Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership strategies of the principals of State Elementary Schools in Nganjuk District in developing technology-based learning innovations by referring to the theory of 5 leadership approaches by Kouzes & Posner; (1) Model The Way, (2) Inspire a Shared Vision, (3) Challenge the Process, (4) Enable Others to Act, (5) Encourage the Heart. This study uses a qualitative research method with the type of field study research, the researcher examines in depth the leadership strategy of the principal of SDN 1 Ganungkidul and the principal of SDN Kedungdowo as a school that has implemented technology-based learning in Nganjuk District, Nganjuk Regency. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis techniques apply the Miles, Huberman and Saldana models which consist of; data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions or data verification. The research informants were namely 6 people; 1 principal, 1 class teacher at each grade level, and 1 student each grade 3 and grade 6 from SDN 1 Ganungkidul and SDN Kedungdowo. The research results show that the principal at SDN 1 Ganungkidul uses a transformational leadership, which strongly encourages innovation and experimentation in teacher technology use. This includes providing intensive training and providing access to the latest technology tools and resources. In contrast, the principal at SDN Kedungdowo applies a participatory leadership by involving teachers in decision-making regarding the technology used.

Abstract

Program Sekolah Penggerak merupakan salah satu kebijakan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui transformasi pembelajaran dan penguatan digitalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana pelaksanaan kebijakan tersebut pada sekolah yang ditunjuk pemerintah dengan menggunakan perspektif implementasi kebijakan publik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data berupa penelitian terdahulu dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak berjalan dengan baik melalui penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka, pembelajaran diferensiasi, pemanfaatan digitalisasi pendidikan, serta pengembangan kompetensi guru dan kepala sekolah. Keberhasilan program didukung oleh kolaborasi antara sekolah, pengawas, orang tua, dan mitra serta menghasilkan evaluasi yang positif. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada analisis komprehensif implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak yang menyoroti keterpaduan digitalisasi, pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dan dukungan lingkungan sebagai faktor utama peningkatan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Educational planning is often treated as a linear administrative activity ending in a formal document, an approach inadequate amid digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and recurring disruptions. This article aims to reconstruct educational planning within Islamic educational management as an adaptive, evidence informed, participatory, and value based cycle. Employing an integrative literature review, the study analyzed academic books, peer reviewed articles, and institutional reports through thematic reduction and synthesis. The findings reveal that effective planning must combine six principles, namely clear direction, evidence use, stakeholder participation, resource alignment, ethical equity safeguards, and iterative adjustment. Consequently, this study proposes a 6D framework, Diagnosis, Direction, Design, Deployment, Data Review, and Dynamic Adjustment, strengthened by Islamic values of amanah, shura, justice, and public benefit. This framework offers a contemporary conceptual synthesis and practical architecture for madrasahs, pesantren, and Islamic higher education institutions to translate vision into revisable action.

Abstract

Contemporary madrasah leadership demands a transition toward competency based delegation, collaborative supervision, and digital accountability. This qualitative case study at MIS Bahrul Ulum 2 Bulu Bojonegoro analyzes the implementation of task allocation and academic supervision interpreted through the ethical lens of the al-hawari prophetic tradition. Data collected via interviews, observations, and documentation were analyzed interactively. The findings indicate that task assignment is structured through integrative planning and digital instruments, while academic supervision operates cyclically from planning to teacher rotation. However, efficiency is constrained by time limits, external commitments, and workload imbalances. Theoretically, the al-hawari tradition serves as an ethical framework for selecting trusted personnel, defining responsibilities, and recognizing performance rather than personal loyalty. This study conceptualizes the 5A Prophetic Delegation Model, Amanah, Ahli, Adil, Akuntabel, and Apresiatif, as a strategic framework to enhance madrasah academic supervision.

Abstract

Digital transformation and artificial intelligence expand ethical dilemmas in education from classic issues to contemporary problems such as academic integrity, data privacy, algorithmic bias, and accountability of pedagogical decisions. This article aims to analyze the structure of these dilemmas, evaluate procedural code limitations, and develop an integrated decision making model with Islamic ethics. Through integrative literature review and conceptual normative analysis, the study finds that formal rule compliance is insufficient for resolving moral dilemmas. Decisions must be tested through multiple ethical lenses and public benefit. This article proposes the AMANAH Framework, comprising fact analysis, stakeholder mapping, multi lens assessment, maqasid substantive testing, shura, and accountable outcome documentation. This model contributes to updating professional codes, formulating artificial intelligence policies, and strengthening ethical literacy to ensure educational decisions remain centered on human dignity.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged the transformation of learning systems in universities, including Arabic language education, especially Nahwu and Sharaf courses. This study aims to comprehensively describe and analyze the management of administration based on Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in Nahwu and Sharaf courses through a systematic literature review (SLR). This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach strengthened by a review of reputable international literature with a focus on four main dimensions: planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of online learning administration. The results of the study show that MOOC-based learning administration can increase the effectiveness of material management, student active participation, validity of online evaluations, and academic documentation in a systematic and integrated manner. The use of multimedia, including video, infographics, audio podcasts, asynchronous discussion forums, and AI-based adaptive quizzes, supports a more interactive, flexible, and student-centered learning process. This study proposes a conceptual framework for MOOCs Adaptive Management Administrative (MAMA) as a model for managing digital education in Islamic Religious Education and Arabic courses in universities in the era of technological disruption

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of academic quality management in increasing the competitiveness of madrasah graduates toward leading higher education institutions. MA Amanatul Ummah Mojokerto was selected as the research site for its consistent record of producing graduates accepted into prominent universities at home and abroad. This study aims to describe the implementation of academic quality management and its contribution to graduate competitiveness. A qualitative case-study approach was employed through in-depth interviews, observation, and document study, with data analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model and validated through source and technique triangulation. The findings show that academic quality management is implemented systematically through planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, and continuous evaluation, encompassing curriculum management, the credit-semester (SKS) and UKBM systems, dauroh programs, try-outs, TOEFL coaching, and PTN-Team mentoring. This implementation proved effective in strengthening academic readiness, the accuracy of study-program selection, and graduates' success in entering leading universities through national and international pathways.
