Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify transformational leadership strategies based on Islamic values that effectively drive positive change and achieve excellence in Islamic educational institutions. By integrating Islamic values into the dimensions of transformational leadership, the findings reveal that these strategies enhance educational quality, shape students’ noble character, and strengthen institutional competitiveness. The findings also highlight the importance of continuous training, community collaboration, and the development of an inspiring vision as key steps in implementing these strategies. However, the study's limitations include a narrow data scope and insufficient exploration of the role of technology in supporting institutional transformation. This research provides significant contributions both theoretically and practically, offering concrete guidelines for leaders of Islamic educational institutions to create sustainable transformation. In conclusion, transformational leadership based on Islamic values is a relevant strategic approach to addressing global challenges and achieving the vision of excellence in Islamic education.

Abstract

Perundungan di sekolah dianggap sebagai masalah serius karena dampak negatif yang timbul sangat besar terhadap perkembangan psikologis dan emosional korbannya. Prevalensi siswa yang mengalami perundungan di SMKS Muhammadiyah 4 Sukorejo adalah sekitar 54,5% dari populasi, sedangkan jenis perundungan yang paling sering terjadi adalah perundungan verbal dan sosial. Dampak negatif ini menurunkan tingkat kepercayaan diri korban dan bahkan memicu gejala depresi. Diklaim juga bahwa individu dengan perilaku perundungan lebih mungkin melakukan kejahatan di kemudian hari. Dengan penerapan kebijakan anti perundungan di sekolah, diperlukan upaya yang lebih mendalam untuk membangun sejauh mana mekanisme yang ada untuk mencegah dan untuk membangun pendekatan yang lebih sistematis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menginformasikan strategi tentang bagaimana sekolah dapat membangun lingkungan yang lebih aman melalui kolaborasi yang lebih erat antara siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Tujuan dari penlitian ini adalah untuk (1). Mengukur dampak perundungan pada siswa di SMKS Muhammadiyah 4 Sukorejo. (2). Mengevaluasi efisiensi kebijakan anti perundungan dalam praktik. Menyusun model pencegahan terperinci, yang melibatkan semua strategi yang relevan. Tahapan Metode Penelitian Kuesioner Kuantitatif Penelitian ini mengawali kuesioner kuantitatif di antara 60 siswa untuk memastikan kejadian dan frekuensi perundungan, jenis perundungan yang dihadapi masing-masing siswa, dan dampaknya terhadap siswa. Ini memberikan latar belakang situasi perundungan di sekolah.Wawancara Kualitatif Ini akan diikuti dengan wawancara lanjutan dengan Kepala Sekolah, Guru BK, siswa, dan wali siswa untuk pemahaman yang lebih lengkap tentang seberapa efektif kebijakan anti perundungan yang berlaku diterapkan, tingkat dukungan konseling yang diberikan kepada korban, dan peran orang tua dalam upaya pencegahan perundungan. Analisis d ata dan Perumusan Rekomendasi Temuan dari survei dan wawancara ini dianalisis baik untuk pola maupun tren dalam kasus perundungan maupun untuk merumuskan rekomendasi bagi strategi pencegahan yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kebijakan sekolah. Pengembangan Model Pencegahan, berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, akan dirancang suatu model pencegahan bullying yang melibatkan penguatan sosialisasi, program edukasi bagi siswa, pelatihan bagi guru, dan pelibatan orang tua dalam setiap langkah penanganan bullying.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis upaya guru dalam membina akhlak siswa di MAS Mizanul Kubro serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles & Huberman yaitu reduksi data, oenyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru melakukan upaya strategis dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa di MAS Mizanul Kubro Binjai, yaitu dengan keteladanan (uswah hasanah), integrasi nilai-nilai Islami dalam pengajaran, pembiasaan adab Islami, serta pemberian hukuman dan penghargaan yang edukatif. Faktor pendukung pembinaan akhlak siswa meliputi lingkungan madrasah yang religius dan kegiatan keagamaan rutin, sedangkan faktor penghambat mencakup pengaruh negarif teman sebaya, keterbatasan guru, dan keterbatasan pengawasan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan lingkungan untuk menciptakan pembinaan akhlak yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengembangan strategi pendidikan akhlak di lembaga pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to develop Interactive Multimedia based on problem based learning on the topic of me and my needs for fourth grade elementary school that is feasible and effective. This type of research is R&D using the 4D model. The research subjects were fourth grade students at SD Budi Murni 1 Medan. Data collection in research was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. The instruments used are questionnaire sheets, written questions. The results of the research show that the product being developed is that: The expert assessment of multimedia content/material is in very feasible criteria with an average score of (4.58) and the assessment of multimedia construction experts is in very feasible criteria with an average score of (4.62). The percentage of classical completeness in trial I reached 80% with an average gain value of 0.5 and the percentage of classical completeness in trial II reached 100% with an average gain value of 0.8 so it was effectively used to improve student learning outcomes. Abstract

This article aims to describe the concept of Pancasila Student Profile Enhancement Project Assessment (P5). The method of writing an article uses descriptive qualitative analysis based on references from textbooks, guidebooks, and relevant scientific articles. The results of this study are a concept about the assessment of P5, starting from before, during, and after the P5 learning activities. This article is expected to facilitate educators in implementing assessments in the Project to Strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile learning, thus becoming a credible scientific source. The Pancasila Student Profile consists of a set of characters and competencies that are intended to be achieved by students, based on the noble values of Pancasila. The purpose of translating funds is to convey the goals and vision of education into a format that is more easily understood by all stakeholders in education, with the ultimate aim of aligning all learning, programs, and activities within the educational unit. Guidelines for the Development of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project along with the guidebook on the Dimensions, Elements, and Sub-elements of the Pancasila Student Profile established by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. Four criteria have been classified in the P5 Report: beginning to develop, developing, developing as expected, and highly developed.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the importance of Christian Religious Education philosophy in shaping strong Christian character in students and the integration of Biblical values in the learning process. The research method used is descriptive, which outlines the application of Christian education principles and their impact on students' character. The findings of the study show that Christian Religious Education prioritizes the development of spiritual, moral, and social aspects, with key principles such as love, forgiveness, and integrity. Through the implementation of these values, students not only develop intellectually but also build character in accordance with Christ's teachings, making them wise individuals in decision-making and positively impacting their communities and surrounding environments.

Abstract

This study analyzes the social network of first-grade students in a private Islamic elementary school in Makassar to understand their interpersonal communication patterns. Using Social Network Analysis (SNA), the research identifies the characteristics of the students' network, including density, centrality, and core-periphery structure. The findings reveal a dense social network with a density of 0.758 and a cohesion index of 0.770, indicating close interactions among students. Significant differences were found between only children and non-only children, with non-only children having broader and denser networks. Gender dynamics also emerged, with male students being more active in forming social relationships compared to female students. The core-periphery structure reflects the inclusiveness of the network, though some students are positioned on the periphery. This study provides valuable insights for teachers, parents, and policymakers to foster social interactions and create inclusive learning environments.

Abstract

This abstract aims to examine and analyze the implementation of teaching supervision management at the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an wa Tafaquh Fiddin Al Amin Batam Islamic Boarding School in maintaining the quality of students' memorization of the Qur'an. The quality of Qur'an memorization is an essential aspect in education at this Islamic boarding school, so an appropriate supervision management approach is needed to ensure the achievement of educational goals. This Islamic boarding school has a great responsibility in producing a generation of Muslims who are able to memorize and understand the Qur'an in depth. Therefore, the implementation of effective teaching supervision management is the main thing in ensuring the expected quality of education. This study uses a qualitative approach to explore the implementation of supervision management in the Islamic boarding school. Data was collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with Islamic boarding school managers, teachers, and students who are active in the Qur'an learning process, as well as analysis of documents related to teaching supervision. The results of the study revealed that effective supervision management in Islamic boarding schools includes several important stages. First, structured planning, including setting short-term and long-term goals, as well as learning strategies that are in accordance with the students' memorization targets. Second, the implementation of systematic supervision, including direct observation of the teaching process, evaluation of memorization quality, and providing feedback to teachers. Third, periodic evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the strategies implemented and ensure that there is an improvement in the achievement of student memorization. This research emphasizes the importance of developing a continuous and relevant supervision strategy in Islamic educational institutions. Good supervision management not only improves academic quality, but also strengthens the formation of students' character and morals in accordance with Islamic values. Supervision also contributes to the development of teachers' professionalism and supports the use of innovative learning methods in the teaching of the Qur'an.

Abstract

This thesis concludes about the Implementation of Academic Supervision with a Collaborative Approach in Improving the Competence of Mtsn 10 West Jakarta Teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection through interview, observation, and document study techniques. The results of these findings reveal the following: First, this study aims to analyze the application of academic supervision with a collaborative approach in MTsN 10 West Jakarta and its impact on improving teacher competence and learning quality. Although academic supervision has been implemented with the aim of improving teacher competence, the implementation of a collaborative approach involving active cooperation between teachers, supervisors, and other related parties has not been fully implemented. This approach, which prioritizes open discussion, sharing experiences, and formulating solutions together, has not been implemented optimally. One of the main challenges in the implementation of collaboration is the limited time and readiness of some teachers to work together openly. These two studies show that the implementation of collaborative-based academic supervision has great potential to create a supportive atmosphere for teachers to share ideas, experiences, and solutions to challenges in teaching. However, the main obstacles that hinder this process include time constraints, differences in teachers' competencies and teaching styles, and the lack of readiness of some teachers to receive feedback or share their teaching methods. Therefore, support measures are needed, such as more flexible scheduling and the use of online platforms that facilitate collaboration without disrupting teaching hours. With the implementation of these steps, it is hoped that a collaborative approach can be implemented more effectively and can improve the quality of education at MTsN 10 West Jakarta optimally.

Abstract

This study examines leadership strategies in developing Islamic education through an inclusive da'wah movement, focusing on the Safari Ramadhan program. It aims to identify the strategic role of leaders in education based on inclusive da'wah and analyze its impact on religious understanding and socio-economic empowerment. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, involving da'i, administrators of the Majlis Dai Dayah Jamiah Al-Aziziyah, and the community as research subjects, the study employs Miles and Huberman’s data analysis model. The findings indicate that inclusive da'wah in Safari Ramadhan significantly enhances religious understanding, strengthens Islamic brotherhood (ukhuwah Islamiyah), and empowers communities through micro-enterprise development. Leaders in this activity act not only as preachers but also as educational facilitators, emphasizing togetherness, persuasive communication, and digital technology utilization to expand da'wah outreach. The study concludes that leadership in inclusive da'wah-based education is an effective strategy for building a morally upright, moderate-minded generation capable of facing contemporary challenges. Therefore, optimizing leaders' roles in Safari Ramadhan and similar programs should be continuously encouraged to strengthen inclusive da'wah based on Islam as rahmatan lil ‘alamin
