This study discusses the interest rate perceptionand credit procedures on car buying decisions mediated by purchase interest variables. The results of the research on the first hypothesis are the influence of perceptions of interest rates on purchase interest with a value of t-count 5.831> t-table 1.99 (p 0.000 <0.05). The second hypothesis in this study is that there is an effect of credit procedures on purchase interest (2.709> 1.99); (p 0.007 <0.05). The third hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence of interest on car buying decisions (2,687>1.99); (p 0.007 < 0.05). The fourth hypothesis in this study is that there is an effect of interest rate perceptionon car buying decisions (3,524>1,99); (p 0.000 < 0.05). The fifth hypothesis in this study is that there is an effect of credit procedures on car buying decisions (2,475> 1.99); (p 0.001 < 0.05). The sixth hypothesis is that the purchase interest variable cannot mediate the relationship between perceptions of interest rates on purchasing decisions (2.392 > 1.99). The seventh hypothesis is that the purchase intention variable cannot mediate the relationship between credit procedures and purchasing decisions (t 1.852 < 1.99).

Abstract

Clove flower (Eugenia aromatica L.) is a plant from the Myrtaceae family, the compounds contained in clove flowers are flavonoids, tannins, alkaloids, and saponins that can function as antibacterial. In addition, clove flowers also function as analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antiviral, antifungal, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiemetic, stimulant, and local anesthetic. The purpose of this study was to determine does clove flower extract (Eugenia aromatica L.) could be used as a hand sanitizer gel preparation. Clove flower simplicia powder was extracted with ethanol 96% by maceration. The extract obtained was then screened for phytochemicals, then formulated in the form of a hand sanitizer gel, by adding clove flower extract to each formula with different concentrations. The clove flower extract concentrations used were 5%, 10%, and 15%. After the hand sanitizer gel preparation was formed, the clove flower extract was then tested for the stability of the gel preparation. The clove flower extract obtained was 116.4 grams of thick extract. The results of phytochemical screening of clove flower extract showed the presence of secondary metabolites, namely flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins and tannins. Based on the evaluation of the hand sanitizer gel preparation, clove extract showed that it was physically stable during storage. Based on the acceptability or liking test conducted on 20 respondents using a questionnaire sheet, the results showed that the respondents really liked the aroma of formula F3.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of leadership style and career development on employee performance at CV Setia Kawan Medan. The data analysis method used in this study is a statistical analysis method using multiple linear regression equations. The research population is 45 employees who work in CV Setia Kawan. So the number of samples is the same as the population of 45 employees. Researchers tested the classical assumptions first before doing regression testing. The results showed that the calculated F value (8.907) was greater than the F table value (3.214), and sig.? (0.000a) was smaller than 5% alpha (0.05), so that leadership style and career development had a simultaneous effect. on employee performance at CV Setia Kawan Medan. Leadership style has an effect on employee performance at CV Setia Kawan Medan. Career development affects employee performance at CV Setia Kawan Medan. The influence of leadership style and career development on employee performance at CV Setia Kawan Medan is 80.2% while 19.8% is explained by other variables not included in this research model such as training, job stress and motivation.

Abstract

Precast concrete systems, which are the result of industrialization in the field of construction, are faced with the prejudice of insufficient earthquake resistance despite their many advantages and their use is limited in Turkey. These systems, which have proven earthquake resistance if they are designed properly, can be used safely in low-rise or multi-storey buildings with different functions in earthquake zones. The aim of this study is to determine the architectural design requirements of earthquake-resistant precast concrete structures and to reveal the structural system design approaches. In accordance with this aim, the earthquake effect on the structures was summarized and architectural design principles that would contribute to the earthquake resistance of precast concrete structures were determined firstly. Then, earthquake-resistant structural system design approaches of frame, panel, and cell construction were evaluated separately.

Abstract

This research discusses a new paradigm in Islamic macroeconomics, where conventional macroeconomic instruments, namely interest, have not been able to carry out or reduce the number of national crises that often occur in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a Literature review approach. The results of the research obtained, that Islamic macroeconomics have instruments that can flatten the economy, where the instrument in question is the instrument of the profit sharing system. In the profit-sharing system, there is no imbalance on the road, everything must be transparent and must work together, so that the results obtained are maximum. Likewise with losses, if losses are presented, it is not only borne by one party, but both parties must also bear. This is the so-called equality in the economy which is a new paradigm in the Macro-Islamic system.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of feed consumption, weight gain of cattle, and to calculate the population of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) and pathogenic bacteria Escherichia coli and Salmonella in cattle feces in order to determine the effect of giving probiotics on the digestive system of cattle. The research object used was 10 bali cattle with a weight of about 90-120 kg. The data in this study were analyzed by experimental design using analysis of variance to determine the effect of giving probiotics to cattle feed on cattle weight gain. The treatment in question includes G0 with treatment in the form of feeding with a composition of 60% forage, 15% palm cake, 25% cassava, and 100 ml molasses. Meanwhile, G1 was treated with the same feed as G0, but added with 100 ml of probiotic Probio_FM. Based on the results of the study, it is known that probiotics given to cattle feed showed no significant effect on the level of feed consumption and body weight of cattle where cattle with non-probiotic feed had a higher average consumption level than cattle on probiotic feed. Furthermore, this causeed the average weight gain of non-probiotic cattle to be higher than that of probiotic cattle. In addition, it was known that the population of Lactic Acid Bacteria in the feces of probiotic cattle showed a higher number of LAB colonies compared to non-probiotic cattle with numeric values of 3.6x108, 3.3x109, and 2.7x1010. This proved that giving probiotics to bali cattle with a concentration of 100 ml / 100 kg of feed was able to increase the concentration of lactic acid bacteria in the digestive system.
