Abstract

The complexity of students' moral and psychological challenges in the modern era demands integrative educational services. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of Islamic Education in the implementation of Islamic Guidance and Counseling (BKPI) and its contribution to the formation of students' morals in Islamic Junior High Schools (Madrasah Tsanawiyah). Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study involved counselors and students as subjects, with data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Analysis was carried out systematically, starting from data reduction to drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that the implementation of BKPI based on Islamic values, such as faith and morals, through a humanist-religious approach has proven effective in shaping students' personalities. Counselors who act as good role models are able to instill the values ​​of honesty, patience, and responsibility, thus positively impacting students' religious discipline and emotional control. Despite technical obstacles such as time constraints, the counseling approach based on the Qur'an and Hadith successfully creates psychological calm and corrects deviant behavior. The main conclusion confirms that the substantial integration of Islamic Education Science in BKPI services is crucial to produce a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has spiritual maturity and noble character in facing the dynamics of life. ABSTRAK Kompleksitas tantangan moral dan psikologis siswa di era modern menuntut layanan pendidikan yang integratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran strategis Ilmu Pendidikan Islam dalam pelaksanaan Bimbingan dan Konseling Pendidikan Islam (BKPI) serta kontribusinya terhadap pembentukan akhlak peserta didik di Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian melibatkan konselor dan siswa sebagai subjek, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan secara sistematis mulai dari reduksi data hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi BKPI yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam, seperti akidah dan akhlak, melalui pendekatan humanis-religius terbukti efektif membentuk kepribadian siswa. Konselor yang berperan sebagai uswah hasanah mampu menanamkan nilai kejujuran, kesabaran, dan tanggung jawab, sehingga berdampak positif pada peningkatan kedisiplinan ibadah dan kontrol emosi siswa. Meskipun terdapat kendala teknis seperti keterbatasan waktu, pendekatan konseling berbasis Al-Qur’an dan Hadis berhasil menciptakan ketenangan psikologis dan memperbaiki perilaku menyimpang. Simpulan utama menegaskan bahwa integrasi substansial Ilmu Pendidikan Islam dalam layanan BKPI sangat krusial untuk mencetak generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki kematangan spiritual dan berakhlakul karimah dalam menghadapi dinamika kehidupan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze students’ learning interest and to identify the factors influencing it at SMP Negeri 3 Raraatean, Tompasobaru District, South Minahasa Regency. Students’ learning interest is an essential aspect of the learning process, as it directly affects students’ levels of engagement and the achievement of learning outcomes at the junior high school level. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, focusing on an in-depth understanding of students’ learning experiences, perceptions, and learning conditions.Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation, involving students, teachers, parents, and the school principal as the main data sources. The collected data were analyzed using the interactive analysis model proposed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data reduction, data display, and iterative conclusion drawing and verification. The findings indicate that students’ learning interest is at a moderate level and tends to be situational in nature. Learning interest increases when teachers apply varied, contextual, and interactive teaching methods, but tends to decrease in monotonous learning situations that provide limited opportunities for active student involvement.Internal factors influencing learning interest include intrinsic motivation, self-confidence, and students’ learning readiness, while external factors encompass teacher roles, parental support, the availability of learning facilities, and students’ social environment. These findings emphasize that enhancing students’ learning interest requires synergy among innovative instructional strategies, family involvement, and the creation of a supportive learning environment to foster sustainable development of students’ learning interest. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat belajar siswa serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya di SMP Negeri 3 Raraatean, Kecamatan Tompasobaru, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Minat belajar siswa merupakan aspek penting dalam pembelajaran karena berperan langsung terhadap tingkat keterlibatan siswa dan pencapaian hasil belajar pada jenjang sekolah menengah pertama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang berfokus pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap pengalaman, persepsi, dan kondisi belajar siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan siswa, guru, orang tua, serta kepala sekolah sebagai sumber data utama. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña yang meliputi proses reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan secara berulang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang dan cenderung bersifat situasional. Minat belajar meningkat ketika guru menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang variatif, kontekstual, dan interaktif, namun cenderung menurun pada pembelajaran yang monoton dan kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Faktor internal yang memengaruhi minat belajar meliputi motivasi intrinsik, kepercayaan diri, dan kesiapan belajar siswa, sedangkan faktor eksternal mencakup peran guru, dukungan orang tua, ketersediaan fasilitas belajar, serta lingkungan sosial siswa. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan minat belajar siswa memerlukan sinergi antara strategi pembelajaran inovatif, keterlibatan keluarga, dan penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif agar minat belajar dapat dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The challenges of 21st-century education demand the strengthening of teacher professionalism beyond academic aspects, especially in schools with limited resources such as SMA Negeri 1 Waigete. This study aims to analyze the implementation of teacher professionalism in improving the quality of learning through competence, exemplary behavior, and humanistic leadership. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research stages, conducted in January 2026, included in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation with the principal and teachers selected through purposive sampling. The research findings indicate that professionalism is reflected in teacher involvement in school development and the management of emotional and social intelligence. The use of lectures, small group discussions, and practicums has been shown to increase active participation and student discipline. Despite facing obstacles such as low learning motivation and diverse student characters, teachers implement adaptive strategies through personal approaches and individual dialogue. The main conclusion confirms that the synergy between pedagogical competence, emotional maturity, and supportive leadership support is a determining factor in educational quality. Humanistic teacher professionalism has been proven to create a conducive learning ecosystem and serve as a primary foundation for character formation and student academic success amidst various resource limitations in a comprehensive, equitable, and sustainable manner. ABSTRAK Tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut penguatan profesionalisme guru yang melampaui aspek akademik, terutama di sekolah dengan keterbatasan sarana seperti SMA Negeri 1 Waigete. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi profesionalisme guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui kompetensi, keteladanan, dan kepemimpinan humanis. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, tahapan penelitian yang dilaksanakan pada Januari 2026 ini meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah serta guru yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme tercermin dari keterlibatan guru dalam pengembangan sekolah serta pengelolaan kecerdasan emosional dan sosial. Penggunaan metode ceramah, diskusi kelompok kecil, serta praktikum terbukti meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dan disiplin siswa. Meskipun menghadapi kendala berupa rendahnya motivasi belajar dan keberagaman karakter peserta didik, guru menerapkan strategi adaptif melalui pendekatan personal dan dialog individual. Simpulan utama menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara kompetensi pedagogik, kematangan emosi, dan dukungan kepemimpinan suportif merupakan faktor penentu mutu pendidikan. Profesionalisme guru yang humanis terbukti mampu menciptakan ekosistem belajar kondusif sekaligus menjadi fondasi utama dalam pembentukan karakter serta kesuksesan akademik siswa di tengah berbagai keterbatasan sumber daya secara komprehensif, merata dan juga berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Improvements in the quality of human resources are greatly influenced by the quality of education, in which teachers play an important role indetermining the effectiveness of the learning process. Although teacher competency standards have been established through Law No. 14 of 2005, studies that describe the implementation of teacher professionalism based on direct experience in schools are still limited. Therefore, this study aims to describe and understand teacher professionalism based on teachers' experiences and perspectives in carrying out their duties at school. This study uses a qualitative approach with semi-structured interview techniques and documentation of teachers as research subjects. The results of the study show that teachers have implemented pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies in an integrated manner in their teaching practices. The integration of these four competencies supports the creation of effective, meaningful learning that is oriented towards developing the potential and character of students. It is concluded that teacher professionalism is reflected through the comprehensive application of the four competencies in the performance of their duties, thereby contributing to improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to empirically examine the effect of the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-integrated Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) on classroom dynamics and students’ speaking proficiency in the Indonesian EFL context. The study is grounded in the persistent issues of low oral participation and high speaking anxiety in conventional classroom instruction. Addressing these challenges requires instructional approaches that promote interactive engagement while providing individualized learning support. An explanatory sequential mixed-method design was employed, involving 96 eleventh-grade students from the Explore Program at SMA NU 1 Gresik. Quantitative data were collected through pre- and post-speaking tests assessed using an analytic rubric covering fluency, accuracy, pronunciation, and vocabulary, while qualitative data were gathered through semi-structured interviews and classroom observations. The experimental group participated in AI-supported speaking activities for eight weeks, whereas the control group received conventional instruction with limited AI integration. The findings indicate that the experimental group demonstrated greater improvement in speaking scores compared to the control group, particularly in pronunciation and vocabulary development. Qualitative results reveal increased student engagement, more participatory classroom interaction patterns, a shift in the teacher’s role toward facilitation, and reduced speaking anxiety associated with individualized AI-generated feedback. These findings suggest that AI-supported learning environments may foster more responsive and interactive speaking instruction within classroom settings. Thus, the implementation of AI-integrated MALL contributed positively to classroom dynamics and students’ speaking proficiency within the eight-week intervention period, without extending claims beyond the duration of the study. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh penerapan Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) terintegrasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) terhadap dinamika kelas dan penguasaan berbicara siswa dalam konteks EFL di Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya partisipasi lisan dan tingginya kecemasan berbicara siswa dalam pembelajaran konvensional. Studi ini menggunakan desain mixed-method eksplanatori berurutan dengan melibatkan 96 siswa kelas XI Program Kelas Explore di SMA NU 1 Gresik. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui tes berbicara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan yang dinilai menggunakan rubrik analitik mencakup kefasihan, ketepatan, pengucapan, dan kosakata, sedangkan data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dan observasi kelas. Kelompok eksperimen mengikuti pembelajaran berbicara berbasis AI selama delapan minggu, sementara kelompok kontrol menjalani pembelajaran konvensional dengan pemanfaatan AI yang terbatas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan skor berbicara yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol, terutama pada aspek pengucapan dan pengayaan kosakata. Temuan kualitatif memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan keterlibatan siswa, perubahan pola interaksi kelas yang lebih partisipatif, pergeseran peran guru sebagai fasilitator, serta penurunan kecemasan berbicara yang dikaitkan dengan umpan balik AI yang bersifat individual. Dengan demikian, penerapan MALL terintegrasi AI memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap dinamika kelas dan peningkatan penguasaan berbicara siswa dalam konteks intervensi delapan minggu, tanpa menggeneralisasi dampak jangka panjang di luar periode penelitian.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Bullying behavior in the school environment remains a serious issue affecting students’ social and emotional development. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of behavioral counseling in reducing bullying among eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Gido. The study employed a quantitative approach using a one-group pretest–posttest experimental design. The sample consisted of 90 students from class XI-1 selected through cluster random sampling. The intervention was conducted in six group counseling sessions, each lasting 60 minutes over three weeks. Data were collected using a bullying behavior questionnaire that had met validity and reliability standards. The data were analyzed using a paired sample t-test and N-Gain analysis to measure the effectiveness of the intervention. The results showed a significant decrease after the intervention, with an N-Gain value of 88.36% (effective category) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. These findings indicate that behavioral counseling is effective as an intervention strategy in guidance and counseling services to reduce aggressive behavior in schools. Practically, the results provide empirical evidence for school counselors in designing structured and sustainable counseling programs to foster more adaptive and positive student behavior. ABSTRAK Perilaku bullying di lingkungan sekolah masih menjadi persoalan serius yang berdampak pada perkembangan sosial dan emosional peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas konseling behavioral dalam menurunkan tingkat bullying pada peserta didik kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Gido. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen one group pretest–posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 90 peserta didik kelas XI-1 yang dipilih melalui teknik cluster random sampling. Intervensi dilaksanakan dalam enam sesi konseling kelompok, masing-masing berdurasi 60 menit selama tiga minggu. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket perilaku bullying yang telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data dianalisis menggunakan paired sample t-test dan uji N-Gain untuk mengukur efektivitas perlakuan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya penurunan yang signifikan setelah pemberian layanan, dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 88,36% (kategori efektif) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling behavioral efektif sebagai strategi intervensi dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk menekan kecenderungan perilaku agresif di sekolah. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini memberikan dasar empiris bagi guru BK dalam merancang program konseling yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan guna membentuk perilaku peserta didik yang lebih adaptif dan positif.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was motivated by the increasing academic pressure that affects students’ emotional conditions, concentration, and learning motivation, thereby requiring effective guidance and counseling interventions to help students manage academic stress. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of group counseling services using coping strategies in reducing students’ learning stress. The research employed a quantitative method with an experimental approach using a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population consisted of all students of SMP Negeri 3 Bawolato in the 2024/2025 academic year, with samples selected through purposive sampling, namely class VIII-A as the experimental group and class VIII-B as the control group, based on preliminary observations indicating relatively high levels of learning stress. The research instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale that met validity and reliability requirements, with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.909, indicating high reliability. Data were collected through pretest and posttest procedures and analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and an independent t-test with the assistance of SPSS version 25 at a significance level of 0.05. The results revealed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups after the intervention, indicating that group counseling services with coping strategies are effective in reducing students’ learning stress. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya tekanan akademik yang berdampak pada kondisi emosional, konsentrasi, dan motivasi belajar siswa, sehingga diperlukan intervensi bimbingan dan konseling yang efektif untuk membantu siswa mengelola stres belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas layanan konseling kelompok dengan strategi coping dalam menurunkan stres belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen menggunakan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 3 Bawolato Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025, dengan sampel yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling, yaitu kelas VIII-A sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas VIII-B sebagai kelompok kontrol berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang menunjukkan tingkat stres belajar relatif tinggi. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket tertutup skala Likert lima tingkat yang telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,909, sehingga dinyatakan reliabel. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest dan posttest, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t-test dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol setelah perlakuan diberikan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan strategi coping efektif dalam menurunkan stres belajar siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The low level of student creativity and learning achievement in Integrated Social Studies among eighth-grade students at UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Sirombu is reflected in the percentage of mastery that has not reached the minimum standard and the limited active participation of students in the learning process. This study focuses on examining the effectiveness of implementing the Experiential Learning model in improving the quality of the learning process and outcomes. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages, involving 20 students as research subjects. The learning model was applied through the stages of concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation. Data were collected through observation sheets on learning implementation, student creativity observation sheets, documentation, and learning achievement tests. The data were analyzed descriptively using percentages and mean scores, with a minimum mastery criterion (MMC) of 70 and a success indicator of at least 80%. The findings revealed improvements across all indicators: the implementation of learning increased from 48.33% to 85.83%, student creativity from 43.74% to 85.70%, the average score from 74.28 to 79.90, and learning mastery from 65% to 90%. Therefore, the implementation of Experiential Learning proved effective in strengthening student engagement and academic achievement in Social Studies instruction. ABSTRAK Rendahnya kreativitas dan capaian hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu di kelas VIII UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Sirombu ditunjukkan oleh persentase ketuntasan yang belum mencapai standar minimal serta kurangnya partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini berfokus pada efektivitas penerapan model Experiential Learning dalam memperbaiki kualitas proses dan capaian pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi, dengan subjek sebanyak 20 siswa. Model pembelajaran diterapkan melalui tahapan pengalaman konkret, refleksi, konseptualisasi abstrak, dan eksperimen aktif. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar observasi kreativitas siswa, dokumentasi, serta tes hasil belajar, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif berdasarkan persentase dan nilai rata-rata dengan acuan KKM 70 dan indikator keberhasilan minimal 80%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbaikan pada seluruh indikator, yaitu keterlaksanaan pembelajaran meningkat dari 48,33% menjadi 85,83%, kreativitas siswa dari 43,74% menjadi 85,70%, rata-rata nilai dari 74,28 menjadi 79,90, serta ketuntasan belajar dari 65% menjadi 90%. Dengan demikian, penerapan Experiential Learning terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat keterlibatan siswa dan capaian akademik pada pembelajaran IPS.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The quality of education is strongly influenced by learning processes that encourage active student engagement. Teacher-centered instruction at SMP Negeri 4 Idanogawo has contributed to the low learning motivation of seventh-grade students. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the role-playing technique in enhancing students’ learning motivation. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design (pretest–posttest control group design). The sample consisted of 32 students divided into an experimental class and a control class. Data were collected using a learning motivation questionnaire that had met validity and reliability requirements and were analyzed using the N-gain test to measure the level of improvement in motivation. The findings revealed that the experimental class achieved an average N-gain score of 0.68, categorized as moderate to high (effective), while the control class obtained an N-gain score of 0.29, categorized as low (ineffective). This difference indicates that the implementation of the role-playing technique resulted in a more significant increase in learning motivation compared to conventional instruction. Therefore, the role-playing technique is recommended as an alternative instructional strategy to enhance students’ learning motivation in junior high schools. ABSTRAK Mutu pendidikan sangat dipengaruhi oleh proses pembelajaran yang mampu mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa. Pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru di SMP Negeri 4 Idanogawo berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa kelas VII. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas teknik role playing dalam memperkuat motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (pretest–posttest control group design). Sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 siswa yang dibagi ke dalam kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket motivasi belajar yang telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji N-gain untuk mengukur tingkat peningkatan motivasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata N-gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,68 yang berada pada kategori sedang–tinggi (efektif), sedangkan kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai N-gain sebesar 0,29 yang berada pada kategori rendah (tidak efektif). Perbedaan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik role playing memberikan peningkatan motivasi belajar yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian, teknik role playing dapat direkomendasikan sebagai strategi pembelajaran alternatif untuk mendukung peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah menengah pertama.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Academic procrastination is a tendency to delay completing tasks despite being aware of its negative impact on learning outcomes, and it remains a significant issue among students at SMK Negeri 1 Lolomatua, affecting academic achievement and learning discipline. Although various counseling approaches have been implemented to address this behavior, experimental studies specifically examining the effectiveness of Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in vocational school settings remain limited, highlighting the need for more measurable and context-specific investigation. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of SFBT in reducing students’ academic procrastination. The research employed a quasi-experimental design using a Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design involving 30 students selected purposively and proportionally assigned to experimental and control groups, where the experimental group received structured SFBT counseling sessions focusing on strength identification, goal setting, and solution formulation, while the control group received no intervention. Data were analyzed using an independent samples t-test at a 0.05 significance level after meeting the prerequisite statistical assumptions. The results showed that the posttest mean score of the experimental group (77.73) was lower than that of the control group (87.73), with a t-value of 3.12 and p < 0.05, indicating a statistically significant difference. These findings confirm that SFBT is an effective strength-based, brief, and practical intervention for reducing academic procrastination in vocational school contexts and is relevant for implementation in school counseling services. ABSTRAK Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan kecenderungan menunda penyelesaian tugas meskipun menyadari dampak negatifnya terhadap hasil belajar dan masih menjadi permasalahan nyata pada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Lolomatua sehingga memengaruhi capaian akademik serta kedisiplinan belajar. Meskipun berbagai pendekatan konseling telah diterapkan untuk mengatasi perilaku tersebut, penelitian eksperimental yang secara khusus menguji efektivitas Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) pada konteks sekolah kejuruan masih terbatas, sehingga diperlukan kajian yang lebih terukur dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas SFBT dalam menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik siswa. Penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimen semu dengan model Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design terhadap 30 siswa yang dipilih secara purposive dan dibagi secara proporsional ke dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol, di mana kelompok eksperimen memperoleh layanan konseling SFBT melalui sesi terstruktur yang menekankan identifikasi kekuatan, penetapan tujuan, dan perumusan solusi, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak diberikan perlakuan. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 setelah memenuhi asumsi prasyarat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor posttest kelompok eksperimen (77,73) lebih rendah dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (87,73) dengan nilai t hitung 3,12 dan p < 0,05, yang menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa SFBT efektif sebagai intervensi berbasis kekuatan yang singkat dan aplikatif dalam menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik di sekolah kejuruan serta relevan untuk diimplementasikan dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling.
