Abstract

Sukowidi Village, located in Panekan District, Magetan Regency, is known as the largest coffee commodity-producing area. The sale of this coffee is one of the economic drivers for the residents of Sukowidi Village. Sukowidi Village already has a fairly active Central Lawu nature lovers group that can be an agent in overcoming coffee problems, but the lack of insight into entrepreneurship, food processing techniques, and marketing techniques is an obstacle to developing coffee. Abstract

Congregation data collection at GPID Eben Haezer is still done manually. This causes a lot of congregation data to be unsynchronized between the written data and the actual data. In addition, it also results in inefficient administrative services to the congregation. The vision of church digitalization also raises its own problems for the church, namely the unpreparedness of the church's human resources (HR) in digital capabilities. This Community Service (PkM) activity is to help and facilitate GPID Eben Haezer in implementing congregation data management applications and mentoring training in the process of adopting technology in church governance. The training activity was attended by 7 church admins and was carried out after the stages of formulating partner needs, adjusting and implementing the application. After the training, the application usability was measured using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and a score of 83 was obtained, indicating that the implemented application was EXCELLENT and ACCEPTABLE.  Keywords: Congregation Data Collection Application; Digital Skills; Training; System Usability Scale

Abstract

The digital transformation of madrasahs has become imperative in the current digital era to address the evolving challenges of educational relevance. The digitalization process in madrasahs, particularly at MAN 3 Tanah Datar, encounters several obstacles, including limitations in infrastructure and human resources. Through the Science and Technology Literacy initiative spearheaded by the Faculty of Science and Technology at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang, this community service activity aims to strengthen technology literacy among teachers at MAN 3 Tanah Datar. The initiative includes training on the use of digital media creation and assessment applications, such as Canva, Quizizz, and Wordwall. The methodology employed encompasses three phases: pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation. The outcomes indicate that the training successfully enhanced teachers' technological skills, which in turn contributed to creativity and innovation in teaching and learning processes. Monitoring and evaluation activities showed that the use of Canva, Wordwall, and Quizizz at MAN 3 Tanah Datar increased student engagement and motivation, but there is still a need for media adaptation to accommodate a variety of learning styles. Continued efforts in digitalization are necessary to realize the full potential of a digital madrasah. Technology-based training programs like these are expected to bolster the madrasah's human resources, equipping them to meet global challenges in the digital age. Abstract

People with disabilities have potential and skills that can be trained. One place to develop disability skills is the private foundation Bina Siwi Orphanage located in Yogyakarta. Bina Siwi Orphanage trains various disability skills such as self-help skills, arts, agriculture, animal husbandry, and making crafts. Most of the people with disabilities at Bina Siwi Orphanage have limited intellectual barriers, therefore the training provided must be accompanied by continuous skill distribution. Based on these problems, researchers conducted an experiential tourism-based educational tourism development programme. Tourism becomes an attraction because it can accommodate disability skills, has sustainable economic potential, and builds public awareness of disabilities. Tourism is developed using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach with the stages of observation, designing educational tourism based on activities developed into tour packages, training in the management of tourism activities to the administrators of disability homes, training in marketing and promotion of tourism activities, implementation of tourism activities, and evaluation. The developed tour packages use memorable tourism experience attributes to attract tourists to visit again. The result of the programme is a package of social education recreational tourism activities. Based on the trials conducted, the most effective scheme in the implementation of the programme is the social education recreation tourism activity package.
