Abstract

This research is research and development by utilizing animation in e-learning to form new knowledge for students. In addition to knowledge, this research also develops students' skills in designing messages using technology. The results are in the form of videos, animations and blogs, these are the results of the use of ADDIE research and development designs. The ADDIE model is oriented to the competition and conditional audience. The competency results showed that the attendance of 30 students showed an average of 82%, assignments 76%, formative evaluation 82%, summative evaluation 86%, making papers 72%, discussion 88%, work results 86%, and presentations 82%. The ADDIE model also offers validation of the animation media used. The 3 validators showed that the categories were good for 1) The attractiveness and clarity of the message, 2) it was easy to understand both visually and auditory, 3) both the message relevance (systematic and structured). The reason this research was applied is that the use of animation is also used to support the presentation of teaching materials where during the pandemic, bold learning is applied. The use of animation is a lesson plan which is then continued with face-to-face learning with schynchronous zoom integrated with the Moodle application. The summative and formative scoring system uses a google form that is connected to Moodle using a link. In this study also assess the material from the animation of 3 validators in the form of story boards. The average results of the use of messages have a valid and contextual theoretical basis keywords.

Abstract

This article is about improving learning through listening teams and quizzes. Seeing the phenomenon of the low level of completeness of students in understanding the material presented in class, because they still use the lecture method which is considered less than optimal. So that the concept of the material is not understood by students. Therefore, we need a solution in teaching and learning activities to overcome the problems above, namely by using the Listening Team and Team Quiz methods as an alternative offer because it can arouse students’ enthusiasm and enthusiasm and develop children’s potential optimally. Experiments of listening team and team quiz learning models on student study results in Islamic Junior High School (Madrasah Tsanawiyah), especially in Social Sciences subjects (IPS).

Abstract

With the title Analysis of the Impact of Covid-19 on the Income of Oil Palm Farmers in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the impact of covid-19 on the income of oil palm farmers in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The analytical method used is mathematical analysis and descriptive analysis by simplifying table data. The data collected in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained through interviews with respondents using questionnaires. The results showed that there was a significant difference in palm oil production before and during the COVID-19 pandemic and there was a significant difference in farmers' income before the pandemic, which was Rp. 13,795,936 and during the pandemic, which was Rp. 11,175,474.

Abstract

Accident is an event that cannot be predicted and suspected by someone who experiences it which often results in losses both in terms ofmaterial and human life. The research method is carried out using descriptive qualitative research methods carried out through in-depth interviews (indept interviews). The results of the research conducted there are activities that are risky on human, mechanical andenvironmental factors at every stage of work at Duta Kaca. In the human factor, workers use PPE only glasses and masks if there is a need, and negligence is one of the triggers in working, on the mechanical factor. The available equipment also does not meet work standards, unfavorable machine conditions can also cause work accidents at Duta Kaca, In terms of the work environment, workers feel comfortable with their work environment and are accustomed to noise, so the environment does not trigger work accidents at Duta Glass. So it can be concluded that the aluminum service activities at Duta Kaca have risks that can be detrimental to the workers. It is suggested to the owners of Duta Kaca to pay more attention to workers to wearPersonal Protective Equipment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and reveal the management process carried out in the khidmah practice of Mualimin Muadalah Pesantren as a tradition as well as a unic programme to produce quality graduates. This study was conducted at two Mualimin Muadalah Pesantren of West Java Province, namely Pesantren Darussalam Garut and Pesantren Fajrussalam Bogor. The method used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis techniques. The data is based on observation, interviews, and documentation records. Research findings reveal that the participants undergo one year of preparatory training in scientific writing, Islamic ancient scripture literacy, worship leadership, teaching skills, and Arabic and English language skills. The training was satisfies the institution although its stopped early due to the outbreak of the Covid19 pandemic. After training, participants were sent to undergo a one-year field service period consists of two domains: (1) carrying out teaching and administrative duties; (2) working in the organizational structure of the pesantren and being involved in social and religious events held by the pesantren. The management of teacher service practice does not show significant problems, while the management of boarding service practice is still constrained by inconsistency in supervision and assessment system that is not yet optimal.

Abstract

The background of this research is how to implement a balanced scorecard to calculate performance in a company. With the opportunity score k method, it can be seen whether the company can develop or not or what things can affect a company that will develop. The method used in this study is to use the literature review method, and use trials on existing data in the company, with this data it can be seen that the real results of the company can progress and develop. The problem raised in this research is how to find out what things can improve the performance of all companies. Therefore, with the balanced scorecard method, it will be known what things are the weaknesses and strengths of a company that will develop so that it can corrected early. the purpose of this research is how to find out the application of the balanced scorecard hood score to work performance in a company so that it can be known what things can affect and be influenced by a company so that things can be fixed that are the shortcomings of a company.

Abstract

This paper is intended to provide permanent information about learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic in utilizing information and communication technology. Based on the fact that most educators are not very familiar with managing information technology and communication and not all educational institutions feel the existence of technology that can support teaching and learning activities so that in the era of the Covid19 pandemic, there are still many schools that do the learning process manually, namely by providing modules or tasks to students to be done at home. This study was conducted using framing analysis of the phenomenon faced by teachers, especially teachers in Indonesia in an effort to improve competence in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The use of technology in the learning process can trigger increased interest and motivation for learning students until the quality of their learning increases. The use of gadgets that are commonly used by students in the present era in the teaching and learning process is expected to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process itself.

Abstract

Empowerment of PAI Supervisors through the Supervisory Working Group (Research on PAI Pokjawas West Java Province). The research problem starts from the strategic position of Pokjawas as a supervisory organization for PAI supervisors but, on the one hand, shows the low competence of PAI supervisors and the lack of competency development by the authorities. That became the foundation of Kindervatter's theory of empowerment. This research aims to explore the implementation of PAI supervisor empowerment through Pokjawas in West Java Province. Specifically, it is to find out the efforts of Pokjawas The results showed that the appointment of PAI supervisors through Pokjawas in the form of (1) developing the potential (enabling) of PAI supervisors indicated by the existence of a supervisory competency development program, developing supervisory resources, building and encouraging the independence of the new supervisors for the most part; (2) building the power (empowering) of PAI supervisors is made by reinforcing to improve the competence of PAI supervisors that are already running, but not yet PAI supervisors are involved in this (3) protecting by fighting for the rights of members so that PAI supervisors feel calm, comfortable and prosperous in carrying out their duties (4) innovating for PAI supervisors by developing supervisory information systems and technology, developing supervisory supervision models, utilizing organizational information media to improve supervisory competence.

Abstract

Study aims to find out how the legal protection efforts for victims of sexual violence-rape children and how the impact received by the child, and how the system of imposing sanctions received by perpetrators of the crime of rape whose age is also still under the age decided by the District Court. Surabaya. This study uses a normative juridical approach. In this research, the main source is legal material, not data or social facts. The legal materials consist of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, which begins with grouping the same data and information according to sub-aspects and then interprets to give meaning to each sub-aspect and its relationship to one another. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that legal protection for child victims of rape has not met expectations and is very worrying. Because they have to suffer prolonged trauma, due to the actions of the perpetrators. Meanwhile, the imposition of sanctions for perpetrators who are also minors, is considered still far from paying attention to the rights and negative negative consequences of the victim because the decision is considered not to be in accordance with the provisions and expectations.
