Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the values of the Pancasila Student Profile in Indonesian language learning and to identify the obstacles encountered in its implementation at SMA Negeri 1 Praya. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and document studies. Data sources in this study include tenth-grade Indonesian language teachers, learning activities in the classroom, and learning documents such as teaching modules. The results of the study show that the implementation of the values of the Pancasila Student Profile in Indonesian language learning has been carried out well. This implementation is seen in learning activities from the preliminary activities, main activities, to closing activities. The six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile have been implemented through various learning activities such as group discussions, presentations, reflections, as well as individual and group assignments. However, in practice, there are still several obstacles, namely the lack of learning interest among some students, the low responsibility of some students in completing assignments, and not all students actively participating in group work activities.

Abstract

Wonogiri Regency recorded 992 landslide incidents from 2021 to 2025, but the availability of verified local-scale hazard maps is still limited. This study aims to analyze the differences in the area of hazard classes, the spatial suitability of high hazard classes, and the consistency level of both maps against sample points between the landslide hazard map based on the Weighted Overlay modeling and the BNPB InaRISK map in Wonogiri Regency. The Weighted Overlay method is constructed using four physical parameters, namely slope, rainfall, land use, and soil type, which are processed using ArcGIS Pro with the same resolution and scale. Spatial suitability is calculated based on the overlay of high hazard classes, while consistency with sample points is measured using Percentage Agreement at 50 sample points evenly distributed across 25 sub-districts. The results show that the Weighted Overlay map is dominated by the medium hazard class (176,658.12 ha) with full coverage and no NoData areas, whereas the BNPB InaRISK map is dominated by the high hazard class (46,306.08 ha) with several unclassified areas. The agreement of high hazard classes between the two maps only reaches 8.65%, with the highest agreement in Jatiroto District (21.45%) and the lowest in Wuryantoro (0.55%). The consistency level of both maps against sample points is 50%. The low spatial agreement indicates that the national-scale InaRISK BNPB map cannot be directly used as a reference for disaster mitigation at the district level without local adjustments.

Abstract

One method to further enhance oil production is through tertiary recovery, also known as Enhanced oil recovery (EOR). The EOR method can increase production from wells by up to 75% recovery. One of the EOR technologies that has been applied for more than 50 years in the petroleum industry is polymer injection, which has proven effective in improving oil recovery. The objective of this study is to obtain an efficient polymer with good compatibility and viscosity. This research analyzes the compatibility and viscosity characteristics of Xanthan Gum (XG) polymer solutions and a mixture of Xanthan Gum with Cyclea  barbata Miers (CHXG) in formation water with a salinity of 11,000 mg/L. Compatibility tests were conducted at concentrations of 1,000, 2,000, and 3,000 mg/L to determine the solubility of the polymer in formation water. The results show that both types of polymers have good compatibility, indicated by the absence of precipitation and the formation of clear and homogeneous solutions. Viscosity tests were carried out at room temperature and at elevated temperature (70°C) to evaluate the effect of temperature on the rheological properties of the solutions. The XG polymer exhibited a decrease in viscosity at 70°C, with the highest reduction of 24.3% at a concentration of 3,000 mg/L. In contrast, the CHXG polymer showed a significant increase in viscosity at high temperature, with the highest increase reaching 53.49% at the same concentration. These results indicate that the addition of Cyclea  barbata Miers can enhance the thermal stability and viscosity performance of the polymer under reservoir conditions at 70°C, whereas the use of Xanthan Gum alone results in a decrease in viscosity at the same temperature.

Abstract

A daisiac rock with the presence of abundant corderite and garnet that is considered quite unusual and named ambonite after its island name (Verbeek, 1905 in Pownall, 2013). Dacite rocks are scattered on Ambon Island and its surroundings. The Research Area is located in Hila Village, Central Maluku Regency located on Ambon Island. This study aims to determine the characteristics of petrogenesis of dasite rocks and their tectonic order. The methods used are studio analysis, geomorphological analysis, and geological structure analysis and laboratory analysis methods in the form of petrographic analysis, and XRF (X-Ray Fluoresence) analysis. Dacite rocks have porphyritic, intersetal, poikilitic, and reaction rim mineral textures. It also has a plagioclate microtexture in the form of coarse sieve, oscillatory zoning, rounded zone corners and glomerocrysts. Geochemically, this rock has an affinity  for alkaline calc  magma because it has a moderate K2O content and a fairly high SiO2 content. Ambonite rocks undergo magma differentiation in the form of fractional crystallization as seen from the harker diagram of the main oxide element. Based on its magma affinity of calc alkaline and its TiO2 content of less than 1%, it is indicated that ambonite rocks were formed in the archipelago. This order is assumed to have formed as a result of convergent interactions during the late Miocene.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 15 Mataram through the use of a dakon length-unit learning medium combined with the Make a Match learning model. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles involving 34 students. Data were collected through learning outcome tests administered in the Pretest phase, Cycle I, and Cycle II, and were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively based on the class average, classical completeness, and N-Gain scores. The findings showed a consistent improvement in students’ achievement from the initial condition to Cycle II. In the Pretest stage, the class average was 65.6 with a classical completeness rate of 35.29%. After the implementation of the action in Cycle I, the average increased to 73.0 with a classical completeness rate of 67.65%, although this had not yet met the success indicator. After reflective improvement in Cycle II, the average score rose significantly to 83.0 and classical completeness reached 91.18%, exceeding the minimum mastery criterion (MMC) of 75. The N-Gain score also increased from 0.21 in Cycle I to 0.51 in Cycle II, indicating a moderate and meaningful improvement in learning outcomes. These results suggest that the use of the dakon length-unit medium integrated with the Make a Match learning model can create a more active, enjoyable, and contextual learning environment, thereby helping students better understand length unit conversion concepts. Therefore, this approach proved effective in significantly improving the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze research trends in STEAM research in science education from 2016 to 2025 by combining bibliometric analysis and a systematic literature review (SLR). Bibliometric data were retrieved from the Dimensions database using the keyword STEAM Research in Science Education. The initial search in the full data field yielded 281,366 documents; however, after restricting the search to the title and abstract fields, 1,412 publications were obtained and analyzed using VOSviewer. In addition, an SLR was conducted on 30 articles published in reputable Scopus-indexed journals. The findings reveal a significant increase in STEAM-related publications in science education, particularly after 2022, when the annual number of publications rose sharply from 127 in 2022 to 402 in 2025. This trend indicates growing academic interest in integrative, creative, and contextual learning approaches. Keyword analysis shows the dominance of general terms such as student, education, learning, system, and science, while the network visualization demonstrates strong linkages between pedagogical and applied clusters. However, the density and overlay visualizations indicate that the integration of STEAM with culture, indigenous knowledge, and ethnoscience remains peripheral. The SLR findings further show that STEAM research in science education has mainly focused on twenty-first-century skills, scientific literacy, creativity, and teacher implementation support, but remain fragmented across contexts, educational levels, and outcome variables. Therefore, this study confirms that although STEAM has developed rapidly in science education, further research is still needed to systematically integrate publication trends, thematic structures, methodological approaches, and cultural or local dimensions to strengthen future directions of STEAM research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of participatory learning models in equality education at PKBM Melati, Enrekang Regency. The study focuses on the learning process, the roles of tutors and learners, and the factors influencing its implementation. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that participatory learning has been partially implemented, particularly in the learning process through discussions, experience sharing, and contextual problem-solving activities. However, learner involvement in planning and evaluation stages remains limited, indicating that the participatory cycle has not been fully applied. Tutors have begun to act as facilitators, although their role is still partially dominant. Learners show increased engagement, but participation levels vary due to differences in confidence and learning readiness. Supporting factors include learner motivation, positive social interaction, and flexible learning environments, while inhibiting factors involve limited tutor competence, time constraints, and inadequate learning facilities. The study concludes that participatory learning has the potential to enhance engagement and empowerment, but requires more comprehensive implementation and institutional support to achieve optimal outcomes in nonformal education.

Abstract

This study focuses on improving the low motivation of fifth-grade students in science learning at SDN 46 Cakranegara through the use of innovative learning models and media. This problem is caused by learning activities that only rely on textbooks and note-taking without utilizing more interesting learning media with the material presented. This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model of the teams games tournament (TGT) type assisted by wordwall media on the motivation of fifth-grade students in science learning at SDN 46 Cakranegara. This type of research is quantitative research with a Quasi-Experimental design of the Nonequivalent Control Group Design type. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The population consists of 20 people in the experimental class and 20 in the control class. The data analysis technique uses the t-test, but previously a prerequisite test in the form of a normality test was carried out, obtained normally distributed data with a significance value of > 0.05. The results of the Pretest  and Posttest  homogeneity tests obtained sig. of 0.531 and 0.714 which means > 0.05 then the data is declared homogeneous. The results of the hypothesis test were obtained through the independent sample t-test getting sig. (2-tailed) 0.004 < 0.05 and the calculated t value ≥ t table is 3.036 ≥ 2.024, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Furthermore, the N-Gain test obtained a gain of 0.4919 which indicates a moderate level of influence. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the teams games tournament learning model assisted by wordwall media on the motivation to learn science in class V at SDN 46 Cakranegara with a large influence of 0.4919 which is included in the moderate category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions of elementary school teachers toward the implementation of deep learning at Cluster 1 Labuapi and to examine the relationships among these variables. This research employed a quantitative correlational design with 67 teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a validated knowledge test and Likert-scale questionnaires, with reliability confirmed by Cronbach’s Alpha. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results show that teachers have a high level of readiness, with average scores of 83.75% (knowledge), 75.68% (attitude), and 76.48% (perception). However, the relationships among these variables are positive but very weak and statistically insignificant, with R² values below 0.05, indicating that high knowledge does not necessarily strengthen attitudes and perceptions. This finding is influenced by the gap between conceptual understanding and practical implementation. Teachers’ attitudes and perceptions are more affected by external factors, such as limited practical experience, instructional constraints, and insufficient institutional support. As a result, knowledge remains at the cognitive level and is not fully reflected in attitudes and perceptions. Therefore, improving deep learning implementation requires not only enhancing teachers’ knowledge but also strengthening practical experience and institutional support.
