Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming labour markets through automation, job displacement, and the creation of new employment opportunities. This study employs a descriptive and comparative research design to analyze AI's impact across various industries, using statistical trend analysis, comparative sector evaluations, and qualitative NVivo-style interview analysis. Findings indicate that industries such as manufacturing and retail experience high job displacement rates (45% and 35%), whereas healthcare and Education show higher AI-driven job creation (50% and 60%). A major challenge identified is the AI skills gap, where 84% of interview respondents highlighted difficulties in workforce adaptation due to the lack of AI-related training programs. The trend analysis reveals a 55% increase in AI job creation between 2015-2025, but many workers remain unprepared for these new roles. Comparative industry analysis suggests that countries and sectors investing in reskilling initiatives and AI governance policies experience lower AI-induced unemployment rates. Beyond economic concerns, this study highlights AI's psychological and social implications in the workplace, such as job insecurity, workplace surveillance, and mental health challenges. To address these issues, governments and corporations must implement AI workforce reskilling programs, fair labour policies, and ethical AI deployment strategies. The research concludes that proactive AI governance and workforce adaptation strategies are essential for ensuring an inclusive and sustainable labour market transition.

Abstract

Farmers frequently endure exhaustion and muscle aches as a result of their heavy labour, which affects their sleep quality and health. Farmers' occupational health is improved by using gradual muscle relaxation to minimize fatigue, muscle pain, and poor sleep quality. The goal of this study is to see how common muscular relaxation is and how effective it is at reducing fatigue, muscle pain, and improving sleep quality among coffee producers in Bajawa District. This research employs two different designs: descriptive observational research with a cross-sectional design and experimental design with pretest and posttest designs. A total of 240 farmers were sampled using stratified random sampling, while 18 farmers were sampled using multistage random sampling. The findings of this study using descriptive analysis revealed that fatigue, muscle pain, and sleep quality were all high among coffee farmers in Bajawa District, with 119 people (49.6%) reporting severe fatigue, 124 people (51.7%) reporting high muscle pain, and 160 people reporting poor sleep quality (66.67 %). The paired t-test yielded a p-value=0.000, indicating that administering ROP had an effect on farmer tiredness (p0.05), muscle pain (p0.05), and sleep quality (p0.05). ROP, in conclusion, has a tiredness impact that relieves fatigue, calms and comforts the environment, manages pain, and induces sleep.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of cloud-based financial information systems in addressing corporate liquidity crises. It aims to identify how cloud financial systems improve liquidity stability, financial decision-making, and operational efficiency while examining key implementation challenges. A mixed-methods approach was applied, combining quantitative multiple linear regression analysis and qualitative case studies from 10 selected Indonesian companies across various sectors. The study measured key factors, including financial data access speed, accuracy, cash flow prediction, and liquidity management efficiency. The quantitative results show that all independent variables positively and significantly impact corporate liquidity stability (p-value 0.05). Liquidity management efficiency (coefficient = 0.366) had the most potent effect, followed by financial data access (0.347), accuracy and transparency (0.340), and cash flow prediction (0.308). The qualitative findings further validate these results, with companies reporting better financial forecasting, reduced manual errors, and improved decision-making speed. However, key challenges include high implementation costs, cybersecurity risks, and system integration difficulties. Businesses must adopt strategic implementation plans, focusing on enhanced cybersecurity measures, affordable cloud solutions, and team member training programs to maximize cloud financial benefits. SMEs, in particular, require scalable cloud options to mitigate financial and technological constraints. Abstract

Appendix inflammation, a tube-like structure at the end of the large intestine is acute appendicitis. Right lower quadrant abdomen pain is the most frequent clinical symptom of this condition and, hence, the most common abdominal emergency. Acute appendicitis is notoriously complicated to diagnose since the patient's pain is the sole definite sign. Appendectomy is the sole option when diagnosing or treating acute appendicitis. The purpose of this research is to identify the symptoms and signs of acute appendicitis in patients who have undergone appendectomy operations at Tarakan Regional Hospital. The most common occurrence of acute appendicitis was in patients aged 12–16 years, as identified by this research. Acute appendicitis is more common in this age bracket compared to adults and children. Another unexpected finding of this study is that females make up the majority of people who experience acute appendicitis. While men would theoretically be more at risk, this study found otherwise in Tarakan Regional Hospital. The findings shed light on the age and gender incidence of acute appendicitis, something that medical professionals need to know. To make a prompt and correct diagnosis, medical professionals must be able to detect this pattern of symptoms. Medical intervention can be more effective with an accurate early diagnosis, which speeds up the recovery process and reduces the likelihood of more severe sequelae.

Abstract

Cybersecurity in team member data management is critical to corporate operations, especially in the e-commerce industry, which faces continuously evolving digital threats. This study evaluates cybersecurity awareness in Tokopedia's Human Resources (HR) department and the effectiveness of security policies implemented following the 2020 data breach incident. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that while Tokopedia has strengthened its data security policies, significant challenges remain in team member compliance with security protocols, policy implementation complexity, and limited understanding of cyber threats. To address these challenges, this study recommends an approach based on interactive training programs, adopting Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for cybersecurity threat detection. Furthermore, strengthening cybersecurity culture through management involvement and team member incentive systems is also identified as a strategic measure to enhance awareness and compliance with security policies. With proper implementation, Tokopedia can enhance team member data protection, reduce cybersecurity risks, and ensure long-term information security sustainability within the company.

Abstract

National energy needs and efforts to fulfill them are currently vital issues to be discussed and resolved. One type of energy that still has various problems is fuel gas, especially LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas). The gas scarcity in each region differs; not all regions experience gas shortages, and some areas have excess LPG gas stocks. The problem of the scarcity of 3 kilogram (Kg) LPG gas is not the first time this has happened. In recent months, people in some regions have complained about the scarcity of subsidized 3-kilogram (kg) LPG gas. This situation certainly makes it difficult for the community. Not only does the scarcity hamper community activities, but it also makes the price of gas refills more expensive than usual. With the increasing demand for LPG gas every year, the government must provide large stocks of LPG gas. But what power if the LPG gas stock is less or runs out at specific locations. Therefore, applying gas base route search is needed to overcome the shortage of gas stock at a location. This application applies two search methods, namely the Dijkstra algorithm and the ant colony algorithm, to find the fastest route to the location of the gas base in the XYZ area. In the algorithm process, Dijkstra requires distance data for each city before starting the algorithm process. The Ant Colony Algorithm does not require the distance of each city because, in an Ant Colony, the distance between towns is calculated after the ants complete their journey. From the results of the process of the two algorithms, it is known that the path produced by Dijkstra's algorithm is more consistent and precise than the Ant Colony algorithm, which gives results that are not necessarily the same for each process.

Abstract

Education plays a major role in improving the quality of human resources. To support this effort, an application is needed so that it can measure the efficiency of education performance quickly and automatically. This research uses the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The Data Envelopment Analysis method is a method that utilizes linear programming to compare decision-making units, by comparing one Decision Making Unit (DMU) with other DMUs that use similar resources to produce similar outputs. This research successfully developed an application to measure the performance efficiency of junior high schools in Nisam District. The application was designed using UML, PHP, and MySQL, and data was collected through interviews with school officials. The application provides an attractive user interface and can calculate linear programming with the DEA method, in accordance with calculations using Lindo 6.1 software. The data used for the efficiency analysis includes input data, such as the number of teachers, other students, facilities and infrastructure, the number of students admitted in 2023, certified and uncertified teachers, teachers with master's degrees, PPPK teachers, honorarium teachers, as well as the average student pass rate and the number of students graduating in 2023 as output. Of the 6 sample schools, 5 schools (83.33%) achieved efficiency, while 1 school (16.66%) was not efficient.
