<![CDATA[The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of members of the Indonesian Association of Accountants regarding the use of Smart PLS software for accounting research, particularly in data processing techniques based on Structural Equation Modeling. The method of implementing this service uses training consisting of lectures and practices through zoom meeting media. The number of participants who took part in this activity were 78 (seventy-eight) participants. This service evaluation instrument uses a questionnaire via Google form. The analysis technique used was a comparison of the participants' understanding before and after attending the Smart PLS training which was analyzed descriptively. The results of this service show that there is an increase in the knowledge and abilities of the participants namely (1) the majority of participants understand how to prepare data in excel CSV and how to input data in Smart PLS. (2), the majority of participants understand how to perform validity and reliability tests with Smart PLS. (3), the majority of participants understand how to test hypotheses in the intervening research model. (4), the majority of participants understand how to test the research hypothesis on the moderating model. The skills acquired by the participants can be implemented to improve the quality and quantity of research conducted in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[This service program aims to increase the knowledge and capacity of BUMNag Duo Baleh Suku managers regarding business management competence and financial governance of village-owned enterprises. The method used in implementing this community partnership service is Participatory Learning Action (PLA). While the activity implementation technique is offline, with several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the monitoring and evaluation stage. The instrument for evaluating this activity is through questionnaires and interviews which are analyzed descriptively. The results of this dedication show that there is an increase in the capacity of BUMNag Duo Suku managers in business management and financial governance. In making decisions, management is able to read market orientation while still minimizing production costs without reducing quality. For financial governance along with the preparation of financial reports (cash flow statements, profit and loss statements and company balance sheets) made by the treasurer already follow the SAK financial accounting standards and are made using Microsoft Excel.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service aims to provide adequate understanding and skills for Social Science (IPS) teachers in junior high schools (SMP) in the city of Kediri related to the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum (CMB) and the output of this activity is in the form of Differentiated Teaching Modules for IPS subjects in SMP. The community service method is in the form of a workshop including test activities (pre-test and post-test, CMB literacy tutorials and assignments (performance). The data analysis technique uses a paired sample test with the help of the SPSS V.23 application. The community service results show that 1) this service activity is effective because it has been able to improve the pedagogical competence of IPS teachers of SMP in the City of Kediri, 2) there are significant differences in the pedagogical competence of IPS teachers of SMP in the City of Kediri between before and after participating in the community service activities of CMB implementation workshops, and 3) resulted differentiated teaching modules of IPS subjects in SMP.]]>

<![CDATA[This service aims to increase literacy and Islamic financial management by using the money lover app for housewives in the village of Galesong Baru, Takalar Regency. The method used in this Service was Community Development Practice with three requirements that must be met: community-based, local resource-based, and sustainable. At the same time, the training process began with 1) Conducting outreach to educate financial literacy housewives, 2) Preparing a routine/non-routine income and expenditure budget plan, 3) Making a list of income and expenses in the Money Lover App, 4) At the evaluation stage it was carried out by looking at the ability of PKK mothers to fill in the Money Lover App application divided with the total number of PKK mothers involved in the activity. The results of this community service activity showed that PKK Kec. Galesong already knew financial literacy and could use the Money Lover app to record the amount of household income and expenditures earned. So, if there are non-value-added expenditures (which are consumptive), they can be reduced and maximize existing finances to meet primary and secondary needs. It can plan savings for the future.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this community service is to increase teachers' understanding and skills in designing creative and innovative learning content using the Moodle application. The method used in this service is training with a classical and individual approach. The service partners are 15 (fifteen) teachers of Budhi Darma Dumai SMKS. The instrument for evaluating this activity uses a questionnaire and is analyzed with an interval assessment. The results of this service show that 85% of teachers are able to design learning with creative and innovative content. Training on designing creative and innovative learning content through the Moodle application is proven to have increased teacher knowledge and skill development in utilizing technology in learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to increase public knowledge, especially among women who live around the gold mine in Lebong Regency, about the harmful effects of mercury on health because women who live around gold mines will have a double risk of being exposed to mercury both from mines and from using unsafe cosmetics. The method of implementing this community service activity used the educational method with several stages, including location surveys, coordination with participants, the stage of educational activities, and the evaluation stage by filling out a questionnaire. The partners for this community service activity were women (mothers) who live around the gold mine in Lebong Regency. The results of this community service activity showed that almost all participants still lack information regarding the effects of mercury on health; many did not know that mercury can cause abnormalities in pregnant women which impact the fetus and baby, as well as the impact of damage to the nerves, brain, and other vital organs of the body other. The existence of this service activity could add insight and knowledge to participants. The evaluation results showed that the participants were satisfied with implementing this activity and expect other educational activities to add new insights and knowledge due to limited information.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to improve the quality of Peyek Bunder by introducing a spinner in the production process of small micro enterprises (SMEs) partnered with "Peyek Bunder". The method of implementing this community service includes socialization, introduction, and mentoring. Â The evaluation instrument of this activity uses the before and after comparison method and the evaluation is analyzed descriptively. The results of service activities in partner SMEs show that the quality of Peyek Bunder has increased. The oil content in Peyek Bunder has decreased, which can be seen from the condition at the bottom of the packaging that there is no oil seepage. This condition is due to a better draining process as it uses appropriate technology, namely the spinner. The draining process with a spinner takes about twenty minutes minutes for a capacity of 2 kilograms of Peyek Bunder. The results obtained are crisper and the durability is one month longer than without using a spinner.]]>

The method used in this service is a training method which includes socialization activities, practices, and assistance in using the E-Faktur Simulation Application 3.0 (Alifa 3.0). The evaluation instrument used in this activity is using a questionnaire and is analyzed descriptively. The results of this community service have an impact on increasing the knowledge and skills of participants in the field of taxation, especially related to Value-Added Tax (PPN) and E-Faktur.]]>

<![CDATA[This service aims to contribute as a marketing strategy and increase visitors to the caribakatmu.com website, which was managed by PT Ahad Edutama Inovasi with the technology acceptance model (TAM) approach. This service method was Participatory Action Research (PAR), where the service team assisted partners in research to solve problems. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 website user respondents in which the questions were based on the approach used. Path analysis was used in this activity with the SEM-PLS program to comprehensively determine the direct and indirect effects of exogenous variables on endogenous ones. This service analysis showed that Caribakatmu.com was following the technology acceptance model. The variables perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness significantly affect attitude towards using and behavioral intention. However, with the addition of age and gender control variables, there are several suggestions for Caribakatmu.com, including 1) the Development of services for the student level up to the company level; 2) Expanding personality testing by providing visual tests, memory games and creativity so that talent mapping is comprehensive; 3) Adding the share feature so that users can promote this website.]]>

<![CDATA[This service activity aims to foster knowledge, attitudes and skills of high school students regarding waste management and its application to organic vegetable cultivation. The community service is carried out through training which consists of the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The target partners for this service are SMAN 2 Kota Batu students with a total of 359 students. The evaluation instrument used a questionnaire and was then analyzed descriptively. The results of the service show that this activity has succeeded in growing students' knowledge and skills in processing organic waste into compost and planting organic vegetables from the compost produced. The results of the activity evaluation show that students have been able to carry out waste processing and planting organic vegetables properly and correctly according to the takakura method. The indicator of the success of this service is the increasing of students' skills in processing organic waste and planting organic vegetables. This has been proven by the success of students in processing organic waste at home and the many plants that have been successfully developed from the results of processing organic waste.]]>
