Abstract

Family is a social environment that can influence the growth and development of a child, in a normal family consisting of a father, mother and child. A family can be said to be successful if the child can express himself, convey his feelings, achieve and can be useful to society. However, not all families have children. Women are often considered the cause of couples not having children, which ultimately leads to the family adopting. This study aims to examine the relationship between adoption and self-esteem in adopted children through a literature review. Self-esteem is an important aspect in a child's psychological development, especially for adopted children who may face additional challenges in forming their self-identity. The method used in this study is a systematic literature study that includes an analysis of previous scientific articles on factors that influence the self-esteem of adopted children. The results of the study indicate that the self-esteem of adopted children is influenced by various factors, such as parenting style, openness of communication about adoption status, and involvement in the culture of origin. Adopted children with strong social support from their adoptive families show higher levels of self-esteem than those who do not receive sufficient support. The conclusion of the study shows that the literature review shows that self-esteem of adopted children can increase through foster family support, good adaptability, and positive self-acceptance. Conversely, self-esteem can decrease due to social pressure, lack of family support, and difficulty adapting to a new environment. Although existing research has provided initial understanding, further studies are needed to develop effective interventions that take into account the unique characteristics of each adopted child. Keluarga merupakan lingkungan sosial yang dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan seorang anak, dalam sebuah keluarga normalnya terdiri dari ayah, ibu dan anak. Sebuah keluarga dapat dikatakan berhasil apabila sang anak dapat berekpresi, menyampaikan perasaanya, berprestasi dan dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Namun, tidak semua keluarga memiliki anak. Wanita sering kali dijadikan sebagai penyebab pasangan tidak memiliki anak sehingga membuat keluarga tersebut pada akhirnya melakukan adopsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara adopsi dan harga diri (self-esteem) pada anak-anak yang diadopsi melalui tinjauan literatur. Self-esteem merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan psikologis anak, terutama bagi anak-anak adopsi yang mungkin menghadapi tantangan tambahan dalam membentuk identitas diri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur sistematis yang mencakup analisis terhadap artikel-artikel ilmiah terdahulu mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi self-esteem anak-anak yang diadopsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-esteem anak adopsi dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti gaya pengasuhan, keterbukaan komunikasi tentang status adopsi, dan keterlibatan dalam budaya asal. Anak-anak yang diadopsi dengan dukungan sosial yang kuat dari keluarga angkat menunjukkan tingkat self-esteem yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan mereka yang tidak mendapat dukungan yang cukup. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukan bahwa Tinjauan literatur menunjukkan self-esteem anak adopsi dapat meningkat melalui dukungan keluarga asuh, kemampuan adaptasi yang baik, dan penerimaan diri yang positif. Sebaliknya, self-esteem dapat menurun akibat tekanan sosial, kurangnya dukungan keluarga, dan kesulitan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru. Meski penelitian yang ada telah memberikan pemahaman awal, masih diperlukan studi lebih lanjut untuk mengembangkan intervensi yang efektif dengan mempertimbangkan keunikan karakteristik setiap anak adopsi.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Discovery Learning-based learning strategies in literature learning in elementary schools. A qualitative method with a case study design is used to gain an in-depth understanding of the effectiveness and challenges faced in the application of this method. Data was collected through participatory observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of documents such as syllabus and student work. The results show that Discovery Learning can increase student active engagement, encourage critical and creative thinking, and strengthen communication skills. Students appear to be more enthusiastic and engaged in reading, analyzing, and discussing literary texts, as well as demonstrating better abilities in interpreting the meaning of texts and relating them to personal experiences. However, some challenges such as the need for more thorough preparation, time constraints, and resources need to be overcome to ensure the successful implementation of this method. This research also emphasizes the importance of support from schools and teacher training to improve competence in implementing Discovery Learning. Overall, the study concludes that Discovery Learning has great potential to improve the quality of literature learning in primary schools, but its success is highly dependent on teacher readiness, institutional support, and adequate curriculum adaptation. The findings of this study provide a solid foundation for the further development and wider application of Discovery Learning in literary education in Indonesia, as well as provide practical recommendations for educators and policymakers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi strategi pembelajaran berbasis Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran sastra di sekolah dasar. Metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang efektivitas dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan metode ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan siswa, analisis dokumen seperti silabus dan karya siswa juga pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman siswa yang signifikan. Rata-rata skor pre-test sebelum penerapan strategi ini adalah 65, sedangkan setelah pembelajaran menggunakan Discovery Learning, skor rata-rata post-test meningkat menjadi 85. Dimana Discovery Learning mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif siswa, mendorong pemikiran kritis dan kreatif, serta memperkuat keterampilan komunikasi. Siswa tampaknya lebih antusias dan terlibat dalam membaca, menganalisis, dan mendiskusikan teks sastra, serta menunjukkan kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam menafsirkan makna teks dan menghubungkannya dengan pengalaman pribadi. Namun, beberapa tantangan seperti perlunya persiapan yang lebih matang, kendala waktu, dan sumber daya perlu diatasi untuk memastikan keberhasilan penerapan metode ini. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya dukungan dari sekolah dan pelatihan guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dalam melaksanakan Discovery Learning. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Discovery Learning memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sastra di sekolah dasar, tetapi keberhasilannya sangat tergantung pada kesiapan guru, dukungan kelembagaan, dan adaptasi kurikulum yang memadai. Temuan-temuan penelitian ini memberikan landasan yang kuat bagi pengembangan lebih lanjut dan penerapan Discovery Learning yang lebih luas dalam pendidikan sastra di Indonesia, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi para pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan.

Abstract

This research raises issues surrounding students' difficulties in concentrating, especially in learning mathematics which is often considered difficult. The objectives of this research include: 1) evaluating the impact of applying cognitive learning theory on increasing students' interest in learning in mathematics, 2) identifying ways to implement cognitive theory to increase interest in learning mathematics, and 3) analyzing the strengths and weaknesses in applying cognitive learning theory. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through documentation and interviews. The research subjects involved one teacher as homeroom teacher and sixteen fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Tukadsumaga. The research results show that the implementation of cognitive learning theory has a positive impact in increasing students' interest in learning, especially in learning mathematics. Students' enthusiasm and activeness during the learning process reflects the effectiveness of applying this theory, with students actively taking notes and asking questions to the teacher and being able to understand the lesson material. In conclusion, cognitive learning theory has great potential in increasing students' learning interest in mathematics subjects. Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan seputar kesulitan siswa dalam berkonsentrasi, terutama dalam pembelajaran matematika yang sering dianggap sulit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengevaluasi pengaruh teori belajar kognitif terhadap peningkatan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika, 2) mengidentifikasi strategi implementasi teori kognitif yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar matematika, dan 3) menganalisis kelebihan dan kelemahan dalam menerapkan teori belajar kognitif. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian melibatkan satu guru sebagai wali kelas dan enam belas siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 2 Tukadsumaga. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teori belajar kognitif berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, terutama dalam konteks pembelajaran matematika.. Semangat dan keaktifan siswa selama proses pembelajaran mencerminkan efektivitas penerapan teori ini, dengan siswa secara aktif mencatat dan bertanya kepada guru, serta mampu memahami materi pelajaran. Kesimpulannya, teori belajar kognitif memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika.

Abstract

Adolescents are a group that is vulnerable to experiencing feelings of loneliness. Loneliness in adolescents is influenced by two factors: trigger factors and predisposing factors. These are difficulties in establishing social relationships and the neglect of adolescent self-disclosure. This condition suggests that inadequate social interaction and lack of emotional support can increase the risk of loneliness in adolescents. Therefore, it is important to understand and address these factors as essential to supporting the overall health and well-being of adolescents.The aim of this study was to determine whether social support plays an important moderating role in the relationship between self-disclosure and loneliness in adolescents. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was used as a method to find results showing that social support plays an important moderating role in the relationship between self-disclosure and loneliness in adolescents. The number of journals that have been reviewed is 12 out of 293 after the selection stage was carried out. The study's results showed that social support had a significant role in moderating the relationship between self-disclosure and loneliness. This research provides valuable insights and intervention strategies that can be applied in adolescent education and development to reduce loneliness through increased social support and effective self-disclosure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the application of behavioristic learning theory in creative mathematics learning in increasing student learning motivation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to gain an in-depth understanding of the experiences of students and teachers in applying this method. The subjects in this study are 26 students in grade V of SD Negeri 3 Ubung, as well as informants consisting of class teachers and school principals. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to identify the main patterns that appear related to student learning motivation. The results of the study show that the application of behavioristic theory in creative mathematics learning has a positive impact on students' learning motivation. Most students showed an increase in the courage to ask questions, active participation in class, and confidence in working on math problems. In addition, the use of positive reinforcement such as achievement stars, praise from teachers, and interactive teaching aids has been proven to increase students' interest in mathematics. The application of this method also helps to change the perception of students who previously considered mathematics as a difficult and scary subject to be more interesting and fun. The conclusion of this study is that the application of behavioristic theory in creative mathematics learning can significantly increase students' learning motivation and create a more conducive learning environment. The implications of this study show that teachers need to apply positive reinforcement strategies more broadly in learning, especially in subjects that are considered difficult by students, and consider the use of interactive tools to increase student involvement in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, this method can be used as one of the effective approaches in increasing the effectiveness of mathematics learning in elementary schools. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan teori belajar behavioristik dalam pembelajaran matematika kreatif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang pengalaman siswa dan guru dalam menerapkan metode ini. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 3 Ubung yang berjumlah 26 orang, serta informan yang terdiri dari guru kelas dan kepala sekolah. Teknik analisa data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola utama yang muncul terkait motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teori behavioristik dalam pembelajaran matematika kreatif berdampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Sebagian besar siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam keberanian bertanya, partisipasi aktif dalam kelas, serta kepercayaan diri dalam mengerjakan soal matematika. Selain itu, penggunaan reinforcement positif seperti bintang prestasi, pujian dari guru, dan alat peraga interaktif terbukti dapat meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap matematika. Penerapan metode ini juga membantu mengubah persepsi siswa yang sebelumnya menganggap matematika sebagai mata pelajaran yang sulit dan menakutkan menjadi lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan teori behavioristik dalam pembelajaran matematika kreatif dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih kondusif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru perlu menerapkan strategi penguatan positif secara lebih luas dalam pembelajaran, terutama dalam mata pelajaran yang dianggap sulit oleh siswa, serta mempertimbangkan penggunaan alat bantu interaktif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Oleh karena itu, metode ini dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu pendekatan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The WHO predicts that 1 in 600 children worldwide suffer from autism spectrum disorder. Sensory issues experienced by children with autism may be accompanied by an increase in temper tantrum behaviors, which can be managed through tactile sensorimotor intervention. This study aims to reduce tantrum behaviors related to sensory issues in children with autism through tactile sensorimotor intervention. This experimental research uses a single case experimental design with a single subject design. The subject criteria include being 3-4 years old, diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (based on a psychological diagnosis), and having tactile sensory issues. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that tactile sensorimotor intervention is effective in reducing tantrum behaviors in children with autism, with a reduction from 77 occurrences (40-minute duration) in the pre-test phase to 15 occurrences (10-minute duration) in the post-test. These findings have important implications for the development of sensory-based interventions for children with ASD. WHO memprediksikan bahwa 1 dari 600 anak di dunia menderita gangguan spektrum autisme. Permasalahan sensoris yang dialami anak autis dapat disertai dengan meningkatnya perilaku temper tantrum, yang dapat ditangani menggunakan intervensi sensorimotor taktil. Penelitian ini bertujuan menurunkan perilaku tantrum terkait masalah sensorik pada anak autis melalui intervensi sensorimotor taktil. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan single case experimental design dengan single subject design. Subjek memiliki kriteria yaitu berusia 3-4 tahun, mengalami Autism Spectrum Disorder (berdasarkan diagnosa psikolog) dan problem sensoris taktil. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan intervensi sensorimotor taktil efektif menurunkan perilaku tantrum pada anak autis, dengan penurunan dari tahap pre-test sebanyak 77 kali (durasi 40 menit) menjadi 15 kali (durasi 10 menit) pada post-test. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi pengembangan intervensi berbasis sensorik untuk anak dengan ASD.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the conditioning theory put forward by Edwin Guthrie and John Watson in increasing the involvement and understanding of grade V elementary school students. The research subjects consisted of 31 students who were randomly selected from one of the elementary schools. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and learning outcome tests. Data analysis was carried out with a thematic approach based on the results of observations and interviews, as well as simple quantitative analysis to measure the improvement of students' academic scores. The results of the study showed that the application of the conditioning method had a positive impact on students' motivation in learning, where they were more active in the classroom after being given positive reinforcement in the form of praise and small rewards. In addition, light punishments such as point deductions also contribute to improving learning discipline. However, there were some students who did not experience significant changes, suggesting that this method needed to be combined with other approaches to achieve more optimal results. The implication of this study is the need to develop more varied learning methods by considering the characteristics of different students. Teachers are advised to flexibly adapt conditioning strategies and combine them with other approaches, such as cognitive-based or constructivist learning, to increase the effectiveness of learning. In addition, further research with a wider scope can be conducted to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the impact of conditioning in the context of elementary school learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas teori conditioning yang dikemukakan oleh Edwin Guthrie dan John Watson dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa kelas V SD. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 31 siswa yang dipilih secara random sampling dari salah satu sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes hasil belajar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan tematik berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara, serta analisis kuantitatif sederhana untuk mengukur peningkatan nilai akademik siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode conditioning berdampak positif terhadap motivasi siswa dalam belajar, di mana mereka lebih aktif dalam kelas setelah diberikan penguatan positif berupa pujian dan reward kecil. Selain itu, hukuman ringan seperti pengurangan poin juga berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan disiplin belajar. Namun, terdapat beberapa siswa yang tidak mengalami perubahan signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa metode ini perlu dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan lain untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih bervariasi dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik siswa yang berbeda. Guru disarankan untuk mengadaptasi strategi conditioning secara fleksibel dan mengombinasikannya dengan pendekatan lain, seperti pembelajaran berbasis kognitif atau konstruktivis, untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Selain itu, penelitian lebih lanjut dengan cakupan yang lebih luas dapat dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang dampak conditioning dalam konteks pembelajaran sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Work engagement in employees can be characterized by an attitude that tends to be enthusiastic and enthusiastic in working, finishing well and cross-checking, being immersed in work, considering difficult work as a challenge that must be completed, striving for the best final results. Perceived organizational support is one of the factors that plays a role in work engagement. This research aims to examine the relationship between perceived organizational support and work engagement of company staff level employees in Solo. The novelty of this research lies in the sampling technique and research location which is different from previous researchers. The method in this research uses quantitative correlation with a sampling technique in the form of cluster random sampling, totaling 110 employees. The scale used is in the form of a Likert, namely perceived organizational support 19 items with a reliability value (α = 0.924) and work engagement 26 items with a reliability value (α = 0.881). Data analysis in this study used Pearson Product Moment with a correlation coefficient of 0.621 and sig 0.000, so the hypothesis was accepted. This means that perceived organizational support and work engagement have a positive relationship with staff level employees. The implications of this research require increasing work engagement by means of companies that need to pay attention to and develop perceived organizational support, especially for employees who have low perceived organizational support. Providing this support will create a good perception so that employee performance will be better and can achieve company goals. Work engagement pada karyawan dapat dicirikan sikap cenderung semangat dan antusias dalam bekerja, menyelesaikan dengan baik dan kroscek ulang, larut dalam pekerjaan, menganggap pekerjaan sulit sebagai tantangan yang harus diselesaikan, mengupayakan hasil akhir yang terbaik. Perceived organizational support merupakan salah satu faktor yang berperan dalam work engagement. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk meneliti hubungan perceived organizational support dengan work engagement karyawan level staff perusahaan di Solo. Kebaruan pada penelitian ini terletak pada teknik pengambilan sampel dan tempat penelitian yang berbeda dengan peneliti sebelumnya. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik sampling berupa cluster random sampling yang berjumlah 110 karyawan. Skala yang digunakan berbentuk Likert yaitu perceived organizational support 19 item dengan nilai reliabilitas (α = 0.924) dan work engagement 26 item dengan nilai reliabilitas (α = 0.881). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Pearson Product Moment dengan koefisien korelasi 0.621 dan sig 0.000 maka hipotesis diterima. Artinya perceived organizational support dan work engagement memiliki hubungan positif pada karyawan level staff. Implikasi penelitian ini perlu meningkatkan work engagement dengan cara perusahaan perlu untuk memperhatikan dan mengembangkan perceived organizational support terutama kepada karyawan yang memiliki perceived organizational yang rendah. Pemberian dukungan ini akan memunculkan persepsi yang baik sehingga kinerja karyawan akan menjadi lebih baik dan dapat mencapai tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

Women's economic empowerment is one of the indicators of an increasing development index. Three actual problems faced by women MSMEs include patriarchal social construction, infrastructure, women's access and ability to access technology, and low financial literacy and inclusion for women. The number of women MSMEs reached 60 per cent of the 519 MSMEs studied in the Yogyakarta area, but MSMEs managed by women are still subsistence in nature. The research objectives are to analyse the strengthening of access to links and networks for women in the productive economic sector based on gender strengthening, analyse the strengthening of women's roles in gaining experience and challenges in the productive economic sector based on gender strengthening and analyse the independence of women's roles in decision making in strengthening in the productive economic sector based on gender strengthening in Yogyakarta. The research method uses exploratory sequential researchers first start with the quantitative research phase. The results of this study are 1) The trend of workers in Yogyakarta City has decreased between August 2021 and August 2022; 2) Strengthening access to wider links/networks or relationships still needs to be facilitated; 3) Strengthening of gaining experience even though activities have been carried out in the form of training for skill development; 4) Business actors are still not independent in making decisions in developing their business; 5) Strengthening structuration agents who become agents of change so that they can play a role in developing their business groups and 6) The stages in the formation of structuration agents are divided into several phases. Pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan menjadi salah satu indikator peningkatan indeks pembangunan. Tiga masalah aktual yang dihadapi oleh UMKM perempuan adalah konstruksi sosial yang patriarkis, infrastruktur, akses dan kemampuan perempuan dalam mengakses teknologi, serta rendahnya literasi dan inklusi keuangan perempuan. Jumlah UMKM perempuan mencapai 60% dari 519 UMKM yang diteliti di wilayah Yogyakarta, namun UMKM yang dikelola perempuan masih bersifat subsisten. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penguatan akses terhadap link dan jaringan bagi perempuan di sektor ekonomi produktif berbasis penguatan gender, menganalisis penguatan peran perempuan dalam memperoleh pengalaman dan tantangan di sektor ekonomi produktif berbasis penguatan gender, dan menganalisis kemandirian peran perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam penguatan di sektor ekonomi produktif berbasis penguatan gender di Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksploratori sekuensial yang diawali dengan tahap penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Tren tenaga kerja di Kota Yogyakarta mengalami penurunan pada periode Agustus 2021 hingga Agustus 2022; 2) Penguatan akses link/jaringan atau relasi yang lebih luas masih perlu difasilitasi; 3) Penguatan untuk mendapatkan pengalaman meskipun sudah dilakukan kegiatan berupa pelatihan untuk pengembangan skill; 4) Pelaku usaha masih belum mandiri dalam mengambil keputusan dalam mengembangkan usahanya; 5) Penguatan structuration agent yang menjadi agen perubahan sehingga dapat berperan dalam mengembangkan kelompok usahanya dan 6) Tahapan dalam pembentukan structuration agent dibagi menjadi beberapa fase.

Abstract

Women often face conflicts when deciding to continue working after having children. Despite making a significant contribution to the economy, many choose to quit their jobs due to role conflicts. This study aims to expand the literature on work-family relationships experienced by working mothers, focusing on the mediating role of work-family enrichment and work engagement, as well as job crafting as an antecedent. The research method uses a survey with questionnaires that include job crafting, work engagement, and work-family enrichment. This study uses data from 169 working mothers using a sampling technique in the form of convenience sampling. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between job crafting, work engagement, and work-family enrichment. Furthermore, a simple mediation analysis was used to test the role of mediation in work engagement and work-family enrichment. The results show the importance of job crafting in increasing work engagement and work-family enrichment. This study also explores the role of mediation in work-family enrichment and work engagement in relation to job crafting. These findings can help develop strategies and programs that support women in maintaining work engagement while considering their family roles. Perempuan sering menghadapi konflik saat memutuskan untuk terus bekerja setelah memiliki anak. Meskipun memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap ekonomi, banyak yang memilih berhenti kerja karena konflik peran. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperluas literatur mengenai hubungan pekerjaan dan keluarga yang dialami ibu bekerja, dengan fokus pada peran mediasi work-family enrichment dan work engagement, serta job crafting sebagai antesedennya. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan kuesioner yang mencakup job crafting, work engagement, dan work-family enrichment. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari 169 ibu bekerja dengan menggunakan teknik sampling berupa convenience sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana untuk menguji hubungan antara job crafting, work engagement, dan work-family enrichment. Selanjutnya, analisis mediasi sederhana digunakan untuk menguji peran mediasi pada work engagement dan work-family enrichment. Hasil menunjukkan pentingnya job crafting dalam meningkatkan work engagement dan work-family enrichment. Penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi adanya peran mediasi pada work-family enrichment dan work engagement dalam hubungannya dengan job crafting. Temuan ini dapat membantu mengembangkan strategi dan program yang mendukung perempuan dalam menjaga keterlibatan kerja sambil mempertimbangkan peran keluarga mereka.
