The type of research used uses quantitative research. The population of CV Yusima Teknik employees was 37 people in this study. By using sampling techniques using saturated samples, so that the number of samples taken was 37 people. Data analysis in this study using Partial Least Square (PLS version 4.0). The results obtained are workload and burnout significantly positively affect the intention to move at CV Yusima Teknik, but work resilience can weaken this negative impact. And resilience has a significant negative effect on moving intention. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of employee competence and good corporate governance (GCG) on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, focusing on Bank BJB Bandung. Its uniqueness lies in its specific emphasis on the banking sector, particularly regional banks in Indonesia, which are underexplored in prior research. While many studies examine the general relationship between corporate governance, competence, and performance, this research integrates job satisfaction as a mediator in this unique context. The study employs a quantitative approach, with a population consisting of Bank BJB Bandung employees. Using purposive sampling, 80 respondents were selected, and data were collected through questionnaires designed on a Likert scale. The analysis utilizes PLS-SEM with SMARTPLS 3.2 software, offering a robust framework for testing mediating effects. PLS-SEM comprises two components: The Inner model, which examines relationships between latent variables, and the Outer model, which assesses validity and reliability. The findings reveal that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between employee competence and GCG on employee performance. This study contributes theoretically by emphasizing mediation within the context of regional banking and offers methodological innovation through the application of PLS-SEM for analyzing mediating variables.

Abstract

One of the main challenges for SMEs players is the application of information technology to increase product innovation and competitiveness This study aims to examine a research model that is expected to provide insights into the impact of information technology on product innovation and its influence on product competitiveness. Data were collected from 100 respondents involved in SMEs through a distributed questionnaire. This research conducted three tests on the hypotheses based on indicator variables using SEM-PLS (Partial Least Squares) analysis with SmartPLS software. These tests include the outer model, the inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing show a significant positive direct impact of information technology on both product competitiveness and product innovation. Additionally, there is a significant positive direct impact of product innovation on product competitiveness.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of Intellectual Capital, Financial Risk, and Enterprise Risk Management on Firm Value in the food and beverage industry. The sample consists of 9 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period, with 45 data points collected using purposive sampling. Secondary data was sourced from financial information available on www.idx.co.id. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied. The study's findings reveal that only Financial Risk has a significant positive effect on Firm Value, while Intellectual Capital and Enterprise Risk Management do not show a significant impact. These results contradict previous research. Based on these findings, it is recommended that companies focus on optimizing financial risk management, particularly in leveraging debt for operations, while still considering the importance of Intellectual Capital and Enterprise Risk Management. These factors may provide long-term benefits for the company despite their current lack of a direct impact on Firm Value.

Abstract

Effective internal control is crucial for optimizing the logistics process and mitigating potential financial and operational losses associated with various risks, including inventory discrepancies, delayed deliveries, and lost goods. This study examines internal control's role in minimizing logistics risks and costs within the retail sector. This research uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive method, and the findings reveal that internal control is vital for the retail industry, particularly in decreasing operational risks and managing high logistics costs. By implementing standardized procedures, companies can enhance the efficiency of inventory management, distribution, and storage, thereby reducing the likelihood of loss or inaccuracies in stock data. Furthermore, the segregation of duties safeguards against fraud and improves overall accuracy. Internal control also fosters cost-efficiency by optimizing inventory management, employing technology for real-time monitoring of shipments and distribution, and better overseeing transportation budgets. Additionally, it ensures adherence to relevant regulations and legal standards, promotes transparency and accountability within the logistics process, and bolsters the organization's integrity. Thus, internal control significantly contributes to effective risk management, cost efficiency, and the sustainability of businesses in the retail sector.
