Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning (PBL) memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas V di SDN 142 Pakubalaho. Penerapan model PBL tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dari kategori sangat kurang menjadi kategori sedang, tetapi juga mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, meningkatkan keterampilan problem-solving, dan menumbuhkan kemandirian dalam belajar. Model PBL memungkinkan siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan masalah nyata, merancang solusi, dan mempresentasikan hasil pemikiran mereka, sehingga siswa terlatih untuk berpikir analitis dan inovatif. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar guru lebih luas menerapkan model PBL dalam berbagai mata pelajaran di sekolah dasar untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif, sekaligus menyiapkan siswa menghadapi tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21 yang menekankan kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan inovasi. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang untuk penelitian lanjutan dengan mengkombinasikan model PBL dengan strategi pembelajaran lain agar hasil pembelajaran dapat lebih maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of the Exchanging Viewpoint strategy in improving students' speaking ability at SD Negeri 1 Jeneponto. The method used was a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design, involving two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The sample consisted of 32 students selected through a cluster random sampling technique, with 16 students each in the experimental and control groups. The experimental group was given treatment in the form of learning using the Exchanging Viewpoint strategy, while the control group only received conventional learning. The instruments used included tests and observations. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in students' speaking ability in the experimental group, with an average pre-test score of 1.84 increasing to 3 in the post-test. In contrast, the control group only experienced an increase from 2.4 to 2.7. This strategy has been proven to encourage students to be more active, confident, and motivated in expressing opinions through discussions and exchanges of views. Thus, the Exchanging Viewpoint strategy is effective in improving students' English speaking skills and is recommended as an alternative interactive learning method in the classroom.

Abstract

The development of digital communication has significantly influenced language evolution, especially through social media platforms like Instagram. This study aims to identify the types of English slang words and analyze their functions in Billie Eilish’s Instagram posts. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the researcher collected and analyzed data from Billie Eilish’s Instagram captions posted between February 1st, 2024, and February 1st, 2025. The findings revealed that the types of slang used included clipping words, acronyms and initialisms, blended words, and metaphorical slang. These slang expressions served several communicative functions, such as emotional expression, identity expression, humor and playfulness, and efficiency in communication. Emotional expression was the most dominant function, showing Billie Eilish’s strategy to connect with her audience in a personal and relatable way. This study highlights that social media platforms not only facilitate linguistic creativity but also contribute significantly to the dissemination of slang among digital communities.

Abstract

Guru berperan penting di dunia pendidikan, tidak hanya mengajar dan mencerdaskan tetapi juga sebagai teladan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam membangun karakter peserta didik, nilai sikap atau karakter yang ditanamkan guru kepada peserta didik, dan hambatannya. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif studi kasus, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Studi ini melibatkan kepala sekolah dan guru yang terdapat di Kecamatan Polokarto, tepatnya SD di Gugus 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin positif dapat dilakukan pendidik untuk meningkatkan karakter jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kolaborasi yang dilakukan di kelas. Penanaman karakter melalui bekerja sama membersihkan kelas, disiplin untuk sholat dhuha bersama dan jujur dalam mengerjakan tugas, apabila tidak mengerjakan tugas akan diberi teguran yang mendidik untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan. Namun terdapat beberapa kendala yaitu kurang perhatiannya keluarga dan kurang mendukungnya lingkungan, sehingga perlu adanya sinergitas dari guru, keluarga, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa serta implementasi model pembelajaran inkuiri berbantuan media diorama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Purwosari pada materi Kekayaan Budaya Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis dan Mc.Taggart, yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi yang saling berkaitan dalam satu siklus. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran inkuiri berbantuan media diorama, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta tes berupa pretest dan posttest, dengan instrumen berupa lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa serta soal evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan mengajar guru dari 71,17% pada siklus I menjadi 81,2% pada siklus II dengan kriteria sangat baik. Persentase ketuntasan klasikal dalam mata pelajaran IPA juga meningkat sebesar 24,37%, dari 58,53% pada siklus I menjadi 82,9% pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini membuktikan bahwa hasil belajar sebagai indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan, yaitu ≥ 75%.

Abstract

It was found that there is a problem with the lack of innovative teaching models used by teachers. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on students' learning outcomes in the subject of Pancasila Education, specifically on the "Norms" material for Grade V of elementary school. The population and sample of this study are all Grade V students of SDN 3 Jekulo. The method used in this study is a quantitative experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data analysis in this study used the Paired Sample T-Test. The results of the hypothesis test using the paired sample t-test showed that the Sig. (2-tailed) value was 0.000 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This implies that there is an influence of the PBL model on students' learning outcomes in the subject of Pancasila Education, specifically on the "Norms" material for Grade V of elementary school.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between the principal's leadership and students' literacy skills at SDN 3 Truwolu, Ngaringan District, Grobogan Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with the school principal as the research subject. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research show that there is a positive or significant relationship between the principal's transformational leadership and increasing students' literacy skills, as shown by the results of educational report cards which have increased significantly from the previous year. The principal's effective leadership in motivating and empowering teachers, creating comprehensive literacy policies, providing adequate resources, and creating a conducive school environment has had a significant impact on the growth of students' literacy skills at SDN 3 Truwolu.

Abstract

There are identified problems in the teaching of Pancasila Education at SD N 4 Temulus, namely the lack of critical thinking skills among students. This study aims to examine whether there is a difference in the average scores between the pretest and posttest of students before and after learning using the Discovery Learning model on the critical thinking skills of 4th-grade students at SD N 4 Temulus. The research method is quantitative experimental with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research sample consists of 15 students, comprising 5 female students and 10 male students. Data analysis uses the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and hypothesis testing with the Paired Sample T-Test. The results show a significance value of 0.00 0.05, indicating that the statistical test results are statistically significant. It can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the average scores between the pretest and posttest of students before and after learning using the Discovery Learning model on the critical thinking skills of 4th-grade students at SD N 4 Temulus.

Abstract

This research was carried out to 1) describe the internalization process of multicultural education values at Ardaniah Islamic Boarding School Serang City, and 2) find out how was the result of value internalization of multicultural education at Ardaniah Islamic Boarding School Serang City. This research employed qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data collection techniques used were interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and taking conclusion. The research results showed that the internalization process of multicultural education at Ardaniah Islamic Boarding School Serang was carried out through the activity of studying the yellow book, there was role of Islamic Scholar (Kyai), and Ustadz-Ustadzah, and through various students’ activities which trigger them to implement the values internalized until obtained that the students can understand the multicultural values, capable of implementing them, and in the end they can become the personality that can be in line with the values of multicultural education.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence before and after the use of Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach assisted by Augmented Reality spatial structures, and to determine the effectiveness of the use of the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach assisted by Augmented Reality spatial structures effectively on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 3 Krasak Pecangaan Jepara. This type of research is a quantitativeresearch with an experimental method with a Pre-Experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest research design. In the T-test, a significant value (2-tailed) of 0.000 was obtained while the α value was 0.05 or 0.0000.05 and the tcountttable or 15.2171.717, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. In the simple linear regression test (F-test) obtained a significant value in the anova table of 0.000α or 0.0000.05, while the Fcount value is 99.120 and Ftable is 4.28 then FcountFtable or 99.1204.28. So it can be concluded that there is an influence before and after the use of Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach assisted by Augmented Reality spatial structures, and the use of the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach assisted by Augmented Reality spatial structures is effective on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 3 Krasak Pecangaan Jepara.
