Abstract

Digitization of tourism is considered very crucial if a country wants to capture the growth opportunities of the tourism sector. Tourist destinations can be searched online, offering convenience for the public, especially elderly tourists who want a comfortable and pleasant tourist spot in their spare time or on vacation. For elderly foreign tourists will choose to do outdoor activities if the temperature has started to warm. Tourist attractions with beaches that have warm temperatures are certainly suitable for the atmosphere of elderly tourists to spend their leisure time. The purpose of this research is to find out the perception of the elderly in traveling in the digital era. The research method is descriptive research is not intended to test certain hypotheses, but only describes what it is about a variable, symptom or condition. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The results of the research show that the perception of the elderly in traveling in the digital era can be seen from the results: 1) The assessor factor is in the High category, 2) Viewed from the situational factor in the Very High category and seen from the target factor in the Very High category. Thus tourist attractions that are traced through social media or the internet by elderly tourists use the latest technology in seeing the development of tourist attractions, seeing the uniqueness, comfort level, security in accordance with reality so that they can find information on tourist attractions, state of facilities, so look for tourist attractions that can be visited. provide complete facilities and attractive conditions. Abstract

  Kinesthetic-based physical education learning has a great opportunity to develop multiple intelligences in students at school, Through physical education carried out in schools, it can be used as a tool to help students improve motor skills, health, fitness, character building, personality, discipline and inculcating the values ​​of honesty, cooperation and responsibility. Currently, the reality of teachers in the field does not understand the role of physical education in the educational process, most teachers argue that sport is only for maintaining health and has not yet reached the role of physical education in supporting the development of children's intelligence. The purpose of this study was to see how far the implementation of physical education in improving kinesthetic intelligence in Madrasah Ibtidayyah (MI) Al-Firdaus and MI Yanuri through a management approach. Specifically, this study describes the principles of management theory, including: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) implementing, and (4) evaluating physical education and its relationship with kinesthetic intelligence using management theory from GR Terry and Howard Gadner's theory of kinesthetic intelligence. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies.

Abstract

The provisions of Article 24C paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Constitution Year 1945 give authority to the Constitutional Court to the dispute over the authority of state institutions whose authority is granted by the Constitution. Whereas disputes between state institutions that are not regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Constitution Year 1945 have a vacuum of norm.The results of the study show that: first, the need to regulate disputes over authority between state institutions that are not regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Constitution Year 1945 because Indonesia is a constitutional state, due to the incomplete discussion in the Amendment of the Republic of Indonesia Constitution Year 1945, due to the potential for disputes of authority between state institutions. Second, the legal implications of the settlement of authority between state institutions not regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Constitution Year 1945 conducted by the President through instructions for resolving disputes. Third, in the perspective of state life, the formulation of disputes settlement arrangements between state institutions can be done through three options: (1) expanding the authority of the Constitutional Court (2) expanding the authority of the Supreme Court (3) giving authority to other state institutions.

Abstract

There are two issues studied in this thesis: (1) How to Trade Forex on a Financial Broker Succes Trader, (2) How to Analyze Sharia Economic Law on Forex Trading at a Financial Broker Succes Trader. This thesis aims to find out how to trade Forex on a Financial Broker Success Trader and the analysis of sharia economic law on Forex Trading at a Financial Broker Success Trader. This research is a type of field research with empirical normative research methods. From the results of this study, it was found that: (1) Forex Trading on a Financial Broker Success Trader has three aspects, namely; a forex trading contract made with the approval of both parties by filling in personal data before creating an FBS account, forex trading procedures on FBS from how to sell and buy, how to withdraw funds (profits and deposits) and how to freeze a temporary account for traders. Then regarding the object of forex trading transactions on FBS, namely by trading currency pairs of different types. (2) The analysis of sharia economic law on forex trading contracts on FBS is following the provisions of sharia economic law that forex trading is also called al-sharf, namely buying and selling foreign currencies and not trading in similar currencies at different prices but in different currencies at a different rate or value. Forex trading is the same as buying and selling in general, and there is nothing prohibited in Islamic economic law. The procedure for forex trading on FBS is also appropriate regarding how to sell, buy, and withdraw funds and does not include prohibitions in sharia economic law. Regarding the object of forex trading transactions on FBS, it follows the provisions of sharia economic law, namely not trading goods of the same value at different prices but foreign currencies (different types) with different prices.

Abstract

This paper focused on the development of validation of a project-based learning module for selected topics in Biology. Project-Based Learning is deemed to promote holistic development of the learners especially in relation to biology for junior high school. The development phase involved the identification of the least learned competencies in biology that involved topics about cells, microorganism, digestive system and biodiversity, photosynthesis, cellular respiration, and ecosystems and evolution. The development phase also involved the formulation of the general layout of the module as well as the creation of project-based learning activities, as well as other related exercises and activities and rooms or reflections, and conclusions. The module is described according to the module design, module content, and the project-based learning content. The module design is characterized into the cover page, preface and table of contents, and the module content per grade levels themselves. For the module content, it involved the activities, lessons, exercises, and projects that come with each of the topic per grade level. Lastly, the PBL content focused on the structure of Project-based learning itself, which deemed to promote holistic learning among the learners especially when it comes to other skills such as creativity, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking. The learning module also underwent the process of validation. There were ten identified validators for the learning module who were given a set of rubrics that assisted them in terms of evaluating the researcher-made project-based learning module. Through the validation process, the module was marked as excellent, as all the expected elements of the modules were met.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Human Resource Development strategy as preparation for the Industrial Revolution Era 5.0. In the 5.0 era, the industry began to touch the virtual world, in the form of human, machine and data connectivity, all of which are already everywhere, known as the Internet of Things (IoT). Therefore, the Human Resource Development Strategy needs to be considered considering that Indonesia is a country with a high number of productive ages. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. In qualitative research, the formulation of the problem taken from the case study that will be examined in this context is the HR Development Strategy as Preparation for the Industrial Revolution Era 5.0. Qualitative data was collected by means of interviews, document analysis, literature study and direct observation. There are several methods of developing Human Resources that can be done, namely: 1) Skill Training Method; 2) Retraining Methods; 3) Cross-Functional Training Methods; 4) Team Training Methods; 5) Creativity Training Method. Curriculum development is also one of the things that can direct and shape the character of Indonesian people to be ready to face the industrial revolution 5.0.

Abstract

The present study reports the first comprehensive study on the freshwater macroinvertebrates and its habitat preferences in Bilah River, the largest riverin the Northern Sumatra. The riverside is characterized by the presence of anthropogenic and industrial activities which may alter the macroinvertebrate assemblage and biodiversity. Five months of investigation on 10 sampling stations from December 2016 to October 2017 was conducted based on the river flow in Bilah River. Principal component analysis indicated a decrease in trophic status from upstream to downstream of the river. A total of 27 taxa were recorded, with the most abundant group The developmental task of a child is something that appears at a certain period in the life span, if one phase fails it will cause various difficulties in completing the next phase of development. This is experienced by students with special needs (PDBK). Currently, the reality of teachers in the field is that they do not understand how to identify and assess these developmental phases for GDPK, which is a prerequisite for supporting success in the academic field. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of developmental assessments in the two inclusive organizing schools, Ibnu Sina and Mutiara Bunda, in finding the actual GDPK profile through the “Daming Cycle” management theory approach from W. Edward Daming. In particular, this study describes and analyzes (1) plan, (2) Do, (3) Check and (4) action on developmental assessment using Sallis Edward's quality theory and Huvinggurst's developmental theory. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Collecting data by conducting observations, interviews, and study of documentation and validation of research results by conducting FGD (forum group discussion). The results of the study indicate that the management of developmental assessments at the inclusive schools of Ibnu Sina and Mutiara Bunda has been carried out by adjusting the existing concept rules, although in its implementation there are still obstacles, especially in terms of parental commitment and teacher understanding in GDPK confectionery.

Abstract

Sex education equips students to have sexual behavior that is in accordance with applicable values ​​and norms and to avoid sexual harassment. Children with mental retardation who have mild intellectual disabilities have difficulty understanding the sexual symptoms they experience. This study aims to examine and explore the management of sex education for mild mentally retarded children at SLB Negeri Slawi and SLB Tebar Pesona Kasih in Brebes. The research method used is qualitative methods with collection techniques using interview, observation, and documentation studies. In this study, the theory of sex education management used refers to the “Edward Daming” theory with data assessment adjusted to the management principles of the “Daming cycle” namely PDCA: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) evaluation and follow-up. As for the results of the management of sex education in these two special schools, there are several research results that state the discrepancy between theory and concept due to several obstacles that become obstacles including students, parents, institutions, teachers and supporting infrastructure for sex education. Abstract

The background of this research is how to find accounting fraud in a retail company, which consists of internal control variables and compensation suitability. Therefore, with accounting fraud, it can be prevented from an early age so that retail companies can continue to move forward in the future. The method used in this study is to use the literature review method and use quantitative methods by conducting a survey to 22 retail companies in order to find out frauds that exist in retail companies. The problem in this research is how to find out accounting fraud in a retail company that raises variables from internal control and compensation suitability with the two variables, it will be known what fraudulent actions occurred in retail companies so that retail companies can progress and develop so that they do not the loss is getting worse. The purpose of this study is how to find out accounting frauds in a retail company, because the fraud can make a retail company close and go bankrupt. Therefore, with preventive measures, it can be seen what things can prevent the company from cheating.

Abstract

In the sub-sector of food and beverage, capital structure is the most important thing in its operational activities. So it is such a great deal for the company to develop a good capital structure so that its operational activities run smoothly. This research was done on purpose to help explaining what factors gives a major influence on the structure of capital of the food and beverage companies. The method used is a quantitative method in the form of an associative where the sample applied is 10 companies within a period of 3 years, from 2018 to 2020. The technique of data collection is applying the technique of documentation. To test the hypothesis through analysis of multiple linear regression that previously tested in the help of the test of classical assumption.
