Abstract

The human resources which have reliable and productive have an important role for organizations or companies, especially in the era of 4.0 and digitalization in the business world, especially in employee engagement, where employees are the spearhead of the company. This study aims to see how Employee Engagement in the Kendang Jimbe Blitar Industry. This study use a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the research from the human resource side show that CV Cherry Blossom Indonesia is very qualified because of the many employees who work all are experts (professionals), but this is a weak point for similar SMEs, especially the Kendang Jimbe Industry because after all these experts will very prone to come out if there is something that might not make them comfortable being there. 2. In terms of Employee Engagement a) Vigor : the policy which have done by the management (Mrs. Anik Sriati) to rest their employees during the day is an aspiration from the employee's proposal, of course this has been recieved so that during effective hours they can carry out activities optimally. 2) Dedication is a strong relationship between workers and what they do. CV Cherry Blossom Indonesia with 40 employees has a strong dedication to their work, this happens because indeed Kendang Jimbe Craft is a series of activities that can be carried out by experts, so that the Kendang Jimbe Industry employees there are very dedicated. 3) Absoption: work activities in the Kendang Jimbe Industry often exceed the time limit determined by the management. Sometimes workers can stay up at night while doing their work, this is certainly a note for management because after all, all work must be assessed properly.

Abstract

The complexity of the duties of nurses providing medical and non-medical services to patients in hospitals make the nurse must work spontaneously and voluntarily and ready to help the interests of the hospital even work beyond formal standards, this behavior is called organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study aimed to analyze the direct and indirect effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through the Variable of nurse loyalty. The research population was all medical employees, especially nurses, totaling 75 people and all population units were used as research respondents. Research Variable were measured using a Likert scale with five categories and were collected using a questionnaire distribution. After the data were collected and analyzed with PLS version 21 analysis. From the results of the study it was found that the direct influence of transformational leadership on nurse OCB behavior was lower than the indirect effect, namely the Variable of nurse loyalty. It can be concluded that the RSIA EB must consider the effect of transformational leadership on increasing nurse loyalty, so that the effect on nurse OCB behavior is higher.

Abstract

A baby's condition during sleep is a condition that requires intense attention directly from the parents. The quality and quantity of baby sleep are very much affected by the conditions and setting of the environment where the baby sleeps, including the baby's space for movement, room temperature, light intensity, sound/noise, and humidity of the room. Keeping the quality of the baby's sleep is very important both for the baby and for parents. The Design and Development of a Baby Sleep Monitoring System Based on the Internet of Things (IoT) aim to help parents monitor their baby while sleeping and optimize the quality of baby's sleep by monitoring the conditions of the baby's bedroom environment without being present in person. Parents can monitor their baby's condition while sleeping by getting alerts to their smartphone if the conditions exceed the threshold of the ideal limits received from the IoT sensors, like sound sensor, movement sensor, temperature, and humidity sensor. Therefore parents can feel serenely in doing their daily activities, and the baby still gets theappropriate sleep needs.

Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is the result of the interaction between the dengue virus, humans and environmental factors. Dengue fever can be spread through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Knowledge related to larval habitat is very important to limit the spread of Dengue virus by reducing the population level of Ae. aegypti. This study aims to determine the potential for dengue virus transmission based on the Entomological Index and Maya Index. The study was conducted in 2 villages in Ternate City for 1 month. To calculate the entomological index value, it is done by observing the characteristics of the habitat, namely by observing the container that is the habitat of Ae. aegypti. The calculated parameters are Container Index (CI), Breteau Index (BI), House Index (HI), Density Figure (DF), and calculate the BRI and HRI values to determine the virtual index. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the entomological index value of Kalumata and North Mangga Dua villages is CI 20.71%, HI 84.0% and BI 361%, with the average DF being in the high category (DF = 7 and 9). The virtual nidex value is in the medium category, namely MI = 55%, with a large BRI value = 56% (high category) and HRI = 45.5% (medium category), meaning that Kalumata and North Mangga Dua villages have the potential for virus transmission to occur Dengue.

Abstract

Supply chain agility is a supply chain capability derived from the intelligence, mindset, and integrative processes of all supply chain members to respond quickly to uncertainties and changes in the business environment in a reactive, proactive and predictive manner in meeting customer needs and demands. However, not all business people can perform system integration due to limited resources. In this case, the features presented by e-commerce can bridge business actors to achieve customer-centered supply chain agility competencies. This study aims to determine the effect of supply chain agility on the creation of customer trust which is supported by the use of e-tracing in the e-commerce industry. This approach uses multivariate analysis using SEM-PLS to determine the effect of each variable. Respondents were obtained by purposive random sampling technique and the survey was conducted online via Google Form aimed at the final 251 customers. The results show that supply chain agility has a positive and significant impact on customer trust. However, in this case, e-tracing has not been proven to strengthen or weaken the influence of supply chain agility on customer trust.

Abstract

In practice, the industrial world that looks the same as the service industry requires the players to do a lot of quality improvement in order to compete. Its development is so rapid that many business actors use special tricks to run their business. Likewise with business actors from motorcycle service and service workshops, namely AHASS SPS Motor Palembang. The supply of spare parts that must always be there when customers need them is the main attraction for every workshop. But in reality, there is no special inventory management technique that can help partman to order spare parts in the following month. Therefore, this study will create a web-based spare part inventory information system that can control the amount of spare part stock and help predict the need for spare parts every month with the forecasting technique used, namely the Weighted Moving Average method. The results given from this system are suggestions of spare part stock forecast results with a user-friendly web-based display so that it can improve partman performance, maintain credibility and optimize workshop cashflow
