Abstract

This community service activity aims to support the Savings and Loan Cooperative in Bambe Village, Driyorejo District, in addressing problems of inefficient manual recording, potential errors, and suboptimal transparency of financial information for members. The proposed solution is the development of a web-based application that includes membership management, recording of savings and loan transactions, interest calculation, real-time financial reporting, transaction notifications, and automatic calculation of Operating Surplus (SHU). The implementation method consists of six stages: problem analysis, collaborative solution design with partners, system implementation, training and assistance, monitoring and evaluation, and report preparation and publication. The results show that the application is able to improve cooperative administrative efficiency, accelerate the reporting process, and increase the openness of information access for members. Based on questionnaire results from 30 respondents, the level of user satisfaction falls into the very good category with an average score of 4.5 out of 5. Further evaluation indicates the need to improve members’ understanding of application usage, leading to additional training and system improvements based on user feedback. Future development is directed toward the integration of digital payment systems.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education is inevitable; however, many schools such as SMPIT Ajimutu Global Insani still face challenges in adopting technology. The main issue lies in the manual learning evaluation process, which leads to teacher time inefficiency and limited question variation, ultimately affecting learning quality. This community service program aims to bridge the digital gap by implementing an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based solution. The novelty of this initiative lies in the use of the Question Maker Application (QUMAA)—an innovative tool that automates question generation and includes a question difficulty analysis feature, offering a comprehensive approach to digitizing school evaluation systems. The program was carried out through a participatory method consisting of five stages: needs assessment, application development, intensive training and mentoring for teachers, implementation and evaluation, as well as monitoring and sustainability planning. The results showed that the learning evaluation process was successfully digitized, with teachers’ ability to understand and use AI increasing by more than 50%, and question preparation time reduced by up to 50%. This program not only facilitated technology transfer but also empowered teachers and strengthened the school institution. The implementation of the AI-based QUMAA proved effective in improving efficiency and quality in learning evaluation. Furthermore, this model can be replicated in other schools as a concrete contribution to achieving the SDGs in education, emphasizing the need for ongoing support and funding to sustain digital innovation in the education sector.

Abstract

This Community Service activity was motivated by the high prevalence of stunting in Sooko Village, Mojokerto Regency, which is triggered by multidimensional factors including parental ignorance in fulfilling toddler nutrition, economic limitations, and the lack of synergy of sustainable programs among stakeholders at the village level. To address this, a series of activity implementation methods were carried out, including intensive nutrition education on stunting and the preparation of nutritious menus, local food diversification training to optimize affordable food ingredients, and productive skills training such as making herbal products using a food dehydrator and making ecoprint batik using a steaming technique. All methods were designed in a participatory and collaborative manner, involving the village government, health workers, and PKK members as participants, with direct mentoring from a team of academics to ensure the achievement of applicable and sustainable knowledge and skills transfer. This community service activity has been successfully implemented through a series of collaborative interventions between the village government, health workers, and academics in Sooko Village, Mojokerto Regency. The implementation results showed a significant increase in community capacity, including a 40% increase in nutritional knowledge, mastery of herbal product production skills (using a food dehydrator) and ecoprint batik by 100% of participants, and the establishment of a Healthy Fund mechanism from the allocation of group business profits to purchase nutritious food for stunted toddlers. Sustainable synergy between nutrition training, economic empowerment, and local policy support can be an effective blueprint for accelerating the reduction in stunting prevalence independently and sustainably.

Abstract

This community service program reports a two-day, project-based workshop on building a profile website with Laravel and the Filament admin panel, followed by publishing to GitHub for vocational high-school students. Objectives were to strengthen industry-relevant CRUD skills and instill version-control practices for portfolio building. The method combined short lectures, live coding, guided hands-on practice, AI-assisted generation of Bootstrap-based HTML for the landing page (via ChatGPT and Gemini), repository publication, and mini presentations. Participants were 66 students across two classes (Day-1 Class A: 32; Day-2 Class B: 34). Data included parallel-form pre/post tests, product rubrics, and satisfaction questionnaires. AI use was limited to landing-page HTML and layout suggestions; outputs were manually curated for accuracy and disclosed in project READMEs. Results show 61/66 students (92.4%) completed a minimal CRUD feature set via Filament Resources and 53/66 (80.3%) published structured repositories with informative READMEs. Average knowledge scores improved from 54 (pre) to 89 (post), yielding a normalized gain of ~0.76 (high). Mean satisfaction was ~88%. Operational issues on Day 1, uneven software readiness and bandwidth, were mitigated on Day 2 through pre-checks, offline packages, ready-to-run templates, role-based facilitation, and Composer mirrors. The program concludes that the workshop effectively advances vocational competencies in modern PHP web development and produces tangible artifacts (applications and repositories) students can extend and showcase for internships or entry-level opportunities.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the managerial capacity, financial literacy, and digital competence of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) under the Naik Kelas Bogor initiative through the implementation of a cloud-based accounting system, SILAKU SMART. MSMEs in Bogor contribute significantly to the local economy; however, they still face challenges in accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, human resource management, and digital marketing. The program was implemented from July to December 2025, with intensive training conducted in September–October 2025, involving MSME participants from various sectors, particularly home-based culinary businesses. The program adopted a systematic approach consisting of socialization, participatory training, cloud application implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of the cloud-based accounting system, with 70% of participants being highly proficient after the second training session. Moreover, 90% of participants expressed strong confidence in applying cloud accounting, managerial practices, and digital marketing in their businesses. The implementation of SILAKU SMART also enabled real-time transaction recording, automatic financial reporting, and integration with digital marketing features, which enhanced operational efficiency and expanded market reach. This program aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in promoting decent work and economic growth (Goal 8), fostering innovation and infrastructure development (Goal 9), and strengthening partnerships for sustainable development (Goal 17). These findings demonstrate that the combination of digital technology and participatory training can effectively empower MSMEs, enhance business professionalism, and strengthen competitiveness in the digital economy.

Abstract

The problem of stunting that occurs in the community tends to occur due to the inability of the community, especially families, to meet the nutritional needs of toddlers during growth and development. To resolve this problem, one effort that can be done is to stimulate the community, especially families of stunted toddlers, to become economically empowered. One of these efforts is by providing productive skills combined with education related to stunting. The implementation method of the activity is focused on a collaborative and practical approach, starting with coordination with the Village Government to identify participants, followed by entrepreneurship training that includes interactive lectures on stunting and hands-on training in making dish soap, laundry soap, and softener. Through this method, the activity aims to create new sources of income for families as a practical step in stunting prevention efforts. The Rumah Sabun community service activity has succeeded in improving the technical skills of 23 participants in producing dish soap, laundry soap, and softener, which previously did not have any at all. The evaluation results showed a significant increase, where 34.8% of participants (8 people) were categorized as capable and 65.2% (15 people) were categorized as quite capable, so that there were no longer any unskilled participants. As a form of sustainability, this program goes beyond training and has also pioneered the formation of community-based entrepreneurial groups, assisted by the village government and academic volunteers. This collaboration also facilitates local product marketing, ensuring that this activity is not only a successful empowerment intervention but also creates a sustainable micro-enterprise ecosystem to support family economic growth, a strategic step in stunting prevention.
