<![CDATA[This service activity aims to increase knowledge and ability to solve high-stakes test questions as preparation for UTBK and KSN students of SMAN 3 Siak Hulu. Implementing this service used training with the evaluation instrument, namely a questionnaire, and was analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results of this dedication showed that students' knowledge and abilities had increased in solving high-stakes test questions in chemistry subjects. In addition, this activity could change students' paradigm towards learning chemistry, which was considered difficult to be easier, and could increase students' motivation to study chemistry. This service activity could also increase students' self-confidence and readiness to participate in KSN and UTBK.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of housewives in Dalaka Village by processing organic waste from household waste into eco-enzyme products. This service was implemented through counseling and training in making fermenters and making eco-enzymes with simple and inexpensive methods. The production of eco-enzymes was done using the ratio of 3kg of organic waste, 1 kg of brown sugar, and 10L of water. The instrument for evaluating this activity used a satisfaction questionnaire form and was analyzed descriptively. The results of this dedication showed that partners could understand well the technology introduced and apply it. The resulting eco-enzyme product had a brown color and a distinctive sour aroma. <![CDATA[This community service activity aims to describe improving teacher skills in making Android-based learning media containing AKM questions. The method of the service program was carried out with pre-activity procedures, implementation of activities which included training and mentoring, and evaluation. The instrument for evaluating this activity used a questionnaire and was analyzed descriptively. This service's results showed that teachers could create Android-based learning media. The questionnaire results distributed to teachers as training participants were the Kodular application used to develop media that was easy to use and attractive in terms of appearance. The results of the questionnaire given to students after the trial were that students were interested in learning to use Android-based media because it was practical and easy to access at any time. In addition, through Android-based media, it was easy for students to answer AKM-type questions, so as many as 84% of students passed the AKM.]]>

<![CDATA[This public service activity aims at increasing literacy on the complexity of mental disorders. We used the form of public education on psychology (‘psych-ed’) focusing on the issue of deromanticization of mental disorders. The activity was conducted in collaboration with Manusiabiasa digital community, involving 111 participants from younger audiences (mean age = 22.48 years old; SD = 5.33; 87.79% females). A self-reported questionnaire was employed to compare participants’ percentages of presenting correct answers before and after the psych-ed. Based on Wilcoxon signed-rank test, we found an overall increase in participants understanding, mainly on subtopics regarding views on diagnoses of mental disorders, the impact of deromanticizing mental disorders, and interventions for mental disorders. Further psych-ed is required on the subtopic of perspectives on mental disorders specifically.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity program aims to increase partner schools' capacity to welcome the implementation of the independent curriculum at Padokan 1 Public Elementary School. The methods for implementing community service activities were workshops and assistance in product preparation. The products developed were Formulation of Learning Objectives Flow (ATP) and Learning Objectives (TP), learning modules, and assessment sheets. The target of the activity was sixteen teachers at Padokan 1 Elementary School. The analysis started with the program's preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this activity program were the Learning Objectives (ATP) and Learning Objectives (TP) Flowcharts, learning modules, and assessment sheets. The results showed that this program was feasible and follows the needs of the target schools. Teachers at partner schools at least had an idea of what to do in welcoming the implementation of the independent curriculum at partner schools. The set was well structured as a product of the training. Thus, the partner schools at least have the confidence to welcome the implementation of the independent curriculum.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge and competence of Undikma Biology Education study program students in preparing PKM (Student Creativity Program) 2023 proposals as an effort to strengthen the scientific writing movement. The method of implementing this service is a workshop which is conducted online via zoom. Participants in this activity were 122 students and lecturers of Biology education. The evaluation instrument is in the form of a response questionnaire from activity participants. Data analysis technique uses a Likert scale. Indicators of the success of the activity can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants who took part in the activity from other study programs and some even came from outside the region, there were interactive discussions between participants and presenters, and the formation of 16 PKM groups with various fields of study. The results of this service activity show that 92% of the participants responded to this activity that their knowledge and competence related to PKM increase.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to assist teachers at SMKS Budhi Dharma in the city of Dumai in applying the digital-based flipped classroom learning model. The implementation of this service used the mentoring method, which included providing material, demonstrations, training, and mentoring, as well as evaluating this activity using a questionnaire and analyzing descriptively. The results of this service showed that teachers at SMKS Budi Dharma could apply the Flipped Classroom learning model, distribute learning content, and gave assignments online through the Google Classroom and Socrative applications. It is hoped that in the future, teachers at SMKS Budi Dharma can use information technology tools provided by the school on an ongoing basis to improve the quality of learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity aimed to increase the knowledge and competence of teachers and students regarding micro reading skills as a basic reading skill and to solve problems related to reading English text activities. This activity was conducted using the mentoring method through presentation, practice, and demonstrations. At the same time, data analysis was carried out qualitatively by directly observing changes in the ability of teachers and students to develop micro-reading skills provided during the mentoring and teaching process. The results obtained from this community service activity were an increase in teacher knowledge and students' abilities in micro reading skills to solve problems reading English texts, especially vocabulary topics, sentence comprehension, cohesive devices, themes, and patterns of thematic development. Teachers' and students' enthusiasm to participate in text-based micro-reading skills assistance made reading comprehension better and more communicative.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to increase the ability to manage waqf land assets so that the community has additional income from biofloc-based catfish farming. The method of implementing this service used training and mentoring. The target partner for this service was Brongkol Hamlet, Argodadi Village, Bantul Regency, DIY. The instrument for evaluating community service activities used a questionnaire and was analyzed descriptively. The service results showed that training in the development of waqf land assets through biofloc-based catfish cultivation proved to increase the ability of the community to obtain additional income. This community service activity concludes that waqf land assets can be managed productively, one of which is through catfish farming.]]>

<![CDATA[This service activity aims to increase teacher competence and creativity regarding digital classroom management innovations using Moodle-based LMS. This community service was conducted through training, guidance, and evaluation activities with methods in the form of presentations, demonstrations, practices, and discussions. This service partner was SMAN 11 Muaro Jambi. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire which was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of this service showed that creating a digital learning media platform in the form of a Moodle-based LMS and the average user response through the distribution of questionnaires led that training activities being considered very good and helpful for increasing teacher competence and creativity.]]>
