Abstract

Various new coffee shops offer cheaper prices. This makes competition in the field of coffee shop business become increasingly tight, even though Starbucks is still very attractive to the public. This study aims to determine the effect of green marketing and brand image on customer loyalty at Starbucks in Medan. The form of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study was Starbucks consumers in Medan city, with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Primary Data was obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires via Google Forms. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that green marketing and brand image have a significant effect partially or simultaneously on customer loyalty. The correlation coefficient value of 0.668 indicates that there is a fairly close relationship between green marketing and brand image of customer loyalty.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the organizational resources as an important role in the successful implementation of organizational goals. Grand Medistra Lubuk Pakam Hospitalis a private hospital located in the Deli Serdang and was established on December 9, 2009. Based on preliminary research, it is known that Grand Medistra Hospital supports government programs and has served Universal Health Coverage patients as well as serving general and general patients. The researcher was aware of the conditions at Grand Medis-tra Lubuk Pakam Hospital by looking at the performance of employees, it is known that there were some employees who had high work loyalty and good performance but there were also employees whose performance was mediocre. In addition, employees at Grand Medistra Lubuk Pakam Hospital receive a fairly small compensation.

Abstract

Expedition Services is a service product that is a basic need for people who want to buy or send goods in different places, one of which is the marketplace. The high interest in the use of expedition services makes the expedition business compete fiercely and attract the attention of consumers and continue to innovate. This study aims to determine the influence of customer complaint behavior and brand image on repurchase intention in Medan City. The influence between customer complaint behavior and brand image will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on repurchase intention. The form of research used in this study is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out purposive sampling using 100 respondents as a sample.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand engagement on brand awareness and brand image partially. To determine the effect of brand engagement, brand awareness and brand image on brand equity partially. To determine the effect of brand engagement on brand equity through brand awareness and brand image at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Medan. The population in this study was 100 and all of them were sampled using the saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that brand engagement had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, brand engagement had a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand engagement had no effect on brand equity, brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on brand equity, brand image had a positive and significant effect on brand equity, there is no effect of brand engagement on brand awareness and its impact on brand equity and there is no effect of brand engagement on brand image and its impact on brand equity.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Transportation of North Sumatra with the aim of analyzing the effected of work family conflict on work stres and organizational commitment with organizational support as moderating variable. The population were employees in Dinas Perhubungan of North Sumatra, amounting to 178 people. The sample was taken randomly using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples was 123 respondents. The data source used primary data and data collection techniques, namely giving questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used data quality test, MRA test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results obtained, it was stated that partially work family conflict had significant effected on work stres to employees. Social support have significant effected on work stres to employees. Social support have not moderates the effect of work family conflict on work stres to employees. There is a moderated correlation between work family conflict to work stres employee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internet marketing on word of mouth, the effect of internet marketing on advertising effectiveness, the effect of word of mouth on brand awareness, the effect of advertising effectiveness on brand awareness, the influence of internet marketing on brand awareness, the influence of internet marketing on brand awareness through word of mouth. of mouth and the influence of internet marketing on brand awareness through advertising effectiveness. The total population in this study amounted to 110 people and all of them were sampled using a saturated sample. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results show that internet marketing has a significant effect on word of mouth, internet marketing has no effect on advertising effectiveness, internet marketing has no effect on brand awareness, word of mouth has no effect on brand awareness, advertising effectiveness has no effect on brand awareness, there is no significant influence on the internet. marketing on brand awareness through word of mouth and there is no significant influence of internet marketing on brand awareness through the effectiveness of advertising on social media Instagram Energen Indonesia

Abstract

This research is a quantitative associative research. The population in this study were MS.Glow users on Instagram social media. Primary data obtained by questionnaire (Google Form). The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The results showed that promotion had a significant effect on Attention, Promotion had a significant effect on Interest, Promotion had a significant effect on Search, Attention had a significant effect on Action, Interest had no significant effect on Action, Search had a significant effect on Action, Promotion had a significant effect on Action through Attention, Promotion has no significant effect on Action through Interest, Promotion has no significant effect on Search through Attention, Action has a significant effect on Share, Attention has a significant effect on Share through Action, Interest has no significant effect on Share through Action, Search has a significant effect on Share through Action. Based on these results, it is concluded that promotion on social media can be seen its effect with the AISAS method and can increase sales effectively.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia perdagangan yang semakin pesat dan ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan prima terhadap konsumen. Pelayanan prima merupakan pelayanan terbaik dan berkualitas yang diberikan oleh perusahaan untuk memenuhi harapan konsumen sesuai dengan standar pelayanan prima yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Brandan Donuts Cabang Pangkalan Brandan yang beralamat Jl. Thamrin (Depan Masjid Ubudiah), Pangkalan Brandan dan pemilik usaha bernama Bapak Jumardani. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer dan sekunder, sumber data internal dan eksternal. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu observasi dan wawancara dengan metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian berdasarkan konsep A6 yaitu Attitude (Sikap), Attention (Perhatian), Action (Tindakan), Ability (Kemampuan), Appearrance (Penampilan), Accountability (Tanggung Jawab). Pelayanan prima yang diterapkan pada Brandan Donuts Cabang Pangkalan Brandan sudah baik namun belum maksimal berdasarkan dari konsep Attitude (Sikap) yaitu tidak meratanya sikap ramah dan murah senyum yang diberikan oleh karyawan kepada konsumen dan pada konsep Attention (Perhatian) yaitu kurangnya perhatian karyawan dalam mempersilahkan duduk kepada konsumen yang sedang menunggu pesanannya selesai.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the main factor in a company. It helps the company to optimally realize its expected goals. Obtaining good qualifications is the goal achieved in the Implementation of the Recruitment Process of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk Area Sumbagut Padangsidimpuan Branch. Researchers collected data from interviews, observations and data based on research, using indicators of the recruitment process variable, namely Identifying vacant positions, searching for position information through position analysis, determining the right source of candidates, choosing the most appropriate recruitment method, calling candidates who meet the qualifications or requirements, making job offers and starting work. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. . The recruitment is carried out according to the needs of the company or when the company needs employees, through internal and external sources the company also cooperates with parties looking for workers and also determines the qualifications that are in accordance with the criteria needed by the company. the recruitment of employees is carried out to obtain human resources or prospective employees who are qualified, competent and in accordance with the required qualifications, although in the recruitment process there are obstacles that are not in accordance with the wishes of the company. the company still tries to recruit more precisely on target.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a population including employees who are actively working. It is hoped that this research can provide input to companies in managing employee performance, especially related to work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation. The sample obtained was 80 respondents. The independent variables in this research are work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation, while the dependent variable is employee performance. In this research, the instrument used was a set of questionnaires with likert scale which were then processed using the IBM SPSS version 26 application software. Analyzing the data that had been collected, used multiple linear regression. The partial research results show that there is a significant influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation positively on employee performance. Simultaneously, the results of research testing show that work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance.
