Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi melalui pembelajaran kooperatif metode Think Pair Share pada siswa kelas sembilan SMAN 3 Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif metode Think Pair Share memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada siswa kelas sembilan Ilmu Sosial di SMAN 3 Mataram, di mana terdapat peningkatan pada siswa Skor standar pada setiap siklus yaitu siklus I (33,33%), siklus II (66,66%), dan siklus III (93,33%). Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran mata pelajaran ekonomi melalui metode kooperatif think pair share pada siswa kelas XI di SMAN 3 Mataram. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kelas dengan dua siklus. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pair Share memiliki pemikiran positif dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa di kelas XI IPS-1 di SMA Negeri 3 Mataram yang ditandai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam setiap siklus I (33,33%), siklus II (66,66%), dan siklus III (93,33%).

This study aims to analyze the suitability of the 21st-century learning methods, namely the flipped classroom method with the curriculum applied in Indonesia, the 2013 curriculum. The method used in this research is qualitative with a literature review as a data technique. Data collection was carried out by reviewing the relevant literature as the primary object. This study using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. From the result of the literature study, it can be concluded that learning reverses the class according to the principles of learning in the 2013 curriculum. This can be seen from its application which is more student-centered. Besides, warning activities, asking questions, gathering information, associating and analyzing, and communicating can be implemented in flipped classroom learning based on the application of technology in it, so that students will have skills according to the 21st century.

Studying abroad, including in the United Kingdom is one of the aspirations for students and parents in Indonesia. In comparison to directly continuing study overseas, the availability of BTEC UK curriculum in Indonesia allows students to study for 20 months then continued their final year in the country they are planning to go to, including in the UK. Unfortunately, there is no record of the experience of students undergoing this curriculum in Indonesia, even though the curriculum already exists in Indonesia for more than ten years. This study then explores the motivations behind the decisions of students undergoing the BTEC curriculum in Indonesia, their experiences and the outcomes that occur after. Interviews with the 7 BTEC alumni in Indonesia were conducted and analyzed using qualitative phenomenology study. The results obtained that internal motivation is the main trigger whereas external motivation also applies, which is built up through social influence. The experience felt at the beginning was generally difficult to follow because the students were not used to the system, even though some felt excited about the curriculum learning system. In the middle and end of the semester, some of them feel more accustomed to it while some still find it difficult to follow this curriculum. The results in the form of a variety of positive attitudes including courage, self-confidence, and the development of communication skills.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of cooperative learning approach (CL) type STAD in an effort to improve the motivation of learning mathematics students of class VIII-1 SMP Negeri 4 Mataram. The benefits of this research are as a study material and the material findings in the implementation process real classroom learning. For teachers to improve competence in the learning process and for students to improve learning motivation that impacts on student learning outcomes. Research this is done two cycles, each cycle activity is; planning, execution, observation and reflection. The final result of action in cycle II shows that the teacher's observation scores average (4.21) and student observation results achieved an average score (4.16). While the impact of the increase the motivation to learn is the increase in the achievement of student learning achieves the average value (94.09), that is the success indicator (> 4.0) has been exceeded. Because the indicator of success has been proven research declared successful and stopped in cycle II.

This study aims to improve students' writing skills on descriftive essay by using the Discovery method aided by the media image. This research was a type of classroom action research. The subjects of this study were students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program STKIP Pontianak amounting to 35 people. The data collected were divided into two categories, namely quantitative and qualitative data. Techniques for collecting qualitative data, namely increasing learning activity activity data, used observation sheets and recording sheets, while for quantitative data collection used test instruments and student performance test. The data collected were described and analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The conclusions of the study illustrate the method of finding through image media has made students' writing skills in descriptive essay improved. Students give a good and enthusiastic response when using the discovery method through image media. Based on data and tests that have been done writing skills of students in writing descriptions before doing the action of 60.27%. Then after being given action in the first cycle, student skills reached 72% and in the second cycle student skills increased to 79%.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness level of the implementation of working skill trainingprograms in the field of office administration in improving the competence of prospective workers in theTraining Center (BLK) Mataram City. This research is an evaluative research by using quantitative descriptivemethod. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used in this research isdescriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicated that the training implementation processaspect with the training instructor role indicator got the percentage 82.73%, the training material indicator was78.76%, the training method indicator was 79.76%, while the result aspect follows the training with thecognitive domain indicator got the percentage 84, 92%, the affective field indicator was 81.34%, psychomotordomain indicator was 79.16%, while achievement goal aspect after work skill training got percentage 82,03%.Thus, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the implementation of working skill training programs in thefield of office administration in improving the prospective workers competence in the Training Center (BLK)Mataram has been effectively implemented.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the teacher performance in vocational school. This research used a quantitative approach. Data collection technique was by distributing a questionnaire using a five-likert scale. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Samples taken from each school amounted to 3 teachers from each department, so there were 42 respondents from 5 schools. Validity test used the Pearson product moment. The analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis uses simple linear regression. The results showed that teacher compensation had an effect on teacher performance in vocational high school.

This study aims to identify learning barriers of Sriwijaya University students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research was a survey. The subjects in this study were students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Sriwijaya University. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument that was distributed to respondents online using a google form. The results of the study showed that the learning barriers of Sriwijaya University students on internal factors amounted to 56.58%, while on external factors amounted to 55.12%. So, it can be concluded that the two factors of learning barriers are in the medium category.

This study aims to analyze students' metacognitive skills using guided Inquiry models of reaction rate material based on online learning. The research subjects were students of 2nd grade IPA 2 SMAN 1 Driyorejo in the academic year 2020/2021 totaling 33 students. The study used a quantitative descriptive method with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design and techniques of data collections used test and questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this research was descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. The results of this study showed an increase in the metacognitive skills of students using the guided Inquiry model on the reaction rate material based on online learning which could be seen from the results of the posttest scores being better than the pretest with the n-gain value of planning skills of 0.63 in medium category; n-gain of monitoring skills of 0.92 in high category; n-gain of evaluating skills of 0.65 in medium category. Based on inferential analysis using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test, it showed the significance of the indicators planning skill, monitoring skills, and evaluating skills with a value of 0,000 which 0,000 <0.05, means that the hypothesis is accepted. This indicated that learning using guided inquiry model had a significant effect on students’s metacognitive skills in the reaction rate material based on online learning.

This study aims to describe the shape of the sign relations on character characters in the form of icons, indexes, and symbols as well as the contribution of novel Rara Mendut analysis to literature learning in high school. This research is a qualitative research using a literary semiotic approach with C.S. Peirce’s sign theory. The data source in this study is the novel Rara Mendut by Y.B. Mangunwijaya. The data of this research is written data in the form of words, clauses and sentences contained in the text of the novel. Data collection techniques used in this study is documentation, reading, and note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study is data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and data verification. The results of this study found that the figure of Rara Mendut as an icon of a brave and steadfast woman, the Pranacitra figure as a clever human icon, and the figure of Tumenggung Wiraguna as an icon of arbitrary ruler. The index found in this study includes the rejection of the of Rara Mendut character againts the proposal of the Tumenggung Wiraguna character and the true love story of the character Rara Mendut and Pranacitra. The symbols in this study is a symbols of Javanese culture that is thickly used by the characters in the novel. The results of this study can contribute as an alternative teaching material for learning literature in high school.
