Abstract

The purpose of this community service was to educate the application of probiotics and immunostimulants in aquaculture. This activity was carried out in Cot Darat village, Samatiga District, West Aceh Regency. This activity is divided into three steps, namely: (1) Introduction and socialization of probiotics and immunostimulant; (2) practice to produce probiotics and the application techniques; and (3) the monitoring of fish health and growth during cultivation. The type of bacteria used in this probiotic is Lactobacillus bacteria and the immunostimulant ingredients are turmeric and curcumin. Lactobacillus, turmeric and curcuma are known can improve fish health in aquaculture. The results of this activity indicate that group members have understood the definition of probiotics and immunostimulants, their benefits and how to make and apply them in aquaculture. In addition, fish health and growth are increase during fish culture compare before the probiotics was applied. The differences that occurred during probiotics application in fish cultivation were seen that the fish became healthier, the growth was better, and fish mortality decreased.

Abstract

The role of universities is needed in preparing superior human resources who are able to compete globally. Universities must adapt quickly in preparing students' new skills and competencies to face these new challenges. In order to prepare students for increasingly rapid social, cultural and technological developments, student competencies must be able to compete in this global era. Link and match not only with the world of industry and the world of work but also with a rapidly changing future. Implementation of mbkm using a strategic management approach, namely organizing, operational planning, allocation of resources with indicators of preparation and allocation of budgets, and management of human resources. Research methods with a qualitative approach and case study research methods. The research was conducted at stt mandala and itg. Methods of collecting data by interview, observation and documentation. The implementation of mbkm to improve has been carried out but not all mbkm activities or programs have been followed. Its implementation will continue to be improved so that all mbkm policies can be implemented optimally. Higher education commitments in implementing mbkm with an understanding of the urgency and relevance of mbkm, kpi and clustering.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop an interactive e-book for production unit courses by applying a valid, practical and effective hybrid learning. The product development model used is the IDI (Instructional Development Institute) model.. The subjects of this study were students of Fashion Design Education. The results obtained from this development research are as follows: (1) The availability of interactive e-books for production unit courses, (2) Production unit interactive e-books are declared to be very valid by material experts (0.86) and media experts ( 0.87), (3) interactive e-books for production unit courses based on lecturer responses are very practical (88%) and based on student responses are stated to be very practical (90%), (4) interactive e-book production units are declared effective in improve student learning outcomes (12.69%). Based on the findings of this study, it was concluded that interactive e-books for production unit courses were valid, practical and effective to be used as teaching materials in production unit courses at the university level.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the role of the lurah in community empowerment as an effort to realize the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Berangas Village, Alalak District, Barito Kuala Regency, and want to know the obstacles faced in community empowerment. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation. The role of the lurah is seen from its role as a motivator, facilitator, regulator and mobilizer. The research findings revealed that the role of the lurah in community empowerment was not maximized, especially in the role of facilitator. Constraints faced are limited budget, mindset or mindset of the community and the reduced potential of natural resources, and very limited community self-help. It is recommended that there be sufficient financial support, empowerment models and collaboration with other agencies or universities as supporters of community empowerment programs.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the weak life skills and entrepreneurship of Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). The purpose of the study was to analyze and describe the management of life skills learning in improving student entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri south Tangerang. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The theory that underlies this research is the theory of management and learning. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Planning by formulating policies, missions, goals and programs of each school, but has not been supported by educators and the involvement of external school parties. (2) Organizing is arranged according to the program and school resources but has not been supported by teacher resources according to the field of expertise. (3) Actuating in the process is theoretical and practical but not optimal, especially developing student entrepreneurship. (4) Controlling through mentoring and evaluation/assessment by teachers on a regular and scheduled basis but has not been maximized due to lack of resource support and development of areas of expertise. (5) barrier factors include the lack of teachers and teacher entrepreneurship competencies, and the lack of school operational budgets for the development of learning facilities and infrastructure. (6) Solutions: maximizing education staff who have expertise, effectiveness and efficiency of learning time, and are active in competitions in the field of expertise.

Abstract

Education has an important role in human life. In its management, formal education in Indonesia at the elementary and secondary levels is carried out in educational units called schools or madrasas. Today's education units face challenges, both from similar competitors and the demands and expectations of society. For this reason, educational units need to be competitive. Even so, Madrasah Aliyah must also have competitiveness. From this background, the researchers set out to study by presenting a study entitled Strategies for Increasing the Competitiveness of Private Madrasah Aliyah at MA YPPA Cipulus Wanayasa and MA Al-Mutohhar Plered Purwakarta. The purpose of this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method that describes strategies for increasing competitiveness in the MA YPPA Cipulus Wanayasa Purwakarta and MA Al-Muthohhar Plered Purwakarta. Abstract

This paper describes the development CTL learning model in Fiqh subjects astheoretically and practically it is a learning model that has been tested for validity, practicality, and effectiveness, so that it can be considered as a learning model. CTLexplains about achieving the learning objectives, namely the main point is to increase students’ thinking level, the presentation of material in worksheets must be arranged according to students’ thinking level, teaching and learning activities must follow the phases of learning orientation, group discussions, class discussions, integration, and evaluation as learning syntax, in addition to the pre-test and post-test. As a results, CTLhas contributed to learning theory. The CTL is a prescriptive learning theory, which means that it prescribes optimal learning to achieve learning outcomes (especially to increase students’ thinking level). The question theory is that “to level up students’ thinking level in Fiqh subjects is by arranging learning materials according to students’abilities and the implementation of CTL.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the settlement of default disputes through subpoena (somatie or legal notice) and analyze the legal protection of debtors' defaults. This research is a type of normative research. So that it can be seen that legal protection against debtor default is divided into two, namely preventive legal protection (prevention) and repressive (settlement). Apart from that, there is also rescheduling, reconditioning and restructuring. In addition, settlement of default disputes through subpoena (somatie or legal notice) is legal. However, subpoena does not have the nature of execution, because only as a warning, therefore it can be resolved by means of litigation and non-litigation.

Abstract

The justice collaborator system is a new system in criminal procedural law in Indonesia. The legal basis for justice collaborators is currently still regulated in Law No. Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 31 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 13 of 2006 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims. The issues being analyzed are legal certainty and forms of legal protection. to justice collaborators. The research method used is normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of the study show that the legal sources of Justice collaborators are currently not regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code, but are still regulated in one law with reporting witnesses and victim witnesses. The form of protection given to perpetrator witnesses (justice collaborators) who have status as suspects or defendants is protection for personal security, family and property, free from threats, giving statements without pressure, getting translators, free from ensnaring questions, getting information about progress of the case, obtain information regarding court decisions, obtain information in terms of the convict being released, keep his identity confidential, obtain a new identity, obtain temporary residence, obtain a new residence, obtain reimbursement of transportation costs as needed, obtain legal advice, obtain temporary living expenses assistance until the Protection deadline expires; and/or receive assistance. Meanwhile, justice collaborators whose status as convicts are conditional release, additional remissions and the rights of other convicts.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the importance of English learning media that can be accessed by everyone anytime and anywhere, in this case not limited to the students of STIE Enam Enam Kendari butstudents from other tertiary institutions andeven the general public. It is related to the Ministry of Education,Cultures, Researchand Technology’s program about Freedom to Learn (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka)which creates a flexible and innovative teaching-learning process. Therefore this research aims to design and develop website-based learning media using a content management system (CMS), namely WordPress and the elementor plugin for English courses at STIE Enam Enam Kendari. The stage of research method used is a"modified waterfall model" which consists of several stages described as follows: Requirement and analysis:the stage for collecting basic information by utilizing the interview method and literature study; SystemDesigning: this stage is used to illustrate flowcharts and design web-based learning media and determine users/accessors; Implementation: the stage of installing a new system; Testing: the stage to ensure the system is running as needed; Deployment: the stage where the system that has been tested is implemented to the user; Maintenance: the stage used to meet the needs for system improvement after being distributed to users.Research findings showed that WordPress as a content management system and elementor plugin are effectivetools to develop and design web-based English learningmedia. It meets the criteria of online learning media aswell. The students can accessthe web-based English learning media to find information about the lessons ormaterials from the 1st to the 16th meeting in certain semesters. In addition, the usersin this case the students’ responses towards the web-based English learning media using WordPress and elementor were categorized as satisfied in all aspects (layout & design; speed web pages load; and learning materials) with the averagenumber ofpercentage 87% (excellent).
