Abstract

A leader's transparency, dependability, and uniformity in upholding moral principles are considered aspects of their integrity. Divergent opinions have been expressed regarding what behaviours are ethical modern organizations. This study therefore examined the importance of ethical leadership and employee performance in modern organizations. This paper relies on secondary data and utilizes the content analysis for interpretation of collected data. This paper concludes that clear ethics codes and appropriate policies must be in place to guarantee that all employees know what is expected of them in order to cultivate ethical professionals. Organizations must also show ethical leadership in the recruiting, training, and development processes; additionally, they must recognize and honour employees who uphold ethical standards.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the role of value congruence, partnerships with external parties on sustainable development. Apart from that, this research also analyzes how the variable role of CSR program integration effectiveness mediates the role of value congruence and partnerships with external parties. The research methodology is a correlational quantitative approach which aims to understand and explain the phenomenon of CSR programs in South Sulawesi Province in depth. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and inferential statisticsusing the SPSS program. The testing technique uses path analysis and Sobel test. The research results show that 1) the role of value congruence (path coefficient value 0.0332) has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of CSR program integration, 2) partnerships with external parties (path coefficient value 0.315) has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of CSR program integration, 3 ) the role of value conformity (path coefficient value 0.477) has a positive and significant effect on sustainable development, 4) partnerships with external parties (path coefficient value 0.194) has a positive and significant effect on sustainable development, 5) effectiveness of CSR program integration (path coefficient value 0.424) positive and significant effect on sustainable development, 6)the role of value congruence does not have a significant positive effect on sustainable development through the effectiveness of CSR program integration (Sobel test value 1.1615 < 1.96) and 7) partnerships with external parties have a positive and significant effect on sustainable development through the effectiveness of CSR program integration (Sobel Test Value 2.574 > 0.194).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of human resource management (HR) at PT PLN (Persero) Manokwari Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with HR managers, employees, and direct observation of HR activities in the company. The research results show that PT PLN (Persero) Manokwari Regency has implemented various HR management strategies to increase employee productivity and welfare. These strategies include careful recruitment and selection, continuous employee training and development, fair reward systems, and effective internal communications. However, several challenges are still faced, such as an imbalance between labor demand and the availability of highly qualified local employees. This research contributes to the understanding of HR management practices in energy companies and can serve as a guide for other companies in improving their HR performance.

Abstract

This research examines the influence ofWork Quality on Employee Performance at PT. Summa Logistics Nusantara. The purpose of this study was to determine the level ofquality of work of employees at PT. Summa Logistics Nusantara, to know the performanceemployees at PT. Summa Logistics Nusantara, and to find out the magnitude of the effectwork quality on employee performance at PT. Summa Logistics Nusantara. This research approach is quantitative. This research was carried outinPT. Summa Logistics Nusantara. Sources of data in the study areemployee atPT. Summa Logistics Nusantarain March to April 2022. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires / questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the form of validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that the indicators used in each of these variables indicate where the work quality of employees is in the very good category. Indicators on employee performance variables are in the very good category. Based on the correlation test, there is a very strong relationship between the two variables. It can be concluded that there is an influence between work quality on employee performance inPT. Summa Logistik Nusantara.

Abstract

Soft skills in the form of critical thinking skills and argumentation skills are needed in solving problems, making decisions, and drawing conclusions, especially in dealing with global issues regarding the threat of depletion and degradation of natural resources. The low critical thinking skills and argumentation skills of third-semester students in class 3A at Patompo University Makassar prompted researchers to research to describe the application of a scientific approach through the Problem-Based Learning model. The results of the study show that applying a scientific approach through the Problem Basic Learning model can improve critical thinking skills in cycle II with an achievement of 75% being Critical. Furthermore, argumentation skills in cycle II at the claim stage are 1.56%, and the evidence stage is 2.32%. All stages of argumentation are high. The findings in this study indicate that teacher creativity is needed to help improve students' critical thinking skills and argumentation skills.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the partial influence of Leadership Style, Discipline, Motivation and Education on the Performance of Population and Civil Registration Service Employees in Aru Islands Regency and (2) the influence of Leadership Style, Discipline, Motivation and Education simultaneously on Employee Performance. Population and Civil Registration Service in Aru Islands Regency. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique by using the entire population as the sample. The data collection technique is by using a questionnaire distributed directly by the researcher. The results of the research show that Leadership Style, Discipline, Motivation and Education have a partial or simultaneous influence on the Performance of Population and Civil Registration Service Employees in Aru Islands Regency as seen from the sig value. < alpha value (0.05). The performance variable that can be explained by the leadership style, motivation and work discipline variables is 97.4%. Meanwhile, the remaining 0.026 or 2.6% variables were not examined by the author, such as organizational culture, leadership, etc.

Abstract

The aim of this studyto investigate the implementation of human resource management (HR) at Rendani Manokwari Airport. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with HR managers, employees, and direct observation of HR activities at the airport. Research findings show that Rendani Manokwari Airport has implemented various HR management strategies and practices to support smooth operations and employee satisfaction. These strategies include careful recruitment and selection, employee training and development, fair reward systems, and effective internal communications. However, several challenges such as the need to improve human resource infrastructure and improve technical skills still need to be addressed. This research provides important insights for airport management and related stakeholders to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR management at Rendani Manokwari Airport.
