Abstract

This research aims to (1) analyze the ongoing H&M insurance business process, (2) identify the root of the problems that hinder the effectiveness of the business process, (3) evaluate underwriting parameters, and (4) design a new business model in PT reinsurance. A B C. The research method used is qualitative analysis involving the Delphi method of seven H&M insurance industry experts who were chosen deliberately. The business model is explained through the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Business process analysis is carried out using root-cause analysis, value-added analysis, waste analysis, and direct weighting analysis to determine the relevance of underwriting parameters. Business transformation is carried out by (1) adding significant risk parameters in the underwriting process, (2) eliminating activities that do not provide added value, (3) increasing risk analysis activities that provide added value to the business acceptance process (underwriting), (4) improving data management through optimizing administration as a data bank and system agent, and (5) implementing pricing rates to maintain stability of rates and premiums. Statistical analysis supports risk assessment and pricing rates to ensure adequate premiums required for further research. In conclusion, a holistic business process transformation accompanied by improved risk analysis and data management is needed to increase the profitability and sustainability of the ship hull insurance industry. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of HR and Innovative Behavior on employee performance through Readiness for Change. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The research results show that HR Quality and Innovative Behavior have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both directly and through Readiness for Change. The conclusion is that it emphasizes the importance of having quality human resources and innovative behavior in improving employee performance, as well as the importance of readiness to change as a mediator in the relationship between these variables. Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of word of mouth and social media on consumer purchasing interest at the "Kenalin Ini Kopi" cafe. The research method used is quantitative by applying descriptive verification analysis. Research data sources involve the collection of secondary and primary data. The sample for this research was 100 students from Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research results show that word of mouth supported by social media promotions has a significant effect on consumer purchasing interest at the "Kenalin Ini Kopi" cafe. The implication of these findings is that the "Know This Coffee" cafe can improve their promotional strategy by collaborating with influencers and creating interesting videographic content to reach consumers more widely. In conclusion, this research contributes to understanding the influence of word of mouth and social media in increasing consumer buying interest in the coffee shop industry. As a result, "Know This Coffee" cafes and similar stakeholders can optimize their marketing strategies to achieve greater success in an increasingly. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and CSR on Company Value, with Profitability as a moderating variable. Quantitative methodology is used with data on shares of state-owned companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the 2017-2021 period. Research participants involved shares of state-owned companies, and data was collected from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, and analyzed using smart PLS4 software. The research results show that profitability has a moderating effect on managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, and CSR on company value. The conclusion is that the management of BUMN subsidiary companies can take further steps to maximize the use of managerial ownership, strengthen the role of the independent board of commissioners, and develop corporate social responsibility (CSR). This becomes more important in facing rapid developments in science, information technology and increasingly fierce global business competition. This research is original with a focus on the correlation between GCG, CSR and company value, considering profitability as a moderating variable. Keywords: CSR, GCG, Company Value, SEM

Abstract

This research aims to 1) evaluate the relationship between self-efficacy and outsourced employee performance, 2) analyze the relationship between stress coping and outsourced employee performance, and 3) examine the joint relationship between self-efficacy and stress coping on outsourced employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type of research. Data was collected through self-efficacy questionnaires (24 questions), stress coping (25 questions), and work performance (28 questions). The results of the research show that 1) there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and outsourced employee performance, 2) there is no relationship between stress coping and outsourced employee performance, and 3) there is no significant relationship between self-efficacy and stress coping together on outsourced employee performance. Conclusions, demonstrate the complexity of factors influencing the performance of outsourced employees and provide a basis for further research. Abstract

This research aims to measure customer satisfaction as a basis for effective policy making, focusing on the 4P dimensions (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). The research method uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to evaluate the current level of customer satisfaction. The research results show a CSI value of 78.75%, indicating that Veroza Cake & Bakery MSE consumers are generally satisfied with the services provided. The IPA analysis identified three attributes as top priorities (quadrant I), seven attributes whose achievements need to be maintained (quadrant II), two attributes with low priority (quadrant III), and three attributes that are classified as excessive (quadrant IV). In conclusion, there is a need to improve services, especially on attributes that have a low level of satisfaction but have a high level of importance, especially in the promotion dimension. This research provides a basis for the company to implement more effective policies to increase customer satisfaction and ensure the operational continuity of MSE Veroza Cake & Bakery in a competitive market. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the performance of employees at the Karawang Regency Ministry of Religion Office with a focus on the influence of education and training on their performance. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive and verification methods. The research results show that there is a significant influence between education and training on employee performance. The research results contribute to the understanding of the factors that influence employee performance in the organizational environment. This research provides valuable information for the management of the Karawang Regency Ministry of Religion Office in designing more effective education and training policies to improve employee performance. In conclusion, the importance of investing in education and training as a strategy to improve employee performance in achieving organizational goals. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the number of domestic tourists, the number of foreign tourists, hotel occupancy rates, and the number of restaurants on local revenue in Magelang Regency. The research method used is multiple linear regression using the Eviews 12 program, using data from the Central Statistics Agency of Magelang Regency and BPS Central Java from 2008 to 2021. The results of the research show that the number of domestic tourists, the number of foreign tourists, and the hotel occupancy rate are not has a significant influence on local revenue, while the number of restaurants has a significant influence on local revenue in Magelang Regency. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Kalimutu Mitra Perkasa. Data was collected through a questionnaire using the Likert scale method, and data analysis was carried out using Structural Data Analysis, specifically the Partial Least Square Equation Model. Evaluation was carried out on the measurement model (Outer Model) and structural tests (Inner Model) using the SEM PLS data processing tool. The research results show that work motivation has a positive influence on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.438, and a t-statistic value > t-table (2.767 > 1.96), indicating that work motivation has a significant effect on performance. Work Discipline has also been proven to have a positive effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.358, and a t-statistic value > t-table (2.262 > 1.96), indicating that Work Discipline has a significant impact on employee performance. However, Leadership Style was not proven to have a significant influence on Employee Performance, with an original sample value of 0.106, and a t-statistic value < t-table (0.872 < 1.96). Conclusion, that Leadership Style does not have a significant influence on employee performance at PT Kalimutu Mitra Perkasa. In conclusion, this research contributes to understanding the factors that influence employee performance in these organizations, and can be a basis for developing more effective human resource management strategies. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of information on Tiktok Shop online purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research which is analyzed using statistics. The population in this study were students from the Faculty of Economics, Gorontalo State University who made online purchases at the TikTok shop. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method with 97 respondents by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The data analysis method uses a Simple Linear Regression Test. The research results show that the quality of information (X) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with a value of 0.000 < 0.1. The conclusion is that the quality of information has a positive and significant effect on online TikTok shop purchasing decisions among economics faculty students.
