Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study were 42 people with a sample of 38 people using simple random sampling technique. The data required are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the hypothesis of the f test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression test Y = 0.365 + 0.557X1 + 0.421X2 show that there is a positive influence between organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance. The results of the hypothesis test Fcount value (112.338) > Ftable (3.27), with a sig level. F 0.000 <0.05 indicates that there is a significant influence between organizational commitment and work environment simultaneously affecting employee performance. The results of the hypothesis test tcount for organizational commitment of 4.610> t table 2.030 with a sig. t level of 0.000 < 0.05 and the tcount for the work environment of 3.163> t table 2.030 with a sig. t level of 0.003 < 0.05 indicate that there is an influence between organizational commitment and work environment partially affect employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that organizational commitment and work environment contribute 85.8% to changes in employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Satrindo Jaya Agropalma Kab. Musi Rawas either simultaneously or partially. The type of research used is associative. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and documentation. Population in research at PT. Satrindo Jaya Agropalma Kab. Musi Rawas has 102 employees, and the sample number is 51 employees. The analysis of data used in this study is qualitative quantitative. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, f Test, t test and coefficient of determination with a significant level of 10%. The results showed that there is a significant influence of workload and work environment on Employee Job Satisfaction. Partially shows there is a significant influence of workload or work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Satrindo Jaya Agropalma Kab. Musi Rawas. The result of the coefficient of determination adjusted R square is 0.529, this means that the workload and work environment are able to contribute to Employee Job Satisfaction by 52.9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Divre III Palembang secara parsial dan bersama-sama. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 54 menggunakan rumus slofin pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengujian instrumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhdap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of volunteers in organizing the MICE study in the Sriwijaya Expo case. In organizing events, it is often known that non-professional staff are used whose expertise is not yet available. The approach used is qualitative with triangulation of source, technical and time data processing techniques. There were two sources, namely the deputy director of PT Garindo Media Tama and Sriwijaya Expo 2022 volunteers. The results of this approach found that during the establishment process there was no discipline and low initiative. However, even though there is a shortage, the organizers feel helped by the presence of volunteers and will continue to use volunteers in future activities.

Abstract

This writing aims to produce a business development strategy and expand the market reach of this Salsa Bakery business. Salsa Bakery, a company engaged in the Bakery industry must conduct a thorough evaluation of internal and external factors that affect its business performance. The study used SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats at Salsa Bakery. The result of the analysis show that Salsa Bakery has strength in terms of high product quality, loyalty to customers and guaranteed cheap product prices. However, disadvantages include not having your own store to product on, limited production capacity and lack of human resources to promote products. Opportunities that can be utilized include the ability to create new variants or flavor that can attract more customer as well as the potential for expansion into the online market. While on other hand, the threats faced include fierce competition in the home Bakery product industry and fluctuations in raw material prices. Based on SWOT analysis, Salsa Bakery is proposed to leverage the power to increase production through investment in technology and expansion of production facilities, increasing operational efficiency and expanding distribution networks, exploring opportunities by developing innovative new variants or flavors and strengthening its presence in the online market, confronting threats with product diversification strategies and opening its own stores in strategic locations.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Baturaja. The data collection technique in this research was through distributing questionnaires to a population of 40 people. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the partial analysis, there was an influence of the Organizational Commitment variable on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Baturaja with a value of tcount 2.097>ttable 2.026, there was an influence of the variable Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Baturaja with a value of tcount 7.738>ttable 2.026, it was simultaneously found that there was an influence of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Baturaja with Fcount value of 31,290>Ftable 3.25. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained was 0.628, this showed the contribution of the influence of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Baturaja amounted to 62.8% while the remaining 37.2% was influenced by other variables not mentioned in this research such as personality, employee morale and motivation.

Abstract

Reputasi bank dan kemudahan proses kredit merupakan faktor krusial dalam keputusan kredit konsumen. Jika perusahaan tidak memperhatikan reputasi dan kemudahan pencairan kredit, maka tujuan yang ditetapkan tidak akan tercapai. Semakin baik reputasi bank dan semakin sederhana proses kredit, semakin besar pengaruhnya terhadap pilihan kredit konsumen. Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana citra bank dan proses kredit memengaruhi pemilihan kredit di PT. BPR Sumsel Palembang. Penelitian melibatkan 92 responden yang telah menggunakan layanan kredit di PT. BPR Sumsel Palembang, dengan metode sampling non-probabilitas memakai metode purposive sampling digunakan. Analisis teknik yang diterapkan nencangkup uji instrument, uji f, uji t. Hasil menunjukkan citra bank dan prosedur kredit memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan nasabah mengambil kredit di PT. BPR Sumsel Palembang. Terlihat dari hasil f hitung yang mencapai 44,538, lebih besar dari 2,71 serta nilai sig sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Dapoer Ethak is a culinary business that sells various pempek and cakes, located in Kayu Agung District,South Sumatra. The purpose of this research is to (1) analyze the application of production, marketing,human resources and financial aspects as development strategies at Dapoer Ethak (2) analyze how to applythe Business Model Canvas method to Dapoer Ethak's business. This research is descriptive in nature byapplying a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation anddocumentation methods at the Dapoer Ethak business. Based on the research results, it can be seen that incarrying out its business activities, Dapoer Ethak has implemented aspects of production, marketing, financeand human resources well and fulfilled the 9 elements of the Business Model Canvas. However, itsimplementation is still not carried out optimally and requires improvements to all aspects ofentrepreneurship and elements of BMC to increase its business competitiveness, such as collaborating withsuppliers of raw materials and packaging, improving financial reports, improving the marketing system,actively participating in food & beverage events, employee training, added a diverse drink menu, providinga place to eat in the shop, and upgrading cashier equipment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana minat konsumen dapat dipengaruhi oleh religiusitas. untuk mengetahui sejauh mana minat nasabah dalam mengajukan pembiayaan KPR di BSI Griya Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Palembang Sukodadi dapat dipengaruhi oleh keyakinan agamanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan populasi sebanyak 163 orang dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 115 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel insidental menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Pendekatannya menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS v25. Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Palembang Sukodadi mengisi kuesioner menggunakan Google form yang digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data penelitian. Validitas dan reliabilitas skala Linkert diperiksa sebagai alat evaluasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat nasabah mengajukan pembiayaan KPR di BSI Griya Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Palembang Sukodadi dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh religiusitas. Hasil uji t terhadap minat nasabah menunjukkan bahwa variabel religiusitas mempunyai pengaruh positif dan agak signifikan dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ticketing management yang diukur dengan menggunakan teori fungsi manajemen POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling) terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di event festival Palembang matsuri 2023. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode pengambilan data berupa kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pengunjung festival Palembang matsuri 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung yang membeli tiket secara langsung di venue. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionated stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 88 orang. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengaruh ticketing management terhadap kepuasan pengunjung sebesar 41,1 %. (2) Pada variabel planning secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara positif atau signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung (3) Pada variabel organizing secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. (4) Pada variabel actuating secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara positif atau signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. (5) Pada variabel controlling secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung.
