Abstract

Peran guru dalam pendidikan dibuktikan melalui guru yang berkualitas dan kompeten sesuai bidang ilmunya di setiap jenjang pendidikan. Hasil UKG (Uji Kompetensi Guru) oleh kemendikbud dinilai masih kurang memenuhi kriteria, sehingga kompetensi guru masih memiliki kelemahan dan perlu dievaluasi secara mendalam mengenai kemampuan guru pada pembelajaran di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan CK, PK, dan PCK guru biologi dilihat dari penyusunan modul ajar kurikulum merdeka. Metode penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk pengambilan data. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lima sekolah menengah atas se-Kartasura. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru biologi kelas X di SMA se-Kartasura tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Objek penelitian meliputi kemampuan PCK guru biologi dalam menyusun modul ajar kurikulum merdeka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi dan wawancara, kemudian data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan teknik persentase. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa kemampuan CK guru biologi termasuk sangat baik (91,67%), pengetahuan pedagogi yang menunjang kelancaran proses pembelajaran termasuk baik (76,43%), dan kemampuan PCK guru termasuk sangat baik (81,67%). Dengan demikian simpulan yang dapat dikemukakan adalah bahwa kemampuan guru biologi SMA se-Kartasura dalam menyusun modul ajar termasuk sangat baik (81,67%), artinya guru telah mampu mengintegrasikan pedagogi sesuai dengan kontennya, namun kemampuan pengetahuan pedagogi masih perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kepemimpinan berbasis trilogy penidikan Kihajar Dewantara dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka saat ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Implementasi trilogi kepemimpinan Ki Hajar Dewantara di SD Negeri Gabugan I sudah berjalan sesuai dengan asas kepemimpinan Ki Hadjar Dewantara, yakni Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodo, Ing Madyo Mangun Karso dan Tut Wuri Handayani. Implementasi trilogi kepemimpinan tersebut tercermin dari kepala sekolah membuat visi misi sekolah dan guru dilakukan pembimbingan secara rutin yang diselenggarakan sebulan sekolah, serta kepala sekolah dan guru yang sudah melaksanakan serta memberikan contoh langsung kepada peserta didik. Secara tidak langsung siswa dapat melatih kepemimpinannya di dalam kelompoknya sendiri, siswa terlihat aktif di dalam kelompoknya, walaupun tidak semua aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran secara kelompok tersebut. Dengan demikian kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa dapat menerapkan asas kepemimpinan ini. Penelitian ini menyediakan sebuah perspektif tentang Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodo, Ing Madyo Mangun Karso dan Tut Wuri Handayani. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik deskriptif yaitu Semboyan “ing ngarsa sung tulada” Dalam perannya sebagai pemimpin dan pendidik, kepala sekolah dan guru menjadi tokoh, panutan, dan identifikasi bagi para peserta didik, dan lingkungannya. Semboyan “ing madya mangun karsa” memiliki arti ditengah membangkitkan kehendak, memberikan motivasi. Guru sebagai orang tua kedua bagi peserta didik harus dapat memberi motivasi dan kesempatan kepada peserta didik. Semboyan “tut wuri handayani”,sebagai seorang pendidik, dari belakang seorang kepala sekolah dan guru harus bisa memberikan dorongan dan arahan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peserta didik diberi kebebasan untuk mengembangkan segala potensi yang dimilikinya. Apabila dalam prosesnya peserta didik melakukan tindakan yang menyimpang, guru memiliki kewajiban untuk mengarahkan dan menasehati peserta didik tersebut agar tidak menyimpang dari norma-norma yang berlaku.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of utilizing the Rosetta stone application as a means to improve English speaking skills among second-grade junior high school students. The study employs a qualitative case study approach and data content analysis to delve deeply into the experiences and perceptions of the students regarding their English-speaking skill development through the application. Using a modified questionnaire and depth interviews, the researcher collected data through share the questionnaires to 34 students and interviews conducted with three participants. The results reveal that the majority of students express positive perceptions about the application's impact on English speaking abilities, citing improvements in confidence, vocabulary, accent, and overall learning experience. Overall, these findings underline the dynamic nature of language learning and the potential for continuous improvement in educational technology through targeted enhancements and further empirical exploration. These findings underscore the effectiveness of integrating technology like Rosetta Stone in language learning environments, offering diverse speaking practice opportunities, immersive learning experiences, and targeted feedback that contribute to overall language proficiency. The findings of this study could be useful for language learners who are seeking to improve their language skills as well as for educators and developers who are interested in creating effective language learning tools.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the students' perceptions and comprehension of English texts based on character education at a State Vocational. This research is descriptive using qualitative and quantitative on its approach. The research involved 40 students of class XI from the accounting/financial expertise program at SMKN 1 Tebing Tinggi and 40 students from class XI from the technical skills program at SMKN 2 Tebing Tinggi as the participants. Questionnaires and written tests were used as the instrument to collect the data. Based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaires taken in the two vocational schools, it is found that 55% of students gave positive perceptions of learning English texts based on character education, 64% agreed that character education-based English text learning materials were given in schools, 57% of students agree that learning character education will help develop attitudes. In addition, the results of the written test showed that 56% of the student were at an average level in terms of their level of understanding of character education-based English texts.

Abstract

Tenaga operator sekolah dasar begitu besar perannya dalam satuan pendidikan. Sinergi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang baik dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kinerja pada lingkungan satuan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kinerja terhadap kinerja operator sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 160 operator sekolah dasar pada lima kecamatan wilayah Administrasi Jakarta Timur I. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode proportional random sampling berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode survey. Untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis (analisis jalur). Temuan pada penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja tenaga operator sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tenaga operator sekolah dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebesar 18,53%. Kemudian kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tenaga operator sebesar 27,31%. Lalu terhadap pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 40,01%. Maka terdapat relevansi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan efektivitas kinerja operator sekolah dasar di wilayah Administrasi Jakarta Timur I, dengan efek gabungan keduanya memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam membentuk lingkungan kerja secara keseluruhan dan hasil.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the role of Islamic religious education teachers in improving the discipline of students praying in congregation at MIN 5 Boyolali. This research is a qualitative research. This research was conducted at MIN 5 Boyolali from October to December 2023. The subjects in this research were Islamic Religious Education Teachers, school principals, student affairs officers and students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 5 Boyolali. Data was obtained using participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model called interactive analysis. This analysis is divided into several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the role of Islamic religious education teachers is as educators, teachers, mentors, trainers and advisors in the discipline of students praying in congregation. Then the kultum after congregational prayers is carried out in a series of congregational noon prayers. And as a cult official, the madrasah brings in high school students around the school location as lecturers.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out in depth the role of PAI teachers in the era of globalization in developing student morals. This research uses a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at MI Modern Bani Adam Boyolali in December 2023 with the informants in this research being the school principal, PAI teachers, student affairs officers and students. The data in this research was obtained through observation, structured interviews and documentation as well as relevant literature results. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model called interactive analysis. This analysis is divided into several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that at MIN Bani Adam Boyolali PAI teachers act as educators, motivators and facilitators in developing students' morals in the era of globalization. Then the strategy used by PAI teachers is habituation and an example.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the extent of the strategy of implementing mutaba'ah in an effort to increase the memorization of students in madrasah al-Qur'an Da'wah and entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools in the Merapi Merbabu community. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were the students of MAQDA PM3 Windusajan, Wonolelo, Magelang, which is an educational unit under the auspices of the Merapi Community Islamic Boarding School Foundation. This research was carried out from October to December 2023. Meanwhile, the informants in this research were the Head of MAQDA, ustadz tahfidz and santri. The data in this research was obtained through observation, structured interviews and documentation as well as relevant literature results. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model called interactive analysis. This analysis is divided into several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the strategy used to memorize is the mutaba'ah sheet which is divided into two, namely the muroja'ah activity sheet and the ziyadah activity sheet. This mutaba'ah sheet is filled in by the students and then submitted to the musyrif tahfidz and controlled by the ustadz tahfidz as the coordinator of the tahfidz program at MAQDA PM3. Meanwhile, the supporting factors are the students' interest in talent and the students' motivators who come from the musyrif and the students' parents. The inhibiting factor is lack of discipline. Then, as a result of the mutaba'ah strategy, the average student is able to meet the normal criteria of 2.5 to 3 jars per semester and some students are able to exceed this normal achievement.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to apply the Ar Rasyid method to improve memorization of the Al-Qur'an at MI Muhammadiyah Miri, Nogosari. This research is a qualitativ research. The research subjects involved madrasa heads, tahfidz teachers, and students. The data collection techniques used in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model called interactive analysis. This analysis is divided into several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the application of the air rasyid method involves several stages: Determining memorization targets, conveying motivation, about the virtues of living close to the Al-Qur'an, conveying memorization material and practicing memorizing the Al-Qur'an. By implementing the Ar Rasyid method, students are able to improve their memorization. Every year, this madrasah can graduate its students from each juz they have completed. One of the advantages of applying the Ar rasyid method is that students are more motivated and develop a strong intention to read the Koran because of the provision of ice breaking. However, the application of this method still has many shortcomings, including the lack of books that discuss the Ar Rasyid method. The existing books are still in the original Arabic form, so there are still many Ustadz who don't understand the Ar rasyid method.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the practice of reciting Al-Qur'an in improving religious character at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Boyolali. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this research was the MIN 1 Boyolali class teacher. This research was conducted at MIN 1 Boyolali from October to December with research informants, namely, the school principal, PAI teachers, class teachers and students. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation as well as the results of relevant literature. Meanwhile, data analysis is divided into several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that at MIN 1 Boyolali the habit of tadarus is carried out every day before class starts and after the Duha prayer activities. The supporting factors are adequate learning facilities and teacher motivation. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for the tadarus habituation activities at MIN 1 Boyolali are that the ability to read the Al-Qur'an for some students is still not fluent, there are teachers who do not master there citation of the Al-Qur'an because their educational background is general, and the discipline of teachers and students is still lacking.
