility and practicality obtained excellent assessment. In conclusion, the integrated science module of Singo Barong mask ethnoscience is suitable for the science learning process to improve scientific literacy and cultural preservation attitudes.]]>
