Abstract

This study investigates the development, feasibility, and effectiveness of Nafi Lala (Narasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila), a digital comic designed to enhance fourth-grade students' reading comprehension of narrative texts through the integration of Pancasila Student Profile dimensions in the Merdeka Curriculum. The research employs a research and development method, utilizing the ADDIE model, and collects data through interviews, questionnaires, pretests, posttests, and documentation. The study involves a small group of six students and a large group of 19 fourth-grade students in Semarang City, Central Java. Both qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods are applied, with qualitative data analyzed based on expert feedback and quantitative analysis involving normality tests, paired sample t-tests, and N-Gain analysis. The results show that the teaching module and content receive a score of 90%, while the media component achieves 92%, both categorized as "highly feasible". Student and teacher evaluations further support these findings, with feasibility ratings of 96.75% for the small group, 91.96% for the large group, and 92.11% for teachers. The effectiveness of the digital comic is demonstrated by posttest averages of 83.33 (small group) and 82.11 (large group), exceeding the minimum mastery threshold. The data meet the assumption of normality (p > 0.05), and paired t-tests confirm a significant improvement between pretest and posttest scores (p = 0.001 and p = 0.000, respectively). N-Gain scores are 63.64% (small group) and 69.28% (large group), both categorized as "moderately effective". These findings indicate that the digital comic integrated with Pancasila Student Profiles is feasible and effective in enhancing students

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of professional value and perceived adoption control on teachers' CPD engagement via a digital teaching platform.  This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. It involves 313 high school teachers in Pati, Grobogan and Semarang Central Java with at least a year of experience in using the digital teaching platform. The instrument used in this study is a 5-point Likert scale item survey with 21 questions covering 11 constructs adapted from TAM. It uses Jamovi to analyze and model the data statistically. Structural Equation Modelling examines the relationship between variables proposed in the model. The result of the study shows that perceived professional value moderately impacts teachers' CPD Engagement. The constructs strongly mediate their CPD engagement through the perceived adoption control construct. The SEM analysis indicates that the proposed model is a good fit, as the fit indices show. The conceptual implication of the findings demonstrates that it extends TAM 2 in CPD context using a digital teaching platform. Practically, CPD program should align the technology tools with teachers’ professional goals and ensure it is part of the professional culture rather than leaving it as optional or voluntary practices.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze differentiated learning innovations in the context of inclusive education. The main focus is how content, process and product differentiation strategies are implemented to accommodate student diversity and the role of Special Assistance Teachers (GPK) in supporting the learning of students with special needs. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Research informants consisted of class teachers, GPK, madrasah principals, students, and parents. The data analysis technique used the Miles & Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, concluding, and verification. The results of the study showed that content differentiation was implemented through various material formats, such as text, audio, and video, to accommodate diverse learning styles. Process differentiation was carried out using heterogeneous group-based learning methods and the use of teaching aids to improve student interaction and understanding. Meanwhile, product differentiation provides flexibility for students in displaying their understanding through various forms of assignments. Although this strategy increases student engagement and motivation, the main challenges found are limited resources, teacher readiness, and an evaluation system that does not fully support the differentiation approach. This study recommends increasing teacher training in differentiated learning strategies, optimizing the role of GPK, and utilizing educational technology to improve the effectiveness of inclusive learning.
