Data was obtained by questionnaires and observations. The data analysis used is a univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The results of research at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Soe shows that knowledge has a relationship with the use of PPE with a p-value = 0.001, and supervision has a relationship with the use of personal protective equipment with a value = 0.010). Suggestions for field team workers are related to the use of personal protective equipment, with training and encouragement for all workers to use personal protective equipment so that implementation in the workplace can be realized properly. At the Watukawula Puskesmas, the number of stunting toddlers in 2019 was 25,4%, if not addressed, it could have an impact on the growth and development of toddlers. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in the working area of Watukawula Puskesmas. The type of research used is a case-control study design. The sample consisted of 130 children under five consisting of 65 case samples and 65 control samples. The sampling of cases and control samples used a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis used was univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis using the chi-square test with a significance level of =0.05. The results showed that knowledge of maternal nutrition (p=0.000), exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.004), history of infectious disease (p=0.001), energy adequacy level (p=0.000), and protein adequacy level (p=0.000) were associated with stunting incidents. Therefore, it is recommended for mothers of toddlers to be able to provide nutritionally balanced food and sufficient energy and protein for their children to achieve optimal child development. Abstract

A clean and Healthy Lifestyle is one of the effective ways to prevent and control the risk of transmission among fishers. However, poor implementation of clean and healthy living behavior is still found in Fish Auction Places, especially on fishing boats. This study aims to describe the behavior of clean and healthy living on fishers in the Oeba Fish Auction Place. The indicators of clean and healthy living behavior include smoking behavior, using clean water, washing hands using soap before eating and after defecating, using latrines, and using personal protective equipment. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with five informants consisting of two ship owners and three crew members. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews and observations around the fish auction vessel. The results showed that of the five indicators, one indicator had been implemented well by fishermen, namely the behavior of using clean water. The lack of support from stakeholders and awareness of fishers has worsened the implementation of clean and healthy behavior at the Oeba Fish Auction Place. So, the implementation of clean and healthy living behavior at the Fish Auction Place had not been implemented optimally on all indicators. Therefore, education about the importance of maintaining health and the risk of disease transmission in the surrounding environment and the provision of supporting factors such as facilities and infrastructure is indispensable for implementing clean and healthy living to achieve a healthy degree. The data analysis carried out was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using a chi-square statistical test. The results of this study indicate that the risk factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in productive age (20-59 years) are genetic (p=0.000), obesity (p=0.001), stress (p=0.000), physical activity (p=0.000) ) and sodium (p=0.000), while the risk factors that were not associated with the incidence of hypertension in this study were gender (p=0.501) and smoking (p=1,000). Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by a lack of nutritional intake during the first 1000 days of life which results in stunted physical growth and cognitive development of children. This study aims to study the relationship between energy and protein adequacy levels with nutritional status. The type of research used in this research is analytic observational with a cross-sectional research design. The sample size in this study was 61 of the 866 population of children under five who were selected by proportional random sampling. Analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that the energy adequacy level variable with significant nutritional status (p-value = 0.000 <0.05) and protein adequacy level with significant nutritional status (p-value = 0.000 <0.05). Nutritional problems, namely stunting, need to be prevented by increasing energy and protein intake in toddlers.

Data on diarrhea cases in Noelbaki Village, Central Kupang District, Kupang Regency, in 2017 found 42 cases; in 2018, 53 cases; and in 2019, 57. This research intends to determine the Intrinsic and Extrinsic Factors in the Incidence of Diarrhea in Toddlers in Noelbaki Village, Kupang Regency. This type of research is quantitative through an observational approach using a cross-sectional design. The population in this study amounted to 210 people, and the sample used was 67 people. Data were analyzed using chi-square with the level of interpretation = 0.05. The research concludes that exclusive breastfeeding (0.017) and hand washing with soap (0.000) have a relationship with diarrhea in toddlers. In contrast, nutritional status (0.234) has no connection with diarrhea in toddlers. Health workers should improve services and counseling about exclusive breastfeeding and washing hands with soap so that people always care and remember the importance of health for their children.
