Abstract

This study investigates the influence of ethical leadership, corporate culture, employee empowerment, and organizational commitment on employee productivity within a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE). Using a sample of 300 employees, data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, reliability testing, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The findings indicate that all four factors significantly enhance employee productivity, with organizational commitment having the strongest impact. Ethical leadership was also found to influence productivity indirectly through organizational commitment, while corporate culture moderated the relationship between leadership and productivity. Employee empowerment was shown to further improve productivity by granting greater autonomy and responsibility to employees. These results suggest that SOEs can enhance employee productivity by fostering ethical leadership, a supportive corporate culture, empowering employees, and building organizational commitment. The study provides valuable insights for SOEs aiming to improve performance in a public-sector context.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of sustainable investments in driving corporate profitability in Indonesia, with a particular focus on the mediating role of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance and the moderating effect of regulatory frameworks. Using data from 210 companies across various sectors, the study employs structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the proposed relationships. The results show that sustainable investments significantly enhance corporate profitability, with ESG performance acting as a key mediator in this relationship. Additionally, regulatory frameworks are found to moderate the impact of sustainable investments on profitability, amplifying the positive effects when regulatory support is strong. These findings underscore the importance of integrating sustainability into business strategies and highlight the crucial role of supportive policies in fostering green investments. The study contributes to the growing literature on green finance by providing empirical evidence on the financial benefits of sustainability in emerging markets like Indonesia.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a critical determinant of business sustainability and growth, influencing customer loyalty, company reputation, and competitive positioning. This study systematically reviews the interplay between pricing strategies and service quality as key drivers of customer satisfaction. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the PRISMA framework, 25 relevant articles were analyzed to synthesize insights into this dynamic relationship. The findings reveal that effective pricing strategies, including value-based, competitive, and dynamic pricing, significantly impact customer satisfaction by aligning price with perceived value. Simultaneously, high service quality, measured through the SERVQUAL dimensions (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles), enhances customer experiences and fosters loyalty. The study underscores the critical interdependence of these factors, demonstrating that businesses must balance competitive pricing with superior service delivery to optimize customer satisfaction. This research provides a framework for companies to strategically integrate pricing and service quality, addressing market-specific challenges and leveraging opportunities for long-term success. Future studies are encouraged to explore the role of technological advancements, such as AI-driven pricing models and personalized service innovations, in further enhancing customer satisfaction in dynamic and competitive markets.

Structural equation modeling confirms these relationships, providing a comprehensive framework for understanding how digital marketing strategies foster long-term customer loyalty. The study contributes to the theoretical discourse on digital marketing and offers actionable insights for e-commerce businesses aiming to thrive in a competitive marketplace.
