Abstract

Pakpak Bharat Regency has natural resources that can be managed and generate economic value for the welfare of the people in the district, one of which is in the field of tourism. There are several tourism destinations in this district, one of which is the Simbilulu waterfall, which is a destination that is the focus of the government in its development, in increasing tourist visits there are several things that need attention. Attractiveness, Accessibility and Facilities are elements that are factors of the success of a tourist destination. These elements are factors for consideration by tourists in visiting destinations. Simbilulu Waterfall tourism destinations have started well, but there are still some that do not meet the needs of tourists when visiting destinations. If this destination is developed and managed optimally, it is likely that it will also have a positive impact on the community around the tourist destination. This study examines how much influence the variables of Attractiveness, Accessibility and Facilities have on tourist visits to Simbilulu Waterfall, Pakpak Bharat Regency, North Sumatra. The population in this study are tourists who come to visit the Simbilulu waterfall with an average value per month. The minimum sample in this study is based on the Slovin formula of 95 respondents with an error rate of 10%, using the incidental sampling technique. Data analysis with multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis. Results of the study showed that Attraction contributed 45.3%, Accessibility 7.1%, and Facilities 14.3%, to tourist visits to Simbilulu Waterfall. The hypothesis shows that there is an influence between the variables of attractiveness and facilities is accepted, while the hypothesis that there is an effect of accessibility is rejected.

Abstract

Studies on the development of tourism villages have been conducted by many researchers in different aspects and locations. This study looks at the development of tourist villages from 2018 to 2022. We used bibliometric analysis by combining two well-known software: Publish and Perish (PoP) and VoS viewer. Data was collected through Google Scholar-based PoP over a 5-year period from 2018 to 2022. The data was generated from Indonesian articles generated from the database using keywords specific to tourism village development. We limited the maximum number of results to 100 articles, then refined by selecting relevant sources and found 70 selected articles. The results showed that existing research on tourism village development on various topics and research networks were visualized. Through collaborative networking, the results can be useful for academic researchers to help them understand the evolution of tourism village development research, identify the underlying themes and assist the development of current tourism village development concepts. This paper is one of the existing papers that provides an understanding of tourism village development as an interesting research topic by examining its development through bibliometric analysis. Based on network visualization with the keyword that appears most often is the development of tourist villages. When viewed from Density Visualization, tourist village, development, village development, village and in the development of tourist villages show that the topic is being the center of research. Then for topics such as community empowerment through tourism villages provides a clue that this study material is still small and very less studied.

Abstract

Sendangharjo Village is one of the Area under the auspices of Perum Perhutani KPH Tuban which is also threatened with illegal logging. Development of community-based tourism or Community Based Tourism (CBT) is one of the efforts to preserve the nature and culture of rural communities. Through this activity, economic growth from various community-based economic sectors can also be developed, such as service providers, handicraft sellers, traders and others. The purpose of this study is to find out, describe, and analyze youth applications in the development of the Akar Langit Trinil Natural Tourism Village in Sendangharjo. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that with the cooperation of various parties, namely Perhutani KPH Tuban and the local Karang Taruna Youth as well as community participation, the development of the Akar Langit Nature Tourism Village has accelerated. All the people are directly involved in all the activities that are there. Follow-up that needs to be done is to market tourist attractions both through print and electronic media and provide guidance on the development of natural tourism for managers, namely village youth who are there.

Abstract

This research was purposed to describe level of visitor satisfaction at the Safari Lagoi Bintan from indicators: suitability of expectations, revisit intention, and willingness to recommend. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative data using survey methods. The research was conducted at the Safari Lagoi Bintan, Riau Islands. The population in this research was 9,297 visitors who visited Safari Lagoi Bintan from November 2021-April 2022. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The level of satisfaction about facilities on the suitability of expectations indicators is categorized as satisfied for domestic and foreign visitors, with a score of 4.13 and 4.08; 2) the level of satisfaction on revisit intention indicator is categorized as satisfied for domestic and foreign visitors with a score of 4.15 and 3.96; 3) the level of satisfaction on willingness to recommend indicator is at very satisfied category for domestic visitors, with a score 4.23 and satisfied for foreign visitors with a score of 4.16.

Abstract

This research was conducted of dissatisfaction of tourists at Taman Muko-Muko who are influenced by the application of sapta pesona. This research aims to: 1) Know the Effect of Sapta Pesona Application on Tourist Satisfaction Visiting Muko-Muko Park, 2) Describe the Application of Sapta Pesona in Muko-Muko Park 3) Describe Tourist Satisfaction Visiting Muko-Muko Park. Research type is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. This research was carried out at the Muko-Muko Park tourist attraction, Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency. The research population was tourists who had visited the Muko-Muko Park tourist attraction from January to June 2022 with a total of 6135 people. Selection of research samples using incidental sampling with a total sample of 84 people. Data collection uses a Likert Scale model questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis which was processed using the help of the SPSS version 22.00 program. The results showed that 1) there was a significant effect of the application of Sapta Pesona on tourist satisfaction of 29.8%, 2) the application of Sapta Pesona was in a good category with a level achievement score of 82.85% of the ideal score, 3) Tourist Satisfaction is in a good category with an achievement score of 83.68% of the ideal score.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain results on how influential promotion is on tourists' visiting decisions at the Pincuran 7 Bathing tourist attraction in Sijunjung Regency. The type of research used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The research sample is visitors who have visited the Pincuran 7 Baths tourist attraction using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing closed questionnaires that had been prepared and had passed the validity and reliability trials, and used a Likert scale with linear regression analysis and were then given to respondents. very good category, (2) The decision to visit to get the proportion (59.60%) is in the sufficient category, (3) The results of simple linear regression hypothesis testing obtained F count 5.347 with a significance of 0.023> 0.05. get poetry that the promotion variable can explains the decision to visit significantly, then the R square is 0.052 so that it can be interpreted that the effect of promotion on the decision to visit is as much as 5.2%.

Abstract

The development of internet resulted high growth of applications in Indonesia, which then used by business owners in marketing. Restaurant directory applications is gaining popularity for the ease of obtaining information, but information can also obtain using social media, which begun to use as marketing platform, but social media tends to bias in reviews. This study aims to examine whether there is influence between Electronic Word of Mouth on Zomato on purchasing decisions. Electronic word of mouth is information from the results of the assessment of various aspects of product by consumers, can be called online reviews. Purchasing decisions are when consumers faced with two or more possiblities that have been reached by consumers after various considerations. The sample of this study obtained by slovin technique which resulted 100 people, this research is quantitative study, with non-probability technique. The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth has effect on purchasing decisions. The conclusion of this study is the dimensions of Electronic Word of Mouth is Intensity, Content, and Valance of Opinion has positive influence on purchasing decisions. Suggestions for further research is add other independent variables, and for the business, this can be used as evaluation because there was influence between e-wom on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The background of this research is due to the lack of optimal development of the tourist attraction of Lubuk Paraku, Lubuk Kilangan District, Padang City. Lubuk Paraku has less potential to be developed in terms of the 4A tourist attraction indicators, namely Accessibility, Attraction, Amenities, Ancillary Service. This study describes the things that explain how the potential for tourist attraction in Lubuk Paraku, Lubuk Kilangan District, Padang City is based on the potential tourist attractions in Lubuk Paraku.This study uses a descriptive method with qualitative data, and uses a survey method. The data obtained were obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. In conducting this research, the researchers involved 5 people who became informants in the study consisting of 2 Lubuk Paraku tourism managers, 1 local community member, and 2 visitors from the Lubuk Paraku tourist attraction. Researchers used purposive sampling techniques in conducting research and data analysis was carried out by means of reduction, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the tourist attraction of Lubuk Paraku, Lubuk Kilangan District, has the potential to be developed in terms of attractions, such as natural tourist attractions and cultural tourist attractions as well as water and tropical forest tourist attractions along rivers, accessibilities such as access to get to Lubuk Paraku tourist attraction, Amenities such as existing facilities and facilities that can be developed, and Ancillary Services such as additional services and services for visitors while in Lubuk Paraku tourist attraction. With the development of Lubuk Paraku Tourism Attraction, it is hoped that it can have a good and positive impact on the world of tourism, especially in the city of Padang.

Abstract

The background of the research is that there are several phenomena regarding visitor satisfaction and complaints about existing facilities. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of tourist facilities on visitor satisfaction at Buper Guak Lago. This is associative research with a survey method. The population in this study were visitors who had visited in the last 6 months, with a sample size of 70 people. Collecting research data with an adapted questionnaire that has gone through valid and reliable tests. Data analysis using linear regression analysis. In the results of research on 70 samples, Tourist Facilities (X) as a whole 50% in the good category. Visitor Satisfaction (Y) as a whole shows a percentage of 31.4% in the good enough category. It can be concluded that the results of the regression test, simple linear number f count 26.571 with sig 0.000 <0.05 regression model, can be used. This means that the Tourist Attraction Facility variable (X) has an effect on. the visitor satisfaction variable (Y) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. And the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained R square 0.281 which means that the Tourist Object Facility (X) and Visitor Satisfaction (Y) are 28.1% while 71.9% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

The background of this research is the management of facilities at Pincuran Tujuh tourist attraction in Sijunjung Regency. Pincuran Tujuh tourism Attraction is one of the artificial tourist attraction found in Sijunjung Regency. This Study aims to determine the management of facilities in Pincuran Tujuh Tourism Attraction, Sijunjung Regency. The research is included in the type of descriptive research with qualitative data. Data collection techniques were carried out through the use of interview, observasion, and documentation method and data analysis using data reduction, data persetation, and drawing conclusions. The research is viewed from three indicator namely, main facilities, and supporting facilities. The result is study describe the management of exiting facilities in Pincuran Tujuh Tourism Attraction, Sijunjung Regency based on management functions wicht include planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. Judging from the indicators of the main facilities, there already planning, organization, mobilizing and supervising but it has not been going well. Then is terms of indicators of supporting facilities threre is no planning, organization alredy exists but has not been realized, mobilization already exists, and supervision already exists. After that, in terms of supporting facilities, there is already planning, organization, mobilization and supervision
